I have been a customer of ReadyRefresh (now "Primo Brands") for years, with zero issues. Water was always delivered on time. Website easy to navigate. Prices decent. Easy to modify orders or delay them. Since the merger with Primo Brands, my water delivery has been delayed by a week. After doing some research I found hundreds upon hundreds of comments by other customers experiencing what I'm experiencing: unexplained delivery delays that keep getting pushed back; a useless chat bot instead of a human being to help resolve issues online; long hold times on the phone that result in being hung up on; unexplained charges and price increases; difficulty canceling accounts. I want to cancel my subscription/account with this company and can't get a hold of anyone to do so. The useless bot says I need to call. There are at least a dozen different phone numbers you can call but they all result in the same thing: being on hold for an hour or more and then getting hung up. Forget, too, about using the "call back" option. I tried that and nothing. They have increased their prices, too. I will likely have to contact my credit card company and ask for their help. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If I cannot get my account canceled within the week I will contact the state AG. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could because ready refresh is unethical and horribly unprofessional. They constantly charge my credit card automatically for missed deliveries and products I never receive. This happens monthly! They never credit me but instead promise to send free products the next time. It is beyond frustrating and they have taken so much of my money. Avoid them at every cost. At this point, if I could give less than 1 star, I would. Prior to the merger, I had no issues. In the months since the merger, my deliveries have been wrong, my empty jugs have not been picked up and recently, my order for June was rescheduled 4 times and "delivered" 10 days late. It was delivered to the wrong place, yet again, and the 11 empty jugs are still sitting here. I have called and emailed multiple times and gotten nowhere. I am going to throw the jugs in the recycling dumpster and cancel my service because this is ridiculous and I will not deal with this anymore read more

Since ReadyRefresh has switched out to Primo brands, it has been the worst experience ever that 1 star is too much! Since 6/30/25, I have been expecting a water delivery. Each day, it has been delayed and canceled. I called customer service and was always assured it would be there the following business day. Nothing! 7/8/25 I called to cancel my services and was PROMISED my empty containers would be picked up today, 7/12/25. I placed the containers outside, come home from work and they are still there. I call the company and was advised they would be picked up at 6 PM. It is now 7 PM and I have had to lug ALL of the empty containers back inside once again! read more

I canceled service with these thieves 2 days after recieving my first order because they charged me for all the promotional stuff that was added to my order after I called and said I did not want the promotional stuff because I was only going to throw it in garbage since I didn't like what those products were. They refunded my money and canceled my service with them only to charge me all over again a few days later. I called and again was refunded and promised it wouldn't happen again. I have asked that my delivery service be cancelled after not getting the jugs delivered when i was supposed to be receiving it. I received an email stating it was on the way in the truck. No sooner than an hour after that email, ready refresh sends me email saying they were out of stock and rescheduling my order delivery. At that point, I decided to cancel my account. I have yet to see any confirmation that my account was in fact closed even when I was waiting for 2 "unofficial" emails from the supervisor I spoke to this morning regarding the confirmation. My account is still able to be logged in at this point and not only that my payment method is still showing as autopay enabled. I see on the account that it is basically in a skipped delivery setting which I never authorized nor wanted while still showing that my delivery has been cancelled. Customer service and supervisor employees have not handled my situation satisfactory. It took only a minute to set up the account but no sooner you wanna cancel orders or close accounts, everyone wanna act like they can't do what you requested of them. I have pictures of every conversations I encountered, emails and what I see on my end in the app and website and still no resolution. I know what my rights are per the privacy policy and the updated terms and conditions. The privacy policy says I can request my information be deleted and the company is suppose to comply even under the threat of complying with the law considering there is no need to keep my information in their system. This is not a company that I would recommend to even my worse enemy! read more

This is not a company but a ponzi scheme...they lure you with promotional offers and then keep adding hidden charges. The worst is when you try to close the account, they put many levies for equipment refresh when trust me their equipment is junk. Also, their email/ customer care department sends half information and always pleads the fifth. In my case, I closed my account which left me with no access to their app. I reached out to their customer care to reopen the app access so I can pay...They opened the account after 3 months and added late payment charges. We'd been with Ready Refresh for years, and were always happy with the service. Then, at some point, they were acquired by Primo Brands. This month, we were notified our delivery would be 6/23, then 6/24, then rescheduled again for 6/25. Finally on Friday, I'd had enough. I called customer service and told them that if the water wasn't delivered on Monday, I'd be cancelling. The customer service representative was very polite and told me that they understood my issues and would address them. Then, I returned home and my wife informed me that she'd received an email that it would be delivered on Tuesday. So, I called and cancelled this morning. Six reschedules of a single delivery is unacceptable, and indicative of a lack of caring about customer service. They graciously offered a free month of service, but given the track record of delivering the service this month, I wasn't overly interested in getting a free non-delivery of water. read more

Im a website developer. There is no button to cancel services on their site, the opt to "skip a delivery" reverts to "your delivery is on your way" the very next day. Their webmaster programmed the javascript site so no customer can skip the service and it automatically loops back to "your delivery is on its way" at midnight. Ive am over loaded with 8 bottles and the delivery keeps coming. Ive called to cancel, they keep delivering. I have sent text messages to drivers to stop delivering, they hit me with an 8.99 charge. Do not use this service, their chatbots are useless, no opt to cancel within chatbots. or speak to a human. What they are doing is illegal. I suggest customers contact an attorney. American Internet Law states that there must be an easy way for customers to cancel service. They are in violation. A consumer fraud law firm would have a field day with this company. I think I'll point them in the direction. They need to be looked at since this has been going on since 2021 (according to their reviews) read more

I am in a wheelchair and can't go pick up water myself, believe me, I I could, I would because this is absolutely the WORST water delivery company ever!!!! I have been using them for over 11 years, they were good at first. then about 4 years ago they started going down hill with nasty and ignorant customer services. now the delivery service is complete trash! they are always cancelling deliveries without notifications. last week alone my recurring was scheduled for 11/28, it got pushed to 12/02, then 12/06 (tomorrow), now when I just called to confirm tomorrow's delivery, the automated system is telling me that it is pushed again - to Wednesday 12/07!!! Without any notification that I'm supposed to get to my phone! I AM SO SICK OF THIS COMPANY! If I can find another water company, I'm changing as soon as I find it! read more

First I would like to start off by saying, the one five star review is probably another employee that thought they could get some sort of sales commission by putting a five star review on here. Everyone else only had to put a one star review because they absolutely had to in order to write a review. Let me start by saying a sales representative from ReadyRefresh came to my door at 7 PM. His name I will not disclose but I do have it and have reported this issue. My community HOA has no soliciting rule and yet ballsy as this guy was, he decided to proceed with delivering his sales pitch. He told me to use my phone to scan his badge and then took my phone from my hands and proceeded to download an app, added a bunch of stuff to my car, and then asked for my card information. I thought this was pretty aggressive to have me at my front door for half an hour at 7 PM and it just made me uncomfortable as a single mother. I closed out the ordering page saying that I was not interested twice and he was very persistent and re-opened it put in all of the information, and proceeded to ask me for my credit card information again. Now mind you, it's 7:30 PM at this point and he told me I would not be charged until the delivery date. So I figured I would go ahead and process the order and then attempt to cancel it directly after he left. However this guy was so sneaky with all of it because I was unable to cancel anything on the app and I was unable to stop the delivery. I tried to call the customer service line and of course at 7:30 PM they are closed. The 21st was also Presidents' Day so of course the office is closed so this guy is not only getting a commission for a sale that I never agreed to, but it's impossible to cancel anything. Fast forward to the next day I called at 8:02 AM and waited 17 minutes this morning on hold to speak with someone. I had already selected billing and I was being transferred to billing again where I waited another 45 minutes before disconnecting and redialing. The second time I redial the customer service number the automated message said that no customer service representatives were available at the time. I was advised by the automated message to send a message on the app but you have to wait 5 to 7 business days for a response. So just in case my review or anyone else's on here, did not discourage you from placing an order - the customer service certainly will! Good luck with that. read more

I've been a customer for a few months and I love ReadyRefresh. I don't understand the bad reviews. I have not had any problems with them. They are great. My water is delivered on time. I had to call customer service once to change my delivery location and the person I spoke with was very nice and made the change, no problem. Worst customer service. They change dates, send voice reminders with wrong delivery days, prices keep increasing while service decreasing. Horrible company, but I love Poland Spring Water and they are the only game in town that delivers. After so many years, thinking of just switching away from Poland Spring because this company stinks. If you don't want to be part of their buying plan, you pay $15 for a 5 gallon bottle of water, plus delivery fee, plus surcharge, and their web site is all about pushing you to buy more and more. After 15 phone calls requesting the driver rings the bell to let us know he is here, they still drop and run. All my bottles sit outside the house, no returns can be given. I have tried so many times to make them aware of unhappy I am, and it is a TEXTBOOK EXAMPLE of how to lose a customer. They don't care, they don't respond. I have just received my 3rd delivery from this company so far every delivery has had issues. My first delivery I received the order has been delivered message but it was nowhere to be found. This happened twice on the third attempt they actually found my apartment. They also do not appear to have the ability to prioritize a redelivery so I need to wait for each attempt. The 2nd delivery I did received my order on the first attempt, then I received the order again the next day ! I called customer support and was assured the double order issue was fixed. The 3rd delivery was scheduled for Monday I was then notified it was rescheduled to Tuesday, then it was rescheduled to Wednesday. I did call customer support and found out yet again I had two orders scheduled I was told I would still get the delivery on Tuesday and the mystery 2nd order was cancelled. The delivery did not arrive till Wednesday. I will be looking for a new company for water delivery. read more

ready refresh has the worst service I've experienced in water delivery I've used them for since 2014. they are constantly changing the delivery date leaving me with absolutely no water. I purchased their new machine which was supposed to be self cleaning or you able to change the filter. this machine has dripped water overnight and flooded my kitchen and ready refresh refused to take the machine back I would not suggest this company they are not responsive and continuously late with deliveries. read more

If i could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, awful website, representatives that lie to you when you contact them, increasing prices, missed deliveries.... I could go on. Some examples: We were traveling on and off for a couple of months so I switched my deliveries to every other month. So I should have gotten Jan, March, May etc. but they could NEVER get it right, so I got Jan, Feb, May??? And this type of problem happens over and over. Then for some reason I didn't have a December delivery and noticed online, I tried to schedule one and it took 3 weeks. I was running to store for bottles. But this month beats all, i had a delivery scheduled for yesterday, but no show, i reached out via chat and the agent told me they are definitely still coming, in fact on the way. Well guess what, never showed! I went online this am and now the earliest "make up" delivery for their screw up is February. So once again, i will have to run to grocery store for water. I am currently a customer and have been since 12/2015. All was good until last year. Deliveries were almost always when they said they would be and if it did need to be changed they communicated that via text, email or phone call in a timely fashion. I just opened a letter that came in the mail this week. ANOTHER PRICE INCREASE!! This is the 3rd or 4th increase in 2 years. Bottles are increasing by $2 to $10.99, Dispenser rental increasing by $2/month to $5 & delivery increasing by $1 to $6.95. Meanwhile service as fallen into the crapper. Deliveries are being rescheduled almost every month for no apparent reason and usually receive notification long after the fact if at all.. I'm done with them I cancelled all future deliveries and when I finish the 3 bottles I have I am cancelling my account. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. read more

If 0 stars was possible that's what they would receive. They rescheduled the delivery of my water cooler 3 times without calling me to ask for permission or ask for a convenient day/time. Each time I received an email the night before, so that it was of course too late for anyone to do anything about it. They credited me the $5 water cooler rental fee and the few dollars that the water bottles cost, which isn't even a fraction of the the money I lost by taking these 3 days off from work. They have no sense of responsibility or customer service. I was ENSURED that my 3rd delivery attempt would NOT be rescheduled and sure enough it was. Do not use this service. All of my friends also report that their water deliveries are constantly rescheduled without advanced notice. I was a loyal customer for several years. When we moved and no longer needed service that's when Nestle ReadyFresh showed their true colors. I requested a pick up for my empty bottles. Was promised pick up several times- still no pick up. I have called on this account more than four times trying to resolve as I am due my deposit fees that I paid for the bottles. To date I have been promised a refund of the money that is due me and have not received any refund. Horrible service! would not recommend based on my current experience. read more

I've had ReadyRefresh for almost 3 years and am seriously considering switching to another delivery service. Their delivery is unreliable and the customer service is terrible. They send an email and text to confirm they are coming, but then never show up. Later in the evening, 9pm, they text and reschedule. I've had this happen multiple times. Today they didn't bring what they were supposed to, and now I'll probably be left to pay an additional delivery fee to have the right products delivered next week. read more
