Edgar arrived on time at my house and took all the necessary measurements, but it felt rushed like he clearly had somewhere to be. When he was finished measuring, I asked about color options and he directed me to go to their store which I thought was really lame that he didn't have any samples to show me, didn't offer me to check out their website and did not give me a business card. The whole thing felt rushed and unprofessional. Edgar told me he'd have a quote by end of day emailed to me. That was two days ago, still haven't received that quote. These guys never had any intention on doing any work for us, and have made it perfectly clear that they don't need our business, so one of their competitors (close to their Northridge store ;) ) is getting our business instead.
