TL;DR: I was given shoddy acrylic nails with no cleaning up, acrylic lumps not cleaned up and painted over, rude service, the establishment was disgusting/had a lack of sanitation for their tools, did not get what I wanted; ended up going to a different salon to get my nails fixed. It was very clear they only cared about getting a client on the chair to earn commission. Two stars and I'm being generous but the ONLY thing about my nails I was happy with was the size and shape being what I asked for. Details: I have been here before in 2021 with no incident; good service, cleaner, friendlier. I went on Saturday morning (3/29/25) early in the morning expecting/trusting my nails would come out nice. I had been so exhausted from work and was falling asleep/very groggy on the chair. I don't remember the name of the technician that worked on me but she had a short bob cut and is blonde. I honestly should have turned around and left when she was rude to me. It was early and they were asking me what I wanted; again I was groggy and meant to ask for a mani/pedi but said manicure first before realizing and she made a comment "oh I thought you wanted only a manicure" in a condescending tone. When I sat down and showed her what I wanted she tried to convince me to do French tips, when I wanted a nude to black ombre; had she told me it was out of her skill set I would have gone with the French tips. They seemed fine when I was done/left but once I was more awake and saw the job she left on me I was so upset. She did not tidy up the acrylic under my nails on my right hand whatsoever. It was disgusting and difficult to keep clean with dirt and food buildup that accumulated. In addition, some of the acrylic material on my thumb and some other fingers were painted over and left these ugly bumps on my nails. She also only cured my nails once. The acrylic fell off on Tuesday and I saw how thin the nail was made. I returned to ask for a refund/if they had a refund policy and they didn't really listen/help. They brought me over to the tech that did my nails and they did offer to fix it but honestly at that point I was thoroughly disgusted with the establishment and lack of care put into my nails. The walls have so many scuff marks and even coffee stains and there was a noticeable lack of sanitation for their equipment. One of the techs blew a huge cloud of smoke from their vape inside the salon as well and it blew in my direction. I insisted on the refund, they asked me to take a seat to wait to be helped(who knew how long to be honest) They spoke about me as if I couldn't hear them and that made me furious and left. They did not listen and kept being pushy about getting them fixed. I went to another salon and they fixed my nails. I am NEVER EVER coming back here. I don't like to make a scene or fuss but I felt so disrespected thru the whole experience. I got charged $100+ for shoddy nails and also my pedicure was mostly good aside from the fact they cut too far and left 3 cuts on my big toe. Do not come here if you care about having nice nails. I wanted to have nice nails for my vacation and I don't do that often, so this experience has been awful. read more

I do my nails with Yanellis and my pedicure with Dayami. I have been with them for almost 2yrs. Now. I am extremely happy with their services. They both are the best!!! Now, there is a problem with the nail polish provided which seems to be too old and in a couple of days the color starts to chip. It would be appreciated that the salon invests in new trending colors to best service their clientele base. read more

the salon is dirty and the nails techs seem like they don't really care about giving you a nice set of nails they just want to get you out, i paid $90 for a manicure and pedicure, just black polish with one chrome star on two fingers. the stars are ugly and uneven and the chrome is smeared over the black polish. my nails are chipped after 5 days and i'd rather just not go back to this place honestly. read more

Poor quality of polish. In less than a week, my acrylic manicure was lifting off of my nail. I could not brush my fingers through my hair without getting strands of hair stuck under the nail polish. Never in my life have I ever experienced this. I went back and had them remove the polish. The guy convinced me to get a gel manicure because of how ugly my bare nails now looked. It was naive of me to believe he would not charge me the gel manicure for the inconvenience. He let me know that he did not charge me the fee for removal, but the gel was $20. The most unfortunate part about that, was the gel polished also began chipping by day 2. So in one week. I spent almost $100 (which includes the tip I offered for their services) to have not one, but two manicures chip away. Beautiful place, subpar service... Tried this place out twice, and both times were disappointing. The first time was a polish change, which turned out horrible and had to be done over, which my nails were filed to the point that my skin was exposed and damaged, but I decided to give them another try, 1 week later... SUNDAY, Got a fill and pedi. (Pedi by Vanessa, was amazing!) ...but once again, my finger nails were filed even thinner this time, (same nail tech), with no reinforcement acrylic added to the sides, (needed because my nails are long) causing them to crack and break all in the same place, the same day and the next day after. I went back TUESDAY, had 4 of them fixed, and that same night, a 5th nail popped in half, in the shower! A 6th nail now had bubbles under my gel polish and had started to lift because it had cracked in the same place as well! Went BACK on WEDNESDAY, and was passed off to another nail tech, which automatically indicated to me that there would be a fee to pay. Mind you, I've already tipped a 20% gratuity that turned out to be a total rip off, because she clearly rushed my nails and created a week long problem for me. Another tech accommodated me (for free), which I felt was unfair to her, but "thanks!"... I was happy until this morning... ugh!! (Super annoyed). It's now THURSDAY, and frankly I don't wanna make a 4th trip to get another broken nail fixed. IM OVER IT!!! I'll just vent here. I specifically asked if this side that is now cracked, (less than 24 hours later, 7th broken nail), needed acrylic, because it looked like it would do exactly what it did, which was SPLIT AGAIN, and was told "no, it's fine." I really appreciate her trying to fix another tech's problem, but I just wish they'd listen to the customer when a request is suggested. Thought I'd found a gem, but it was just a colorful rock. Being from out of state, I needed to get my nails done so my daughter and I went the Saturday before Easter. The salon was busy, to be expected, however we got right in and was looking forward to mother/daughter time. Sitting there while the nail tech wrapped my nails I looked around and could not believe how filthy dirty the salon was, clipped nail's everywhere whether fake or natural on table tops and the floor, the employees not engaging with the customers, just basically going through the motions quite quickly and unprofessionally!! Everyone just going as fast as they can to get to the next customer. I get it, you also work on tips and I don't need to carry on a full on conversation, however with the price of getting a mani and pedi you would have thought doing a thorough job I would have been there over an hour. I am pretty sure I was done with both of these services in 45 min ( what a joke). Monday comes (2days later) and I am back at the salon having the same guy fix my nails because the polish was peeling off my nails. This time it took him about 20min, the salon wasn't busy and at the end of this visit I even got cuticle oil put on my nails, which I didn't on Saturday. Heading back home today, and as I sit here looking at my nails.... The polish has come off 4 nails and the polish is peeling off two others... one week with this on my nails and to say I am disappointed is an understatement especially for what I paid and with a generous tip. That being said, someone walked into the spa area from the back, and from her attire and demeanor, she could have been working in the salon, or on a nearby corner. Totally inappropriately dressed and watching something on her phone that was basic profanity. I'm no prude, but it was completely unprofessional on every level. i never leave a review but i just had too. this was horrible, i asked for my acrylics to be removed and a manicure, the lady was too impatient to wait for the acrylic to be removed off my nails that she left most of the acrylic on and still did my nails after i told her this doesn't look right, she consisted that "it was my nails" but it was horrible. i went home and took it off myself and it looked better than the salon did. I used to get my nails done here all the time but they switched over owners and the place went downhill. they hired all new people and the owner did not want to fix my nails. If you need a full set or fill-in, this place is a waste of your time. They have 12 employees but only 2 do acrylic which is NONSENSE! I've waited 30+ minutes for a fill in while others that have come after me are being serviced because they are getting manicures or pedicures. The nail techs literally sit and wait for manicures while they have a customer waiting for service. On the downtime they have while waiting for manicure and pedicure customers , they can be taking the time to learn or practice how to DO ACRYLIC!! I saw this place as I was driving by and thought I should try it out since I don't care for the other nail shops in the area for different reasons. So I decided to stop in. When I walked in my breath was actually taken away. It is so beautiful in there. I love their chandeliers and how the salon is set up. So I told them I wanted gel mani & pedi. I got paired up with Sunny (who is amazing!!!) and he did my nails. Sunny took the time to make sure I liked what he was doing but he wasn't slow like some of the other salons in the area.
