Nothing but problems with this company. Constantly received wrong or expired products. I have also cancelled multiple orders and had confirmation that they were cancelled but they still came through. Last week I inactivated my account and I am still getting charged this week but there's not an invoice showing up on my account and it shows I'm inactive. Their customer service is horrible. Please save yourself. Do NOT use this company. Because I have two young kids that play in the water, I decided to take a break until they were older. I have tried for 6 weeks to cancel and have the equipment picked up. I was told that there would not be another charge to my CC, but the couldn't come to pick up for 2 weeks, "That's the next time we will be in the area". The driver was a no-show. Called again, they made me wait another week. Again no show. Called again, again no show. I have been speaking to managers each time that say "We will watch this personally and get back with you on that day." NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED. Now we have been charged $60. They 'SHOULD' be able to get that back on our card once everything is picked up. We also had many issues starting service with them. I am canceling my service tomorrow. They just raised their prices for the second time this year. They have two addresses for me on their website, neither of which shows my almost 3 year purchase history, so I cannot manage my account online despite complaining twice. A few months ago, I had a new card issued and forgot to update my account, and instead of calling or emailing or sending a letter, they simply allowed my bill to compound until I owed almost $150, then they canceled my next delivery and didn't inform me. I called the automated line to request extra water and that's when I was told that my account was past fue and no further deliveries would be forthcoming. I found a competitor that will provide twice as much water for the same price, including a dispenser that loads from the bottom, so I don't have to ask a neighbor to change my water bottle. (i am 58. Lifting 40 lbs to my chest and then extending my arms in front of me to load the bottle was not going to happen.) So as of tomorrow I am switching companies. I have been a customer for several months now and they have yet to get my order correct. My order is always messed up, there delivery driver broke my water dispenser and then ran off. They are never on time. Why even send me a text saying you will be here if you are not? There delivery drivers dropped my delivery off at the back of the building where the bums hang out. I gave this company a chance to service our family with water delivery. When I first received my first delivery the driver delivered the bottles and dispenser. I noticed the hot water side didn't work, the driver said it takes time for the water to heat up so I said ok....it never did. Found out he never turned the switch on. The deliveries are a joke! If they can't deliver your water they will cancel your order and say we must have delivered to a wrong address, happened three times! To add insult to all of this, they said the prices are being increased. So, I canceled their services. I don't blame the workers, I blame the management model these companies operate. Then I got an invoice (auto-pay) for each of those months. Gave up trying to call because it always said the service reps were not able to talk to me. I tried I sent at least 25-30 emails and got the same automated answer that they would get back to me in 5-7 days because I was important to them. NOT! The few times I did get a response were not answering my concern. I tried for 3 months to cancel but it took forever for them to pick up my 11 empty bottles and the dispenser. Don't do business with these crooks!! They charged me a $20.00 late fee for a water delivery that I put on hold from deliveries. Lo & behold, I went outside and there were bottles of water delivered after I put the deliveries on hold. Again I can not say enough bad things about this company. Customer service job none. Don't get me about the issues with calling in. Everything is robo call and at least 20 minutes to get to talk to a human being who most likely will know nothing. When you are working for a company and have other jobs to do. I have been getting deliveries every month on the 26th of the month but this month no delivery I go to the app and see that they have me scheduled for every other month, which doesn't make sense. We had their service for over a year, the prices kept increasing, then we could not get in touch with customer service unless we sat on hold for 15-45 minutes at a time. You cannot cancel your account unless you call in and sit on hold forever. I tried to call and cancel 4 times in the last 2 months but could not sit on hold that long. The order was for about $20 and my sales tax amount was $14.01. When I try to call to get answers, I am just told no one is available. I was excited when provided the offer to receive my water at my door. I decided to just stop buying water bottles and invested in the dispenser and I absolutely love it. my only change would be the company I hire for the service. What everyone is saying in the comments is absolutely true. Customer service is terrible. When I first began my service, I called customer service regarding my dispenser. No one answered and I had to leave a message. This lady calls me randomly like a month later to address the issue and I was insulted. This company really should be reported to the BBB. They truly are a scam and I am so disappointed in ozarka for not stepping in and improving the process. I received a letter in the mail saying they reviewed my account and they made the difficult determination to terminate my account. No explanation. No termination. I've only been a customer for 3 months and I have completed all payments on time. They still delivered to me about 2 weeks later and took their money out of my account. Instead this time, they charged me $15 per 5 gallon jug when before I was only paying $8 which is still high considering a case of water (which is approximately equivalent to 5 gallons) costs $3-6 each. If I could give this Zero stars I would. Where do I start??? The customer service is TERRIBLE, they don't care about you or your service as a customer. I accidentally forgot to change my address on my account because I moved in a different building. (Also p.s I know that is entirely my fault for not double checking on that) I go to customer service to see if I can still have someone come up and, pick up the water machine and empty water jugs. They deliver the water to the jobsite, and when I close my account in June, they want to charge me late fees because they did not email my bill to me. My account was set up on email status for bills, because I was not getting them from USPS, no surprise there. I was told the late fees would be waived, ok thank you, went on about my business, and now I am getting late fees charged to this account for the late fees that were not taken off the account. The account is not closed, I cannot get some one on the phone, and I have sent 4 messages with no response (except 1 that said this issue has been taken care of through customer service). I don't know how it has been taken care of, and clearly your description of taken care of is different than mine. I absolutely loathe dealing with this company, and I am sorry to see that I am not the only one. I am admittedly very picky about bottled water, and really only like Ozarka. So far as I can tell, ReadyRefresh is the only service that delivers the brand, so I have kept my account for over 2 years despite MULTIPLE issues, but I am so fed up that its not worth it anymore. The prices have gone up several times, they've dropped us off the delivery schedule, and they continue sending (and charging) us for the water dispenser cartridge, despite the fact that I have called and had it removed from the order, multiple times. We rented a bottom load Lumina dispenser, that has worked well, until a few weeks ago. Now it leaks like crazy, so much so that it has destroyed a section of our wood floors. When you tell them you want to cancel there is no more communication. I didn't get a confirmation or anything. I was still being charged and still getting delivery notifications for the address I no longer live at! I call to let them know and had to go back through the cancelation process again and hear all of the dumb promotions to try to keep me! DO NOT use! They do not have a direct phone number to call and talk about your account anytime you have questions. You have to request a call and it can take up to 7-10 days, but don't expect a call. When you can get ahold of someone they are a middle man and cannot give you all the information you may need nor can they make a lot of changes to the account. I had to put a stop payment on their service from July - Oct. in order for them to call me. Even then they couldn't answer all my calls. Their prices go up every 3-6 months. Their app is a joke, their invoices never matched was what charged to my account! It doesn't matter if you have discount codes to use for a period of time, IT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE! Terrible, terrible company. A rep came knocking on my door so I decided to sign up to rent the dispenser and (5) 5 gallon bottles of Ozarka water not Nestle. I made it very clear I do NOT want Nestle water. Well guess what, I was delivered 5 bottle of Nestle water. I called over 10 times to come and exchange the 5 unopened bottles and they never came. Problem #2: for my delivery refill scheduled date to bring new bottles, I put 5 empty bottles outside my door and never called or brought refills, I called and was on hold for 30 minutes and was GUARANTEED, I would have my delivery today. This morning I got a text message that oops, we rescheduled for April 1st. I called to see why and was cut off 3 times after being on hold each for over 30 minutes x 3 150 minutes. We have been using this Ready Refresh for at least 2 years. In the past year their service has become horrible. First off their phone system is always broken. The deliveries are getting later and later each month. I called on 6-8-21 because we were out of water and our delivery was late already. I was advised that we would receive a delivery on 6-9 and it never came. I checked this morning online and it showed delivery scheduled for 8-10:45 this morning. When on the phone with them they advised 1-3 today. Online changed to 1-5. Everyone keeps saying that they are having some delays. I understand that things happen but when they do the company needs to reach out to their clients. For us to go from a deliver date of the 3rd of the month to it now being the 10th of the month with no delivery is unacceptable. read more

Zero customer service. Scheduled a delivery of a new dispenser/cooler bc the old wasn't working for us anymore. They gave me a delivery window of 1-5 pm. Rearranged the day to get home before 1. Got a call at 10:54 am saying they tried to deliver but no one there. Auto reschedule to a later day. Called customer service at approx 11:15 am to get them to come back out on the same day and after 20 minutes talking with them, she put me on hold. Call ended, not sure if dropped or their fault. She didn't call back despite having confirmed my number earlier. I called back, of course getting someone new and having to start over. He didn't even try to help. No service at all. The website sucks and they direct everything through website. I confirm delivery, then they deliver on a different date. The service has really deteriorated. The online service is confusing. It seems like it is only oriented to selling more and not servicing your account. The telephone service sucks. It is only open for about 8 hours a day and directs working people like me to the online site which sucks. I have 16 bottles of water and 12 empty bottles in my garage. And I can't get ReadyRefresh to contact me or help me. I have been a customer for 20 years and I am really going to talk with Costco this Sunday about changing service. read more

Let me tell you about my experience. First of all they kept raising the rates of the water and delivery services the whole time I was with them. At some point they sent me a letter saying they would no longer be servicing my area and my account will be canceled the following week. My account ending up being cancelled and a month later I got a letter saying that they missed me and to sign up for the service.... Ummmm. So I was like " cool! I guess they are back in my area!" So I signed up and got a water delivery a few weeks later like I was supposed to. Immediately after signing up I got a rate increase letter lol. I'm like whatever because I know prices are going up on everything now. A couple days after that I get an email saying my account has been deactivated. So I called at the person was VERY rude and short and said " yeah we don't service your area anymore" I stated that I had just received a water delivery and they said it was an accident and I wasn't supposed to get it. What??!!! Sooooo I said " let me get this straight.... You canceled my service because you no longer service my area for some reason... then you send me a letter saying you miss my business and to come back... so I do.
