But my husband has called them several times about an issue (they cut the walls to short and the caulk has seperated from wall and tub) and they said they were coming but never showed up and then won't call him back. After years of dealing with the issues caused by hard water and ceramic tile in a shower , we finally gave in to having the shower re-done. Our salesperson, Ashton was great but this review is specifically about Jason Stafford, our installer. This young man was wonderful from start to finish! From explaining every step of the process before he began to making sure we were satisfied and explaining care instructions at the end, Jason was excellent! We are so happy with our new shower! The only reason I didn't give the experience 5 stars is because of being charged $100 interest by Lowe's before we ever saw anything like a product was very disheartening. We plan to pay this off immediately before we end up paying $1000 just for interest. really love the shower though! read more

Well, my dad thought it would be a great idea to get a walk in bath/shower while I was away on business. When I returned to take care of him full time I immediately realized that my elderly dad who also has some cognitive issues had these people come in to give an estimate. The cost was nearly 11k. He also paid them a $4700 down payment. I immediately got involved and canceled the order. I kinda cancelled it anyway. I called and spoke with a very rude human named Kristy. Kristy refused to talk to me even though my dad was sitting right next to me and telling her that she could talk to me. I had to call there corporate HQ just to get $2900 out of the $4700 back. There ridiculous cancellation policy gives you 3 days to cancel. So basically, my dad was swindeled for $1800. That's right folks, these people took advantage of an elderly man with cognitive issues and charged him $1800 for a "consultation". I'm sure whichever manager that reads this will try some type of damage control. There is no excuse for predatory sales tactics. Please please Rebath, don't try to comment to my 100% factual comment. Can't even give this company one star. We had a new shower put in our home. First, the panels were not cut to completely fit the area. The expensive glass door will not stay closed and leaks on our floor all the time. The calking around the three panel has been replaced three different times and has black mold growing behind it now and I can't keep it clean looking. The floor of the shower is so hard to keep clean and nice looking. I so want my old shower back! You have to use only certain products to clean their "plastic" material. We paid $8,000 for this horrible thing. Do your research before you let them in your house to do anything. We would have been better off going to Lowe's than dealing with this company. read more
