Mike from Re-Leaf helped us with our backyard slope, rock veneer and steps to the front door. Mike was very professional and very easy to work with and helped make our ideas come to life. Our plants and trees were very beautiful and we got lots of compliments from our neighbors. They did excellent work in both landscaping and rock and tile work. We are very happy with their work. Thank you for making this process very enjoyable and his crew was very nice and cleaned up daily.

Michael and his guys far exceeded my expectations with our front yard and I would highly recommend him for any landscaping needs! From the very beginning, Michael stood out to me among other competitors and I could tell that he was an experienced professional, an old school, no BS kind of guy. He is very personable, funny, and easy to work with. He presented a very reasonable quote and although the initial process took longer than expected because of things on my end (kept changing my mind, ran into some obstacles in our yard, HOA, etc.) he was very patient and willing to help/give suggestions wherever he could. We had agreed on a start date and the first day his crew came out, I was surprised to see how much they had accomplished in a day. I always made sure to over communicate what I wanted so that there would be no issues since I am so picky. Watching his crew work for 3 weeks to finish our yard, I appreciated their timeliness, efficiency, attention to detail, and having the courtesy of cleaning up after themselves and the job site at the end of every day (something I did not experience with the guys who did our backyard years ago). Our front yard came together beautifully and looks better than I ever could have imagined. I am so glad to have found Michael and wish I would have found him sooner.

A few months ago I received the dreaded letter from the HOA informing me my grass was not up to good standards of the folks in the clubhouse. I can't fault them for doing so. It was, admittedly, a disaster. I set about gathering up quotes from vendors for the job and got a wide variety of pricing and promises. Of the ones which seemed competent and able to do the job I decided to go with Re-Leaf which came in at 40% less than my highest offer and 20% less than the average. Because the pricing was so drastically different I can't say I wasn't concerned about how things would go but Mike and his team went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I had a significant amount of sprinkler work which needed to be done. I am unsure what the people who did the original installation were thinking but the goal did not appear to be watering grass. By the time they were done every square inch was covered appropriately. Which was difficult because the areas to water are not square/rectangular. The timing of the HOA request couldn't have been worse. It was right before the hottest months of summer so getting new sod to take hold was going to be a challenge for anybody but Mike was with me for every step of the way. His team came out however many times it took to make fine adjustments and ensure the lawn held. We even had a situation where we went out of town and our gardener did not show up for two weeks which made the grass grow tall enough that it blocked the sprinklers and could not be mowed down short enough to make it so the water cleared its height without damaging the lawn. The lawn was dying. Even though this was no fault of Re-Leaf, Mike sent his crew out to raise the heads and adjust the nozzles to save my investment at no cost. I was fully expecting to shell out a few more hundred bucks for my old gardener's incompetence but Mike saved me the hassle, heartache, and money. How can you beat that? If you're looking for someone who will get the job done right, stand by their work, and not hold you over a barrel because he knows the HOA is breathing down your neck, Re-Leaf landscape is the company to call.

Once again, Mike and his crew came through with a fantastic re-landscape of our front yard this time. Mike re-landscaped our back yard last year and we wanted to carry the desert theme to the front yard this go-round. Mike's price was very reasonable and we couldn't be happier. We've gotten a lot of positive comments from the neighbors, too.

    Backyard finished

We just finished our plants. Michael and his plant broker Russell were again amazing. Russell did a great job helping us pick the right plants and trees. Everything looks amazing!!

I had a plumber and new contractor/team come out to complete my backyard and assess my front yard to redo the job, I feel, Re-Leaf failed at. Initially, I was told just the main sprinkler valve (pictured) would need to be replaced and likely some work to the pipes and drains that my developer messed up and Re-Leaf never addressed (water pressure issues/yard floods AFTER rock landscape installed.) I now learned when Re-Leaf was telling me I HAD TO manually turn on the valve for the front yard instead of using the Rain Bird timer, it's because they cut all the wiring to the box and NEVER FLAGGED IT. Whether intentional or not, this is completely egregious for any landscape professional not doing all of the landscape work. I was very clear about finishing my backyard later and they have now cost me more unnecessary money due to their incompetence. The photos show clean cuts that could've only been made during their work. Installing rock does not give them the authority to override my authority and ruin my system without my knowledge. Avoid at all costs!

We recently moved into our home and knew that we wanted to revamp our backyard a bit. Our list consisted of pouring a new concrete patch to extend our patio space, removing existing landscaping (bark, rock, etc.) and relocating a palm to another place in our yard. We ended up reaching out to numerous landscape contractors (most of which were, unfortunately, not responsive and provided quotes that didn't include what we asked for despite them coming out to our home for a consultation) and ended up choosing Mike & his team at Re-Leaf. Mike was the opposite of the other folks we contacted. He was responsive, communicated clearly and often, and priced the job fairly. His turnaround time was impressive -- he was able to start the job quicker than most and 'squeeze it in' to fit amongst his other jobs. The crew made quick work of the job and transformed our yard into exactly what we wanted -- they were onsite for about a week from start to finish. They were prompt and on time every day, very easy going, clean, and paid a ton of attention to detail to ensure the job was done correctly and we won't have problems later. We could go on and on but just know that you won't be disappointed in Mike and his company. Money well spent and we'll definitely call them again if we need additional work done!

During, front yard removal of plants/mulch and driveway extension

Mike and his team exceeded our expectations for our front and backyard. The concrete work is extremely clean and the quality of all the materials used is more than worth the price. After the project was complete, we were the talk of the neighborhood and everyone has been wanting a tour to see their work! Additionally, if you're looking for an honest, reliable contractor, Mike is your guy. Prior to beginning work with us, we weren't clear on what we wanted exactly and Mike recommended a landscape design company, Bella Terra, that put all our ideas onto paper. Even after we had the design, Mike ensured that we were on the same page throughout the whole process and was there to provide recommendations and guidance for any tweaks or questions we had. Overall, we don't have a single complaint and are so happy with the outcome. We highly recommend Re-Leaf Landscape for any of your landscape needs.

This was second time I hired Mike and his team to complete a job for me. The first time it was 15(!) year ago when the house was brand new without any landscaping at all. Everything what has been done 15 years ago is still there, including patio pavers, lawns, trees and planter boxes for flowers and vegetables. And this time I requested to redo vegetable garden area because 15 years ago I asked to install lawn in that area, which was my mistake. It wasn't practical and now I have area with pretty pavers installed with lights snd covered with shade cover. See before and after photos and order Mike's team to do same wonderful job for you!

    Walk way

I am so happy with how our backyard came out we had a huge space to do something with and Mike came up with several suggestions. We had a lot of hardscape that was done including massive retaining walls, concrete, fire pit and a covered patio. And the dogs love the new area!

After. New wall, plants, and lighting.

A good contractor is hard to find. A perfect contractor is nearly impossible. FOUND HIM! I fully recommend Re-Leaf -Mike Pinnerelli. He put in everything I wanted exactly. His people are absolutely professionals. I had a previous landscaper that left me in tears so it was hard to trust. Mike assured me he'd take care of me. And he's quite the nice man.

Michael and his team re- landscaped our front yard and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Michael and the crew were nice, friendly and professional, they worked very hard to install the paver driveway, walkways, dry river and plants. Michael was honest, reasonably priced and fair, he did everything he said they would do and a little extra. We were 100% satisfied with the work, crew, schedule, professional of the team and would definitely recommend Re-leaf.

First let me say that we reached out to a few companies here on Yelp to obtain quotations on our front yard project. Michael was one that not only called us back he came over and provided a written estimate promptly. We went over the plans and scope of the project and agreed on the price and got started. Michael and his team did a great job, he is easy to work with and genuinely cares that his customers are satisfied. We will call him again if we need any additional help with our yard. We highly recommend Re-Leaf Landscaping!

Brandon was great once they were ready to book and finalize the contract, he also worked hard to get us a time that would work great for the upcoming holiday. Last but CERTAINLY NOT LEAST was the team that showed up to get the job done. The foreman Christian was awesome, any questions or concerns he was all over it. Additionally Dominic and Jesse rocked! They all made the experience so much fun and professional!! Ask for these guys they were great! Glad to say when they were done they hung out and watched my two kids run around and enjoy their new play area. I requested that they come back and add some more sand to speed up my putting green. Turns out that was a bad choice. I knew all along that the new turf wouldn't match perfectly with the older turf, but that was the least of my concerns. The initial install screw spoke literally no English, so I couldn't communicate with them, and Google Translate wasn't ideal or very helpful. They did a poor job securing the turf, too. They had to send out a second guy to complete the job and correct the poor work of the previous crew. I also asked for an updated quote thereafter to remove the old turf and replace with new turf so it wasn't noticeable at all. I took pics and provided measurements. I was ignored despite multiple follow-ups with my initial estimator and eventually after calling their corporate office multiple times was told their supplier was out and would never have my turf again. Really?!? All around bad!

We used Ramon and his company CR Pacific Landscaping for a significant backyard makeover. Our yard…read morewas quite nice, but as we are nearing retirement there were a few changes we wanted to make it our dream yard. First, we considered a swimming pool but the cost, maintenance and several other factors changed our direction to a swim spa. We chose the AquaPlay 13FPP. Because the spa stands over 5 feet tall, we knew we wanted it set into the earth. Next: I've had Koi for many years, but all ponds so far were DIY - it was time to go all in. Plants: As you can see from the "before" photo - plants are important to us. Finally: Ease of maintenance. We wanted an incredible yard that we could enjoy without spending a bunch of time maintaining it. After obtaining several bids and meeting several contractors, we signed an agreement with Ramon. Three of the primary reasons we went with CR Pacific: 1) He was the only contractor we spoke with that had actual experience building "The Vault" - (the basement the swim spa sat in). 2) He had experience building water features and understood the basics, but building a pond of this size and mechanical requirements was new to him. 3) He has a great personality and appeared to be collaborative. The Good: Ramon proved to be quite collaborative. He had ideas, I had ideas and we worked together to land on the best ideas. We had problems arise (see "The Ugly"), but Ramon only delivered solutions or possible solutions. He owned the entirety of the project (even through at least 8 change orders). His common response to a change order: "We can do that" - and they did. From a client/contractor perspective, Ramon has great communication skills. He kept me informed every step of the way. Quality: The photos speak for themselves. Ramon was insistent on doing things right. Ramon had put around a dozen drains in the backyard properly piped to the street. I gave him a hard time as before he took the job, we only had two drains. We did experience some minor flooding when we would have the torrential rains. About a week after the project wrapped, we had several days of torrential rains - not even a puddle in the yard. The Bad: On site supervision could be better. Ramon had about 6 employees, most only spoke Spanish. Because I work from home I kept an eye on the progress. When I would see something that needed correction I had to use Google Translate to communicate with the workers. I often had to text Ramon inquiring if he was going to stop by. This was a significant, complex job. That is really my only "Bad". Clearly "The Good" far exceeds "The Bad". The Ugly: Water, water everywhere... While the vault was being dug, we started noticing water in the bottom of the hole at around 38". We spent a little over a week pumping it out. We contacted the water company who told us there did not appear to be a main break in the neighborhood. They suggested it could be groundwater. When the started digging the pond, groundwater continued to be a problem. Ramon dug and installed a permanent groundwater well - groundwater continues to be pumped out daily. Just another example of Ramon's perseverance. I highly recommend Ramon & CR Pacific for any landscape job.
