Great service and reasonable prices! I had an issue with my Mazda and needed help the same day. He…read morecame out quickly and did an excellent job. There was a piece missing, and he came back two weeks later to install it at no extra charge. Not many businesses provide that kind of service anymore. Highly recommend!

My experience with this business was extremely disappointing…read more The owner initially quoted me approximately $2,300 for the repairs. When I explained that I could not afford that amount, he asked what I could pay and assured me he could repair my vehicle for $900. Before accepting the job, he had photographs of my vehicle, and I specifically explained that another individual had removed my bumper, leaving it in worse condition than shown in the original photos. He reassured me not to worry, stating that he could complete the repair and that everything would be fine. When he arrived at my home, I immediately opened my garage and showed him the vehicle in its current condition. After seeing it in person, he indicated that it was acceptable to proceed. However, his demeanor quickly changed. He began using profanity, removed parts from my vehicle, and threw them onto the ground. At that point, I told him I no longer wanted him to work on my vehicle and that he could leave. He responded by saying he was not upset with me but with whoever had previously repaired the vehicle using body filler (Bondo). Despite that explanation, I was uncomfortable with his behavior and told him I did not want someone working on my vehicle who was yelling, using profanity, and throwing my vehicle's parts onto the ground. He then told me I owed him $250 for paint and stated that if he left, I would forfeit that amount. From my very first conversation with him, I had explained that the only funds I had available to repair my vehicle were derived from my minor son's disability benefits because I needed reliable transportation to take him to his medical appointments and therapy sessions. At no point before arriving did he tell me he would not accept those funds. Instead, he repeatedly discussed payment and told me that if I did not pay, he would call the police. Feeling pressured after repeated assurances that he could complete the repair, I ultimately paid him. He followed me to the bank, where he spray-painted my vehicle in the bank parking lot before completing the repair. Shortly afterward, my vehicle became inoperable. In my opinion, the workmanship was unacceptable. Screws were drilled into my vehicle, parts were not properly reinstalled, surfaces were not adequately prepared before painting, and the repairs did not reflect the $900 I paid. During the repair, he also complained about the cost of sandpaper, despite charging me for the work. I have photographs, receipts, and documentation showing the condition of my vehicle before and after the repair, as well as evidence of the materials I purchased. Because of my experience, I have filed a legal claim and intend to present all of my evidence in court. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this business and encourage others to carefully research any repair shop before hiring them. Throughout this entire experience, I found it extremely difficult to communicate with you. Your tone was aggressive, confrontational, and intimidating. During one conversation, I became so overwhelmed that I began to cry. You responded by telling me that your friends say "the crying ones always get" you, which I found dismissive and inappropriate. What is most disappointing is that you continue to deny responsibility for the additional damage to my vehicle and refuse to acknowledge that, in my opinion, the work performed did not justify the approximately $900 I paid. You also made comments about my son's disability benefits and questioned how I chose to use those funds to care for my child. I found those remarks deeply offensive. At the time you demanded payment, you knew the source of the funds and accepted them without objection. My son's disability benefits are intended to help provide for his needs, including safe and reliable transportation to his medical appointments and therapies. I believe your comments about those benefits were inappropriate and disrespectful. Your statements are inaccurate. I did not call you--I sent you a text message, and you called me. During that phone call, you were yelling and stated that I had "the audacity" to question your work because I am not a mechanic. You repeatedly called me "dumb" and suggested that I could not have repaired the vehicle myself. You also questioned how I would know what type of paint to purchase, implying that I would have simply gone to an auto parts store without understanding what was needed. Those statements are irrelevant and were made to belittle me rather than address the poor workmanship. Please stop misrepresenting the facts. Based on what I have learned, I am not the only customer who believes they paid a substantial amount of money and received little or no quality work in return. Instead of repairing my vehicle, it was returned to me with additional damage, along with loose screws and nails left throughout the vehicle. I am prepared to present the evidence and allow the court to determine the facts.
