The tow truck driver then hits me with the solid bright lights. He had the option of passing me on the left, but chose to tailgate me and continue shining his brights directly into my rear view mirror. Keep in mind, I could not move to my right without accelerating and speeding. He then passes me, gets in front of me and brake checks me. Then, he decided to shine his back bright backup lights constantly in front of me. I tried to pass him, and he wouldn't let me. My daughter and I were travelling back from the rodeo, and his actions scared my daughter. This was completely uncalled for. I know traffic etiquette, and was moving over for faster traffic. They take great pride in their work , are very easy to communicate with, and are old school and believe that doing a job well is the norm. After I decided to repair my car here, he didn't respect the customer at all. - OVERPRICED, DONT CLARIFY ANYTHING, BEING RUDE WHEN YOU ASK QUESTIONS. My engine went hot and the coolant was leaking. I came to the shop based on its high rating on Google Maps. He did a diagnosis and said it is the water pump issue and asked for a labor fee of $600 to replace it. Upon mentioning a lower quote ($430) from another shop, I was informed of additional charges like diagnosis and towing if I chose to take my car elsewhere. Then he asked for a new labor fee of $500. The next day, he messaged me that another part, the coolant tube, is broken as well and needs a replacement. He charged another labor fee of $180 to replace that. Then I messaged back to ask if the water pump (his original diagnosis) is broken or not. He called me back immediately and asked me to not disturb him. Said something like "He is the best one out there", "I am not here to teach people", "I am well-educated". I am quoting some words from Sam when I was at his shop: (1) Sam: "Bring somebody who understands English and knows the car." (2) Sam: "I am 52. I have way more experience than you do. You gotta have to learn a lot of things. Because when you are working with professionals, you gotta shut up and listen to the people." Me: Is it professional to let a customer shut up? Sam: "Yeah, because the customer is dumb." After getting this horrible service, I found that there are many other customers receiving such bad service. We ran into a small issue with the rear bumper splitter not fitting, but he was upfront about it and told me I could bring in a better-fitting one when I find it -- no pressure, no hassle.
