They print a calendar for me for the next 6+ months and are always on schedule. Michael is super nice; sometimes he is just totally pooped at the end of his day and calls me on my mobile to ask if its okay to make the delivery the next day. I don't usually like for vendors to have my personal number but it is always nice to hear from Michael. The product is terrific. The 5 gallon bottles are heavy and one slipped and broke in the house. (I will lose my deposit but, Oh well.) Just saying be careful slinging them around.

If I could give this guy a 0 I would. He did absolutely nothing but take my money and then blow me off. My home warranty company sent him after I was having trouble with my A/C where the fan on the outdoor unit wouldn't start unless I pushed the fan. The unit was still cooling the house fine once I manually got the fan going, but would obviously shut off in the middle of the night and without me there to get it going, I was waking up in a pile of sweat. I told all this to Anton when he showed up, and without doing anything besides checking the voltage he'd determined it needed a new capacitor, fan, and motor (even though everything I'd read from troubleshooting said it was probably just a capacitor which is just a $20 piece). But whatever, I'm admittedly no expert and my warranty was covering everything but my $150 deductible, which I paid Anton as soon as he arrived, assuming he was actually going to do his work (my mistake) . Anyways, he said he had to send it all to the warranty company for approval before he could do the job. Mind you when I called the warranty company later they said that was not how things are supposed to be done, and the repair guy is supposed to contact them while on-site for approval so they can do the job while they're still there. The next day, I was on the phone with the GM of the warranty company because I was having some issues with them (which wouldn't have been the case had Anton done the work while he was here). While I had the GM on the line, he called Anton to inform him that they had approved the job and asked him if they could send someone out that day (Friday). Anton said yeah, that he would send one of his guys out that day. I get off that call with the GM, about an hour goes by and I don't hear from Anton. I called him, got his voicemail, and left a message. Nearly three hours later he calls me back and says he's trying to move his guys schedule around to get someone out this weekend (mind you he said was gonna do it that day) and at the latest, he would be out by Monday. I told him that wasn't going to work, that I was already sleeping with no A/C (which he was already aware) and that I didn't wanna keep running the A/C on a bum capacitor because I read that could do more damage. So he tells me he understands and would try and move things around and told me he'd get back to me and let me know. The rest of the day goes by and I hear nothing back from him. The next morning, my compressor stopped turning on so the unit was no longer cooling. I called Anton twice, got his voicemail both times, and didn't hear anything from him all day. I decided to get a different A/C guy to come out because it was 85 in my house and getting worse. He put's a new capacitor in, and the fan starts right up no problem (which was the whole reason the unit wasn't cooling in the first place). Only now the compressor is still not turning on. He tries to work around and fix it and nothing. He said it probably went bad from trying to run on the bad capacitor, or from the fan not working (which was due to the capacitor). So now, because Anton couldn't replace a $20 piece while he was here like he was supposed to, and couldn't be bothered to return my calls (after he was already paid $150 for doing NOTHING) and give me my money back so I could go to someone else, I now have an $1800 repair on my hands. *Also just to note, after having spoken with my warranty company I didn't owe Anton the $150 he charged me upfront unless the job cost that much or more. Considering a new capacitor (which he had on him the day he was there) would of been way less than $150, it's clear he was just trying to run up the bill unnecessarily for his own profit. Bottom line, he showed up, took my money, didn't do what he was supposed to do (and in fact did NOTHING), and then couldn't be bothered to return my calls, leaving me out $150 and sitting in an 85-degree house for the rest of the weekend. This dude's a full-blown scam. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money and just go elsewhere.

I bought a supposedly new washing machine from them just 14 months ago. ( the buying process itself…read morewas problematic - we were charged twice and it took multiple calls and eventually threats to get it rectified). The machine broke down 13 months out . This is the same whirlpool model as the old one we replaced that had lasted 10 years! Again, no response to our calls until they were given a google review. Then I was asked if I bought it new??? The solution offered was for me to bring it in to the store - 20 miles away for them to "look at it and possibly repair possible free if the repair cost is not high ". It is so sad that this is their idea of good customer service . I hate giving negative review but honestly, they need to change their work ethic. I honestly feel scammed and I believe they sold me a used item disguised as new. Now I have to replace my washing machine barely a year out. Their loss - because I need to replace my dryer and refrigerator soon and would have been happy to patronize a small business. NEVER AGAIN. Even if they offered to come to my house to look at what they sold me ( at full price) I would decline. Not nice, sir. Not nice at all. That is no way to treat your customers.
