I was impressed by the measures in place to protect me and the staff. These measures include temperature check, mask required throughout. The gym has fewer classes with fewer people allowed at one time. Patrons are required to clean equipment before and after use. There are spray bottles and paper in buckets around the gym conveniently located. In addition, the gym has invested in a special air filtration system on the main workout floor. All instructors, trainers and staff are proactive and deeply caring about the health and well-beings of their members. Manager Skyler was very helpful. I highly recommend this gym for the quality of its classes, supportive staff, and clear commitment to adapting to our new COVID reality.

Indeed my wife came away with injuries that required doctors intervention, diagnostic imaging and weeks of PT. We attempted to withdraw our memberships. The company delayed and obstructed. Finally we had our credit card company cut them off. Poor training, greedy biz practices, and terrible customer device. Steer clear of this biz.

Pulse fitness participates in this, and it's about 5 credits a class through ClassPass. I've been able to take a variety of classes here, from the TKO Boxing to the different styles of yoga, and the pilates machine! I like it because it's super close to my apartment and parking is never an issue. It's a really cool spot and never feels super crowded. They have separate spaces elsewhere in the building that holds the pilates machine as well as a cycling studio. The instructors are good and responsive to any areas you want to focus on. Management reached out to me personally after my review and took time to we meet and discuss the issues noted. That week OneLife had already announced & added several classes requested by Crunch alumni, retrofitting them into time-slots that helped reduce overcrowding in the original schedule. The two weeks following, even more classes were added. OneLife also brought over some of the former Crunch instructors which helped several of us with the transition. Fair to say that we're still adapting and hoping that there's more to come, but I wanted to make a call out to the management for coming through on these additions!

J understood my exercise goals and have since always walked the fine line between pushing too hard and being too lenient during our weekly training sessions. It is a studio and not an old warehouse - it's more personal and private, though it still has all the amenities you need to shower and secure your personal items. If you are serious about your training, your results and are tired of meat market gyms, this is the place to get serious. It was very new-agey and some people like that, but we wanted to focus more of the fitness aspect and the coaches seemed largely unconcerned with correcting form, mixing up the flows, etc. Seems like they just use it as a platform to pretend to be all-knowing, not for me. We emailed and asked if we could cancel and they said yes. I'd not signed anything that said I was locked in for a year. They did the usual sorry to see you go/is there anything we can do, but ultimately they ended up canceling my membership. I stopped going. The next month they charged me. So I went in and asked about it, and the woman told me it was a mistake, she was super apologetic and said they're refund me that money and make sure it's cancelled. It's been SIX MONTHS and they are still charging me. I've called and emailed multiple times, I've had my credit card company refute all the charges, and they're still doing it. The last time I caller them the person who answered hung up on me when I gave my name. I urge you not to sign up here unless you want a Don't Worry Darling situation where you end up staying there for life. A horrible business. Horrible customer service. For a product that's over-priced, and not even good at what it claims to be. Wish I could give a 0.
