Look out for hidden undisclosed charges and a labyrinth of no one to speak to over billing errors…read more I want to like them, but their business practices are so so sketchy I just can't. By the way, If you happen to sign a 6 month contract you may think that is the length of your contract, right? Nope. If you don't formally cancel a full three months in advance your contract auto renews with fees... and you are on the hook to pay that. If they make a mistake with billing you are on the hook to pay it because there is no way to appeal anything --it seems to all be automated from some centralized office and all they give you is a phone number to call and you will be on hold for hours and hours and hours. Never getting to talk woth a human being. By the way, that really nice friendly personable sales person who showed you the office when you signed up? Yeah, you'll never speak to them again --they don't take your calls after that. There seems to be no one person who has any authority to make any changes to errors that they make, misinformation and tricky hidden fees are the norm. It is so frustrating and maddening. I never write bad reviews, but I just hope that someone reading this can avoid all that trouble. When I started running into this terrible service at Spaces I started reading reviews and I saw that this had happened over and over and over to other people. I just wish I had read those reviews in advance.

I typically use open areas or grab dedicated desks. There are lots of sitting areas, booths, various rooms more open or quiet, a library area, phone booths and more. Staff is super friendly. Great location with even with outdoor seating, a block or two from groceries, food, coffee and cafes. 21st and 23rd streets are right there as well with tons of shops and food options. Only thing I wish was for a couple drink options on tap or in the fridges complimentary. There is a coffee / cappuccino machine that's paid though I don't personally drink that. Though if you do the prices are very low and reasonable. Overall love the place and it's a regular spot when in town.

He gave me information on parking, on breakfast and on the space! I felt like he was my personal concierge. I showed up before they opened and he personally greeted me and made sure I was all set up. i'm a busy executive, who travels a lot and needed this to be a quick transaction. Scott delivered above and beyond. The space is beautiful, quiet and set up for work. There is coffee , tea, quiet, but nice music, etc. Will be back!

Lots of electrical outlets that are intelligently placed on top of the tables, and the wifi was reliable. Kitchen was stocked with the usual coworking amenities. That is, water, coffee, basic tea, and some basic snacks. The day I was there, it was Kind bars and bananas. There are more snacks and drinks in a vending machine in the kitchen and for sale at the reception desk, including gigantic bars of chocolate(!) which are produced by one of the occupants. There's a frig to store things. Some minor issues to note: Tea service is very basic. I only saw one "telephone booth", though it doesn't seem too bad if you have a conversation out in the open area. The space was rather chilly and I had to put on my jacket and scarf. I recommend bringing layers. Lastly, the chairs in the general areas were not adjustable and didn't provide good lumbar support. An example of beauty over function here. I wish the interior designer/manager opted for more ergonomic chairs, as occupants are often there all day long. Overall, this space was great! Bathrooms: Clean and functional, and lovely.

Do not expect to be able to contact anyone at the company regardless of what time of day or day of week you phone. 2. Watch your billing carefully. I was double billed for the deposit, and they tried to bill me for products like the coffee maker, that I had never agreed to. 3. Good luck getting your deposit back. I have tickets in with Helpdesk, have talked to a regional manager and sent several other emails. This place has proved to be a waste of my time. I would not recommend it to anyone.

They hire front end sales people who are very personable and nice--you would never know that the corporate policies seem to be designed to screw people over. They are one of the scammy-est groups I have ever worked with. There are hidden fees, billing dates that change or that are charged way in advance, and the latest one: saving your Visa number and using it without authorization for additional charges. Overcharges and stealth fees seem to be a business model with these goons. When you try to resolve anything you get bounced around to anonymous 'helpdesk' email addresses and can't speak to anyone who can help. I was a member of We Work for years and never had an issue with billing, I have been a member of Regus for two months and have had nothing BUT problems: overcharges, unauthorized charges to my VISA, hidden fees, strange and arcane billing practices. The bottom line is there is a distinct lack of willingness to 'make it right'. The worst part of this is not the money ( although I want that back) but the time and aggravation that this is causing me. Literally the company that I hired to help my business expand with office space is hindering my business by making me take the time to have to chase them down for fraudulent charges. This is NO way to run a business. I am having to take these charges up with my bank to get the unauthorized charge reversed. I literally never write Yelp and Google reviews complaining about businesses, but they have driven me to write this one: I will advise anyone thinking of signing a Regus contract to run away, as fast as possible. Save yourself a lot of hassle and choose any other option.
