Driving back to Houston from Austin and our tummies started rumbling but we weren't looking for your run of the mill fast food places or chains. We were hoping to find a Mom and Pop type of place. Therefore I went to my trusty Yelp app and searched for a place that met our standards. Reba's came up so that's where we went. It's decorating is electric. Lots of old memorabilia and decorated in a folksy kind of way with checkered tablecloths. They have Pizza, deli sandwiches, salads, and quiches. I opted for half a chicken salad sandwich and salad with potato chips. My hubby got the vegetable quiche of the day and my best friend got the French dip. My sandwich was good nothing special but good. What I really liked was my salad dressing and how fresh my salad was and all the yummy veggies in it. Hubby said his quiche was good but my friend didn't like her sandwich at all and said her fries were just ok. I'd say it was better than fast food and if I was by this way again I'd probably try some pizza it looked really good as it went by. read more

The pizza is fantastic! My favorite is the Mighty Meat and the name does not mislead! Their Ruben is also pretty stellar! Sometimes you can tell the staff are tired (I've been embarrassed for them when I've brought out of town guests more than once...), but over all are friendly. Space is a little cramped for large parties but the facility is clean and a fun atmosphere. read more

If you want real New York-style pizza, this is the place to go. I needed to set up a meeting half-way between Austin and Houston, and I randomly chose Reba's. The pizza blew me away. Apparently, the owner's family is from New York. Their pizza is genuine NY style. I was so impressed, I've been back many times for more. read more

Love this small Pizza place. Feels comfortable to sit and eat. Food is great also. I hope they add spaghetti and meatballs to their menu.

The BEST veggie pizza I've ever had. Seriously good. Great staff. Brought in our own beer, so couldn't have been more perfect.

Absolutely wonderful place if you want a Reuben sandwich or a fresh pizza. Everything here is fresh it smells great when you walk in they have bluebell ice cream and all these different these awesome desserts and You can even watch them make your food while you wait if you want to do that think that's really awesome. We were looking for a "non-franchised" lunch and Yelped Reba's. Glad we stopped! Had the quiche and their side salad was chockfull of fresh veggies and not just some green stuff thrown on a plate with a sorry grape tomato. My husband had the Dirty Harry sandwich and said "very good". The table next to us had a pizza and it looked yummy. We don't go through Giddings often but will stop again when we do. read more

Cute little cafe in the old downtown of Giddings. Movie posters from Star Wars, Ghostbusters, & Casablanca hang on the walls. Don't be deterred by the styrofoam plates & plastic forks. Food comes out fresh & hot in more than ample proportions. Veggie lasagna is chock full of veg, with broccoli, eggplant, onions, olives, & sun dried tomatoes. Pizza's pretty good too. I was passing through town, and decided on Reba's a little because the interior was less creepy than my other options. You order at the counter, and they bring the food to your table. The gentleman at the register was very nice. I ordered the club sandwich which by the way is my go to at diner type places my first visit. It tends to be a good barometer for how the food overall will be. As far as clubs go I've had better. This one came on sliced wheat bread, and was awkwardly small. It was accompanied with some chips on the side as well. Ultimately it was a forgettable meal, but I won't forget how kind the folks that worked there were. read more

We often drive thru Giddings and, based upon other reviews, were looking forward to trying Reba's when next we drove through at meal time. What a disappointment. The ice is stored in an igloo at the self-service drink station. The piece of quiche I was served had been microwaved beyond recognition and was really nothing more than cheese. My soup tasted burnt. The rest of the family order pizza...they refused to eat it. My husband's side salad was the only edible item...that and the saltine crackers. We will keep driving through Giddings next time. read more

Probably my favorite place to stop on the Austin to Houston or Houston to Austin Trek. The Quiche is really good and the Duke flatbread sandwich is phenominal. The people there are nice and the prices are reasonable. I got pulled over in Giddings a few weeks ago and I think the cop let me off cause I said how good I thought Rebas was! read more

What a great place! Healthy choices and great flavor. Salads and wraps are out of this world. The best ice tea in town!!

The food was great, but it took a really long time to get my order. When I walked in there was one woman working on making food and two younger girls standing around texting. I was not greeted or acknowledged until I had been standing at the counter for about five or six minutes. The woman making pizza kept looking at me but nobody said a word to me for an uncomfortable amount of time. I was disappointed at the lack of polite courtesy. I grew up going to this restaurant with my parents and have many fond memories of it. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be like a kind of place I will enjoy taking my own children. read more

I was so excited to try this place for a long time and I finally went today and I ordered a meatball parm pizza and the Italian sandwich. Sadly, I am disappointed by everything. The pizza is very plain, dry and the meatball is flavorless. However the ingredients and meat were fresh. The sandwich was very plain, bleh and just...disappointing. I really expected more from this cute little place. The inside is very nice however, the cashier was quite unfriendly to me and she took my order and spoke to me as if I had a line behind me, which it was only me in the restaurant. My husband and I where driving back to Houston and wanted to try a local place to eat. We both had the Bonnie & Clyde combo. I had the chipotle chicken flat bread sandwhich & the bacon potato cheese soup. I thought the soup was great but the sandwhich was ok. I'll try a different one next time. My husband got the meat quiche & baked potato. He liked his quiche alot. We will go back but there are other small town resteraunts we would like to try first. read more

I had the Sundance wrap which consists of a plain flour wrap, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, grilled onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms with ranch dressing. I added avocado and changed the ranch to the raspberry vinaigrette. The wrap is served with a bag of plain lays and I added a drink. I'm not sure if the lemonade is made in house or not but it was a little sweet for my tastes so I cut it with some water. The wrap was delicious and pretty large. My meal was about $10 so not expensive and good so worth it. I was a little upset because I wanted a gyro but they had run out of flatbread. My second choice was the lunch special including a slice of pizza, a cookie, and a drink. The lunch special is only available Mon thru Fri and you only order a single slice of pizza Mon thru Thu. I was only mildly upset. The weekend crew seems a bit inattentive but mostly polite. They weren't very energetic or happy which might be understandable considering the boredom that generally accompanies small towns. Stopped by on our way from Austin to Galveston. What a great find. The potato bacon and cheese soup was some of the best I've had. The pizza was also delicious. Dined in on 4/30/16 and shared medium "meat lover's" pizza with my Husband. Price was okay but flavor was lacking. Enjoyed crust; not to thick or thin. Toppings were plentiful. A little warm inside building, probably due to oven. Appeared clean, didn't check restroom tho. Food was hot and cooked to order. May go again for deli offerings. Happy eating. read more
