    This hobby lobby is always great to come in to!!! Organize, stocked, friendly/helpful employees, good parking. GREAT frame department. I get my posters foam mounted here.

    The store is very clean and well organized. The staff are nice and fast at checkout lanes. The store has very good selections of new seasonal items. Highly recommend you go early to have the best ones on the shelves. The sales vary by weeks but mostly 30-50%. Will definitely come back for more Christmas decoration :)

    Love this place! Wish they would put the one in in Cypress already! Hope the rumors are true that they will. Employees were super helpful. Quick check out. Well organized. Lot of variety. Not just a craft store like many think. There is also wedding items, quilting, yarn, home decor, headbands already made, etc.

    I was amazed with a particular employee, Sherry Ortega. I had to go in to make two bouquets for a restaurant and had no clue where to start. Sherry was a creative mastermind! She worked her magic helping me with the arrangement and it turned out so beautiful that a customer wanted to buy mine right on the spot. They are now being displayed at the Lighthouse Cafe in Newport Beach and it elevates the ambience so much that the restaurant feels like it gave it a major face lift. Who would have thought a couple flower arrangements could have made such a difference?! Thank you Sherry for your expertise, kindness and attention to detail. I felt like I had my own personal interior designer and the managers LOVED them!!!

    Love Hobby Lobby. This is a great store. It's large and has the craft and decor items that I look for. I also like the sales.

    Less than 10 (or 5) item line is desperately needed here! When people have hundreds of items, the check stands are completely overwhelmed.

I went to the front simply to ask if they had another one in the back. If they didn't, I would have completely understood. One of the employees was kind and mentioned that, since the item was damaged, it might qualify for a discount. She then called the manager over. When he arrived, he told me they did not consider it defective, which I accepted. However, the way he spoke to me came across as rude and dismissive. I then asked if he could check whether they had another one available that wasn't damaged. Instead of answering my question, he said, "You're just upset because I wouldn't give you a discount." I explained that I wasn't asking for a discount--I simply wanted a food tray without a defect. I found his comment unnecessary and offensive because it dismissed the actual reason I came to the register. I was simply trying to find an undamaged item to purchase. The employee who initially helped me was helpful, but the manager's attitude made what should have been a simple customer service interaction into a very unpleasant experience. I hope HomeGoods reminds its managers that customers deserve to be treated with respect.

I honestly felt bad because I had him running back and forth across the store for nearly two hours, and he never once seemed bothered (I was definitely the one who needed a break!). He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help us find exactly what we were looking for. One of my favorite moments was when he used the shirt he was wearing to help us color-match a rug to the couch we purchased because it was almost the exact same shade. That's the kind of extra effort that really stands out. Overall, we had an amazing experience at Bob's. If you're looking for exceptional customer service, great quality furniture, unbeatable prices, and fast delivery, I can't recommend them enough. We'll definitely be back!

    I went into the store six months ago, asked a sales associate to help me find a couch that was not…read moreelectronic because we have no outlet for it. I walked out of the store with an electronic count on order. Once I realized the mistake, I called the store. They had no live person to contact, so I had to drive back to the store to cancel the order. The sales person acted rude to me as if it were my fault, even though he was the one that recommended it to me and failed to mention that it had a charger inside the couch. I then went back and ordered two more pieces of furniture: a couch and a chair. The couch was delivered the following week, and as the movers brough it up the stairs, they damaged the underside. The chair, however was supposed to be here within 4-6 weeks. That was a month ago. The salesperson (who will sporadically respond to my text messages) told me last week that it will be another 7 weeks. I checked in a few days ago and still haven't received a response. And if I call, I can't reach anyone in person. The only person who has actually provided good customer service from this location is the ACIMA team.

    So I received a recliner and it had stains on it. I called and was speaking to a rep named Ana. I…read morehad sent pictures of the stains from a supposedly "new" recliner. Everything was going well, they gave me two options, have a technician come out to try and clean it or take a discount. I chose to take the discount because I didn't want to deal with the headache of exchanging this large item. She asked me if I would like to receive the discount back to the original card that ended in these 4 digits and I said "no, wait, I had paid with two cards, a visa gift card and a credit card. She told me the last 4 digits and I was not familiar with this card so I said it needs to be refunded to my personal credit card. She proceeds to put me on hold and then comes back and tells me the lead said there's nothing we can do you will have to contact the credit card company of the visa gift card. How the hell am I supposed to contact them?? Who keeps a visa gift card credit card after using it?!?! So I said I need it to be refunded to my actual personal credit card. And proceeds to argue with me that I said yes to her question of "did you want it back on the original card? I said I need to speak to someone above you and this lead person above you that said there's nothing they can do, because this is ridiculous! She puts me on hold and then tells me after that unfortunately there is no one above the lead here past 7pm. So they will call you back within 24hrs. Clearly you guys don't want to deal with this so you're just trying to pass it off. This is the biggest load of crap I've ever seen. Do not go here for your purchases. On the other hand, sales rep (Guy) who actually sold me the recliner was nice and he gets 5 stars but all this other nonsense gets them 0 stars. I will update this review after they call me back.
