But Andrew, Alvin and Jay have been great. They helped me replace an HVAC at a reasonable priced compared to others and I felt confident I would be taken care of. Which I was when issues arised that were not a fault of their own. They came out multiple times and resolved the problem. Then I decided to shop around for quotes and called Darren. He was professional and knowledgeable about the different types of AC in the market. He even offered to come check the layout of the unit before giving me a more accurate estimate. After he checked the system, Darren provided his honest opinion that although the system was older everything was actually working fine and there was no need to replace the system. I am glad that I reached out to Darren before I went ahead and spent the money for a new AC unit that I don't need at this moment. Great company! They installed our A/C u it about 2 years ago. It's now 2 years later & our unit stopped working. They came out : different time to fix it to no avail. (No charge for all 3 visits). Hunter was a great tech & communicated that he had to get us a new board. He was here for over 2 hours. My unit was still under warrantee. He was very polite & explained everything he did. Our AC went out of course right as it starts to get to the 90s, all of my other air conditioner appointments cancelled on me. I contacted Real Time Bros to see if they could help me out and they answered me immediately on a Friday at 7pm and let me know they could make it out the following morning at 8 am.
