Two of my sons attended one is now an alumni however I will forever be grateful for this school. One of my sons is very well behaved and my other son is a bit on the wild side. They always worked with him regardless without making him feel like he was in trouble. They showed so much patience with him and all the teachers were very compassionate. Teacher Vanessa even comforted my son as he cried once his brother graduated and left the school. Best decision I ever made putting my sons in preschool we will never forget all the memories made here.

All smiles during morning drop off.

I love this school. My son has been going here for 3 years now. He started when he was 2. I can see my son happy and feels safe in this school. I appreciate how well the teachers look after the children.

Needed school's tax id number which is public record and was met with resistance. Attitude is very passive aggressive and condescending.

She is incredibly hands-on, always ready to assist in any classroom that needs support. She is protective, kind, caring with every child, and exceptionally patient. I also want to give honorable mentions to Ms. Katrina and Ms. Jasmine, two outstanding teachers who help my son feel safe while making learning fun every single day. Before attending this school, my son struggled with eating independently and socializing. Now, he is so much more confident -- he eats on his own, uses more words to express what he wants, and is far more open to making friends. The growth we've seen has been incredible. I remember reading some negative reviews before enrolling him and feeling skeptical. However, after our experience, I can confidently say they do not reflect the environment we have encountered. I am genuinely so happy to share such a positive review. If you're having second thoughts or feel unsure, I encourage you to give this school a chance and see the difference for yourself. My daughter has struggled with self-regulation issues in the past and has often been dismissed or labeled as "challenging," but the staff here has been incredible. Without this school, I honestly don't know where I'd be as a working mom. The staff is amazing -- so supportive, attentive, and proactive -- and they keep my daughter engaged, happy, and thriving. I can't recommend Keystone Montessori highly enough!

The academics were rigorous, but what made Broadoaks truly special was the way the teachers and staff inspired children to rise to those expectations with confidence and curiosity. The students were not simply sitting at desks memorizing facts. They were encouraged to move, collaborate, play, reflect, ask questions, think critically, and problem solve. Learning was active, meaningful, and individualized. I honestly did not fully appreciate just how extraordinary Broadoaks was until my sons transitioned to public high school. It quickly became clear that the skills they developed at Broadoaks far surpassed those of many of their peers. They entered high school with strong time management skills, confidence, excellent communication abilities, critical thinking skills, and the ability to independently meet and exceed classroom objectives and expectations. Broadoaks prepared them not only academically, but as capable, thoughtful, and self-directed young people. Like many small independent schools, Broadoaks was impacted by COVID and continues to work toward rebuilding enrollment and community support. Unlike public schools, they do not have the same funding resources, which makes community support even more important. If you are looking for a school that truly values individualized education, nurtures intellectual curiosity, and develops confident, capable learners, Broadoaks is the place. In my opinion, Broadoaks represents the standard all schools should strive for.

When concerns are raised, communication is handled in a dismissive manner rather than through collaboration or dialogue. Parent input is acknowledged superficially, key points are bypassed, and agreements made at the classroom level are not upheld at the executive level. After receiving an assessment that did not accurately reflect our child's abilities (completed less than two months into enrollment), we raised concerns about the lack of context, narrative, and communication. The teachers acknowledged the assessment was not an accurate reflection of her capabilities and agreed it should be updated to reflect her short acclimation period and current capabilities. However, when this was escalated to the Executive Director, those agreements were disregarded. Rather than updating the assessment as discussed, leadership insisted on singling out a child instead of correcting an administrative misstep. Requests to simply revise the original assessment with accurate context were dismissed. When we expressed concern about the long-term academic implications of having an inaccurate student record, we were dismissed. The Executive Director superficially acknowledged our concerns, and reasonable requests were met with inflexibility rather than problem-solving. A school's culture is shaped from the top. If families are leaving, leadership may want to reflect on how parent advocacy is received and addressed.

I initially brushed it off, but over time he continued coming home with scratches, bruises, and marks on his body on a regular basis. Each time I asked about them, staff were unable to explain how they happened. As a parent, that was extremely concerning. I repeatedly brought my concerns to the staff and administration, but I often felt dismissed. I also asked Jennifer if I could review the camera footage, but I was told recordings were only kept for 24 hours and had already been deleted. Another concern was the lack of communication. When picking up my son, staff rarely provided updates about his day and often seemed rushed or unwilling to discuss concerns. Instead of feeling welcomed and reassured, I frequently felt uncomfortable and unheard. My experience left me feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that staff were more focused on defending one another than addressing legitimate questions about my child's safety. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this daycare for infants or children who are not yet able to communicate what happens during the day.

Our daughter has flourished here. She is happy, confident, and excited to go to school each day.
