Take out customers, beware. Used to love this place, eat in and take out. Supported them during the pandemic. Ordered dinner tonight (2 burgers and a "full" order of wings) for $53. Got home and found 6 chicken wings in the container. Called restaurant thinking this was a mistake, NOPE. Turns out they charge $2.50 per wing. Don't even bother visiting their website because they don't know how to update it. Spoke to the owner who was RUDE and questioned me on where I got prices from, then told me prices have been changed two times since that was published. Really?! Such a shame because the food is good here but taking advantage of customers with bait and switch is wrong. Definitely won't be returning again, the wings aren't that good, anyway. Much better bar and wing establishments in the area. You just lost customers ReBar and yes, I will tell all my friends. EDIT: Manager not rude? The belligerent comments keep coming, edit after edit. Maybe if you would have spoken to me like a human over the phone and had this conversation, you wouldn't have to harp on my Yelp review. Word of mouth is the best compliment and I have done that over the years to help patronize your business, so no I didn't leave a review. ReBar has come a long way and changed a lot the past 8 years or so. The food here is excellent. Literally, everything on the menu. You can't go wrong. The cuisine is American/New American type - burgers, wings, fries, tots but they have more than that too. The inside has about 15-20 tables plus a bar you can sit at. They used to have a pool table and dart board but I think once people started coming for the food over all else they had to make room for the dining in crowd and got rid of both. My favorites are their specialty grilled cheese sandwiches specifically the one with the bacon. Their wings are excellent too and the bangin' shrimp. The only thing that needs work here are their bathrooms. Definitely needs an upgrade. The toilet paper roll is on a pipe and the mirror is a Sailor Jerry mirror so it's hard to see. Horrible. Bartender is absolutely disgusting (with her words and actions.) She did not have the ability or patience to assist a paying customer with items that were forgotten from their take out order. Hung up on me and my husband 2x and used foul language when my husband arrived at the restaurant to collect his money for the forgotten items. Chicken tenders were not my favorite, but those sliders were amazing and my boyfriend really enjoyed the burger! Then we returned with some friends recently to grab a drink. Both times we have been it pretty quite and not too many people there, but my friends mentioned it gets super busy when there are big sport games going on. I have been here a few times and if it were closer to my house I would definitely be there a lot more. It's a place where you feel comfortable. There is always good music playing not too loud and the atmosphere is perfect to enjoy a beer and some stellar food. Compliments to the chef I have had a few dishes there and it's always hard to decide what to get because all the food looks and sounds delicious, and they always have new specials. If this is the owner how do you know if you weren't there? Now who's lying? If it's the bartender how would she know if she was in the bathroom? So your recall is absolutely wrong. Just another way of saying it's our fault for our feelings and to deflect responsibility from you and your staff. I honestly came in there hoping for a better experience so I can come again and again and chalk it up to an off day the first time I went. Well anyway if you read my last review you know how that went. He said the manager didn't see us but I literally saw him look at us. It just seems there is a pattern with this owner to blame the people that had the bad experience as the reason for the bad experience and he's done it for past bad reviews too check on past Yelp reviews and google reviews.
