Details: I have been here before in 2021 with no incident; good service, cleaner, friendlier. I went on Saturday morning (3/29/25) early in the morning expecting/trusting my nails would come out nice. I had been so exhausted from work and was falling asleep/very groggy on the chair. I don't remember the name of the technician that worked on me but she had a short bob cut and is blonde. I honestly should have turned around and left when she was rude to me. It was early and they were asking me what I wanted; again I was groggy and meant to ask for a mani/pedi but said manicure first before realizing and she made a comment "oh I thought you wanted only a manicure" in a condescending tone. When I sat down and showed her what I wanted she tried to convince me to do French tips, when I wanted a nude to black ombre; had she told me it was out of her skill set I would have gone with the French tips. They seemed fine when I was done/left but once I was more awake and saw the job she left on me I was so upset. She did not tidy up the acrylic under my nails on my right hand whatsoever. It was disgusting and difficult to keep clean with dirt and food buildup that accumulated. In addition, some of the acrylic material on my thumb and some other fingers were painted over and left these ugly bumps on my nails. She also only cured my nails once. The acrylic fell off on Tuesday and I saw how thin the nail was made. I returned to ask for a refund/if they had a refund policy and they didn't really listen/help. They brought me over to the tech that did my nails and they did offer to fix it but honestly at that point I was thoroughly disgusted with the establishment and lack of care put into my nails. The walls have so many scuff marks and even coffee stains and there was a noticeable lack of sanitation for their equipment. One of the techs blew a huge cloud of smoke from their vape inside the salon as well and it blew in my direction. I insisted on the refund, they asked me to take a seat to wait to be helped(who knew how long to be honest) They spoke about me as if I couldn't hear them and that made me furious and left. They did not listen and kept being pushy about getting them fixed. I went to another salon and they fixed my nails. I am NEVER EVER coming back here. I don't like to make a scene or fuss but I felt so disrespected thru the whole experience. I got charged $100+ for shoddy nails and also my pedicure was mostly good aside from the fact they cut too far and left 3 cuts on my big toe. Do not come here if you care about having nice nails. I wanted to have nice nails for my vacation and I don't do that often, so this experience has been awful.

The nail tech started great with the removal of my gel polish I went in for an overlay with gel color plus a reg pedi, once she got to removing the cuticle of my right hand everything was fine but when she moved to the left hand she cut me twice and then went back to the right hand and cut me again. And let's not talk about the pedicure, I mean just look at the pictures I was there for about 3 hours. I've usually spent about 1 an half to 2 hours at a nail salon for the services that I had but honestly this was the most painful pedicure I've had my entire life, it was crazy the amount of blood there was on the towels because she was trying to stop the bleeding and even on the ride home I was bleeding I had to put a bandaid over my toe because it won't stop, the picture I put here is when I got home.
