The dentist found a couple of things to keep an eye on and made recommendations for treatment, so I will definitely be coming back to get that taken care of and will be keeping my regular dental care with this dentist I definitely recommend him and this dental office.

Instead of trying to build trust or calm her down, the doctor resorted to yelling at her to stop moving. He then threatened her, telling my 6-year-old that if she didn't stop crying, he would send her to a specialist. When she (being a scared child) agreed to go to a specialist, he abruptly stopped the treatment and told me to take her elsewhere just because she said "ok." It was incredibly distressing to see a medical professional lack the basic patience needed to work with a child. Our children are precious and deserve to be treated with kindness, not hostility. Please do not waste your time here if you have little ones--they deserve much better care than what we received. Bottom line: I do not recommend this clinic anymore.

review okay here we go …read more.. I would strongly discourage anyone from coming to this dental office. The quality of the work has been unacceptable. They placed a temporary crown that fell out after only two weeks. I have had temporary crowns before and have never experienced anything like this. When I called for an emergency appointment to have it fixed, they told me they had no availability and suggested I go to CVS to buy temporary tooth repair putty and fix it myself until their next available appointment. That is not the level of care I expect from a dental office. The billing issues have been even worse. After spending over a month going back and forth between the office and my insurance company, I discovered they had charged me more than $1,000 out of pocket for work my insurance had already paid for. On top of that, they billed me for two premium crowns that I never approved or received. I actually received standard porcelain crowns. Their explanation was that these were all "coding mistakes." To make matters worse, they acknowledged that they owe me a refund of over $800, but I was told I have to wait seven days because the person who processes refunds, Kristie, is on vacation. Between the poor dental work, lack of emergency care, repeated billing errors, and the inconvenience of waiting for money that should never have been charged in the first place, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want quality dental care and accurate billing.
