The sweetness is like 2/10! I was sold at the very first bite of it. Its semi crispiness of triple berry top layer harmonizes with a slightly coarse yellow flour layer perfectly. Love love love. For $5, I will so go back for this. The carrot, zucchini, coconut, raisin and walnut muffin is another miracle ($4). The combination guarantees you a knockout. Nutty, sweet (4 out of 10 in sweetness), moist and crispy all in one. Layers of flavors. The only thing I would like to suggest is to label nutrition info such as calorie etc. Great service as well.

All the coffee drinks were well made and the sandwiches were delicious. Highly recommend their famous sandwich! The house is also shared with a wine bar so check the door sign when you enter. Their own parking space is very limited in the back, you're more likely to find parking on the street The only opportunity is the wait time - not sure if they were short staffed on that particular day, but only 2 people working to take orders, make the drinks, and to bring out the food.

I wanted to try their sandwiches so I ordered a chicken caprese sandwich. It was so fresh and delicious, I highly recommend it. Aside from sandwiches, they have a large hot food section too. They have seating inside and a large patio outside with seating over the summer. They have tons of parking so that isn't an issue either. It's a great place to stop for lunch/dinner.

On Sunday morning, we were heading over to Glen Cove, so I called at 10:32 AM to place an order. A young girl picked up the phone. I ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches, an eggs Benedict platter, two egg and cheese sandwiches, and a cup of coffee. The young lady informed me that the coffee might get cold by the time I arrived, but I told her I had no problem with that since I was already on my way. She proceeded to repeat my order back to me and said, 'Thank you, we'll see you soon. Have a good day.' I thanked her and hung up. We arrived at St. Rocco's Bakery within 15 minutes. I waited in a long line, and as soon as a young man assisted me, I informed him that I was picking up a phone order for Veronica. He went to the kitchen and came back saying, 'They are working on your order right now.' I said perfect, and asked to add an extra coffee. He went to get the coffees and then checked back in the kitchen for my order. He came back out and asked, 'Are you sure you called the right location? There are no orders under Veronica being made.' I took out my phone and showed him the 10:32 AM call. I asked if it was their number, and he confirmed it was. I explained that I called, placed the order, and had it repeated back to me. He looked shocked. The chef then came out and asked another counter employee if she had taken the order. She didn't speak a word and just kept staring at the chef without acknowledging me. I got extremely aggravated by the situation, especially because no one apologized and no one offered to quickly make my breakfast. So, I just left. Unfortunately, St. Rocco's Bakery has lost a customer, along with my whole family.

Beginning in 2014, Bilello began homebrewing out of his backyard shed. By 2016, after working as an intern at Oyster Bay Brewing, he started looking for a space to open his own brick & mortar brewery. Bilello finally acquired a circa 1928 building in downtown Glen Cove and would spend the next two years renovating it. He chose the name "Noble Savage" as a reference to his way of life: to live nobly and have a noble vision, but be savage in your actions. After running out of money, Bilello initially opened the space as a craft beer bar before he generated enough revenue to get the brew system running. Within a few years, Noble Savage became nationally acclaimed for their small-batch hazy IPAs as well as Bilello's strict commitment to using 100% New York State-grown and floor-malted grains from the Hudson Valley. I recently visited Noble Savage while I was traveling through Long Island. They have been on my list since I read about them in Hop Culture Magazine. I arrived right as they opened for the day. The taproom has sort of a rustic feel to it. I pulled up a seat at the bar and looked over the draught menu. The staff were friendly and there seemed to be a small group of regulars stopping by for beers. Throughout my visit, I enjoyed short pours of "Unintended Consequences" (Dark Lager), "Compelling Insight" (New England IPA), "Psychedelic Hyperboost" (New England IPA), and "Vicarious Joy" (Double New England IPA). Everything was really good; I can see what all of the hype is about! Owner and brewmaster Frank Bilello was nice enough to chat with me for a few minutes, give me a tour of the brew system and even let me sample a green beer fresh from the tanks. If you're a serious craft beer drinker then keep Noble Savage on your radar!

Unfortunately, they did not have their usual amount of beer on tap...some sort of heating issue slowed them down. Regardless the three beers I DID get to try were all amazing, especially the DARK LAGER!! It was so good I bought a four pack of cans to bring home and savor! Looking forward to another visit when they have more selection so I can try more! They also have cider...but I was sticking to beer.
