Excellent service from a local company! Mark came out within one hour of me calling him about my wall furnace, and was very polite and knowledgeable. He checked the system because the gas company said that there was a leak. Then when the gas company came back out and said the valve had to be replaced, Mark came back on his own and replaced it for free. Not only that he waited until 530 pm before leaving to make sure that I was taken care of when speaking with the representative from the gas company. He is truly one of the last people that care about customer Service and take pride in their job. read more

I have a Bryant A/C unit. A few months back I noticed some oil/grease leaking out of the A/C fan motor. I contact 9 A/C companies and get responses from most of the companies. Aaron from ANS Heating and Air responded quickly and asked that we text. I got back to him and let him know I needed a mother replaced and that I had a spare motor. Most of the companies I contacted did not want to use my spare motor. They supply the motors so they can mark them up and make money of the motor. a couple said they would install the spare motor but gave an outrageous price to do it. Aaron was very resposive and less expensive than the other quotes I received. Plus he said he could do the work the next morning. Aaron showed uo on-time, in the morning. When he showed up he did the motor replacement. I said the capacitor was replaced about 2+ years ago. I said I had a spare capacitor and Aaron said let's put a fresh capacitor in while he was there at no charge. When he completed the replacement he stayed at the price he quoted. While he was working I asked about how many years has he been doing A/C. he said 20 years, so he had a lot of experience. Aaron was on-time, efficient, full experienced and a nice guy. It is rare to find people who take pride in their work and company like James and his two associates, Otto and Thomas. I learned in my research that installation is more important than brand name for HVAC system to get true efficiency and avoid many repair issues. I am 1000% confident the installation could not have done better. They even purchased matching pebbles to match what we had already in the area. I had 100 questions and James was very patient to answer every one of them. I like that it is a small company because he is very hands-on. I got 3 bids to install A/C using my existing forced air heating unit. Mark had the best price and I felt very comfortable with him. After the bids we decided we wanted to replace the existing ducting as it was original dating back to the mid 60's. So glad we did! The inside of the old ducting was quite dirty. Mark quoted the additional cost for the ducting and set up the abatement people to come remove it along with asbestos above the heater. In both cases the final cost was lower than what he quoted. Mark's team, including his partner Aaron, were very professional and did a wonderful job. We couldn't be happier with the choice we made going with ANS. read more

I can't say enough good things about Aaron and his company. He has put in a new air conditioner in our rental and our main residence. I have a background in mechanical and electrical engineering and own a few business, after calling several AC guys and getting quotes and seeing they are trying to up selling, telling me stuff that doesn't mechanically or electrically make sense I was glad to find Aarron of ANS, he is honest and dependable. He didn't try to up sell me, but more wanted to educate me on what brands of units are good which ones are bad, good and maintenance practices. Everything he was saying about our broken units were correct and accurate, this is a big point because it showed his honesty and ethics. My AC wasn't working. I turned the circuit breakers on and off, I checked the the AC fuses and I even checked the capacitor (5 microfarads on the fan, 35 microfarads on the compressor), all checked out to be ok. My conclusion was that the condenser fan motor needed to be replaced, but the bearings were fine. I was a loss to diagnose the exact problem. I called ANS and they had a man out the same day. He checked the power to the fan, but there was no power. He checked the circuit breaker and all breakers were in the "on position", however, this tech had the experience to know that some breakers won't reset easily. He removed the breaker panel and then he reset the breakers again with the panel removed and then it worked. I would have never figured out to do that. Had I not called ANS, I would have spent days and hours trying to repair and diagnose myself, and this tech figured out the problem very quickly and the $ charge was pretty minimal. I will use these guys again as they seem fair, honest and also very experienced. I will also recommend them to my neighbors as well. read more
