The service is well even when they are busy they are fast and efficient to help you. The food was good besides one of our churrasco orders had a small hair in it. While I do see some staff in the back wearing hair nets it would be great if all who handled food did. The ambiance is your typical cafe style. Small and homey but well themed. The entrance to get in isn't stroller friendly but inside has an abundance of high chairs. Overall I am still a loyal customer and will be coming back minus the mishap. I love fresh made bread and good Chilean food and you will find it here.

I can get 13 (THIRTEEN) hot dogs with drinks at costco for the same price. i might aswell go to tabys down the street and get a half pound burger with fries and a salad for 21$. I don't usually like tomato anything but this soup was GOOD! Especially dipping a piece of bread and eating the soaked piece. The clam chowder was also yummy. I ordered the Waldorf chicken salad wrap which was just the right amount of all flavors and textures. I felt healthy eating it but was also very full after. The interior decor is not fancy but inviting for a local town restaurant. So glad we tried this place!

It was served with a sad handful of arugula, and at $39 it felt like a complete rip-off. Honestly, my local pizza place serves a better chicken cutlet. Dessert didn't redeem the meal. The crostini was forgettable, and the ice cream tasted like a generic supermarket brand. The restaurant itself is cute, but it's unbearably loud. We spent half the meal saying, "What?" because we couldn't hear each other across the table. The service was just as disappointing as the food. It was slow, and we had three different servers throughout the meal, making the experience feel disorganized and impersonal. I gave the female employee whatI thought was $35 and the pump stopped at $30. Apparently I only gave her $30 but she starts immediately SCREAMING in my face about "why do you need change" and barely gets it out so I can understand. The manager doubles down and demands my receipt. I walk out to the pump in the heat with a cane. He snatches the receipt from me and slams it on the counter and says "you only paid $30 you have your money" again I can barely understand. I told them both I'm never going back there and I haven't in months and never plan to again. I don't care if I run out of gas. I've never been treated like that before and I'm pretty laid back. I don't understand how you can be in customer service and just start screaming at a customer rather than simply explaining what the mix up was. I would have been fine had they simply explained it. I never once said ANYTHING besides "I just need change please". And chaos ensued. Think twice about going here until new management comes in. Absolutely reprehensible no business is customer service at all.
