I have been a customer here for the past 4 months...I pay my bill before it is due... 1st time I have been to my storage it looks like some one pulled my door off track & I told Manager Juan the problem & Juan put in an order for a door replacement & I took pictures of the door... Since the office has the only key to my storage we try to come on the weekend since we have to go into the office every time to ask for my KEY... I went into my storage 2 weeks later to check the status of my door & to put more items into my storage...everyting was fine nothing out of place... Went this past weekend to get some items out of my storage & again my door was off the track & I took more pictures and asked WTF is going on with my door? Asked for Juan & I was Juan will out of the office until Tuesday 2/28/17..Asked the Manager Juan to give me a call I want to know if someone is messing with my storage or what??? 32 days later I get a call from Juan saying I wanted to let U know Ur door is fixed without addressing the door being tampered or the inconvenience of not having a key for 32 days with... Just come pick up Ur key the door is fixed... WTH....I informed Juan this is customer service & there is a way U deal with U customer not arguing with them & tell them he doesn't believe that some one was tampering with my door & I have pictures??? Once I asked for the Supervior/ Manager/ Owner or the BOSS... Than Juan told me he is helping me by offering me another storage UNIT??? & further stated to me today after 32 days that he lives on site & is available to me because he knows I didn't have a key...I was just told this B.S. today... I would not EVER REFER THEM TO ANY FAMILY MEMBERS, FRIENDS or ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW... read more

The staff are always nice and the place is clean, but one time too many, I have found the elevators without carts. (And it's not just from them being used.) I have even had to go to other buildings to try and find one, only to not find one there either! It is very inconvenient and irritating... Come on you guys, you need more carts, it really does make it hard to move stuff without them! read more

I've had storage here three different times over the past 20 years. I agree with everything that people here are saying. It's a clean facility, with friendly, helpful staff. I've never had a problem with security. But I live on a boat and I have long term storage needs and the rent increases are relentless, coming roughly every nine months. Now maybe all of the local storage spaces do the same, but the practice is very annoying and I'd never again rent from them. read more

Reasonably priced units. Clean establishment. Manager Juan was very accommodating. I lost my keys once and didn't have access to my unit and instead of charging the additional fee to open it, he only charged me for a new lock. He also was accommodating when it came to the return of my rental deposit. I would highly recommend this place for your storage needs. read more

Amazing service. They charged me $150 a month for a 10' x 10'. My belongings were secure with gate code and cameras. Also, I was able to load up a large 28ft x 8 ft trailer for cross country moving (upack) and they let me park it in the facility to make it easy to load all my stuff in 1 hr!! They are very professional if billing problems arise, and use emails and technology well. They also prorate days if you leave a few days later than end of month. All around great service--no pests in the storage unit either. read more

having been a long time customer of ready storage i continue to be astounded by their ability to go above and beyond for their customers. i find the staff exceeding friendly and hospitable. juan and chris. juan is always there to make things easier for me and he has helped me out of a jam or two most recently when i had left a dolly on the premises and he was able to recover it and the items that were on it and he safely secured it for me. thanks again juan. great prices! great people! great service! two thumbs up! read more
