I'm sad to leave this review, since it seems like a small local business and it's pretty new, but I left feeling cheated. We came in for dinner tonight. Food came relatively quickly, which was nice. The guys who brought the food didn't bring any forks to the table for the kids pastas... I tried for about 10 mins to get the waitresses attention, but I'm not kidding it felt like she was actively ignoring us. She stopped at the table behind us repeatedly to chit chat, but never even looked our way as we were literally raising our hands like idiots. After a while, I finally shouted "excuse me" to get this girls attention. We all began eating and soon our drinks were empty. You think we ever got her attention to get them refilled? Of course not. But the girls behind us were checked on repeatedly. She even stopped to whisper things to them a few times. I'm thinking they must all be friends. Icing on the cake is, my daughter found a freaking DEAD FLY in her Cramberry juice. We miraculously got the waitresses attention to let her know, and her response was "oh, do you want a new one?" Like what?!?! Lol umm yeah, she doesn't want to drink the one with the fly in it..... what the heck.... At this point I asked for the check and a manager. Go ahead and call me Karen, this was beyond rediculous. The manager apologized and that's it. Lol what a mess. Do better. :/ we won't be back. read more

My wife and I went there Sunday for the first time. I had the French Dip, the best I ever had. My wife had the BLT and it was supposed to have a sauce on it but it seems they forgot the sauce. They had horrible wait time and food was cold. The person to bring out food was rude. And once I get my food, it doesn't look like the pictures at all. My drink was hot and only had a few melting ice cubes. There was cussing from one person. All of our orders were wrong, and it wasn't packed. Understaffed was not the issue to take a correct order. When asked to repeat the order, the rude lady taking the order sighed very heavily and rolled her eyes. When asking for a manager acting like a manager. When I asked for a manager about the cold food, nobody seemed to know who to talk to because he or she was too busy to check on customer satisfaction. DEFINITELY not EVER GOING HERE AGAIN. The service was horrible. Our food was super late, the waitress forgot to put one persons order in so he didn't get it. They messed up another order, she put an order on the wrong bill, and I still ordered a to go burger for my daughter and the order was completely wrong. This all would be a little understanding except that the waitress Chloe was so rude about it all, never apologized, didn't care. And she still wanted to automatically charge us tip on the to go order. When I questioned it, she was obviously bothered. We're never going back because of people like Chloe. read more

Their regular menu looks like there are a lot of options for non meat eaters. Not the brunch menu, though. First time here. Now we know. Chicken wings came out cold, the other dish we ordered was fantastic. Then, when it came to pay? I don't know what happened, but 20 minutes later we are still waiting for our debit card to be ran. When asked, they said the WiFi was down. So we are captive here waiting until they figure it out. Remember those manual card machines that went "whamp" "whamp" when you were processing the card? My wife went in on a rainy day right when they opened so it was empty. We had the whole place to ourselves. We split a burger with fries and some wings. The wings were crispy (which we love) and not over served with sauce. Perfect combination. They have a decent assortment of beers to choose from + a full bar! I have to be honest, I don't understand all the hype around this place. This is my second time coming and it was slightly better than the first, however, not enough to bring me back a third time. The server was friendly and we were seated in reasonable timing. Our order was also taken rather quickly but once our food came out no one came back around to check on us. This also happened the first time. The food was okay, our burgers were quite greasy and the garlic aoli on my burger just tasted like mayonnaise. I don't know neither the service nor the food stood out but we gave them a chance . It is a nice place to hang out but not for the price and the drinks aren't great either. Soooo, went here for dinner tonite. Ordered an appetizer that never showed up. Food took a good bit of time to come out. Cheese burger salad is over rated. Lettuce, chopped burger and 1000 island dressing for 18 bucks. Sliders were good. Waitress was apologetic for the appetizer and took care of us offering drinks comped and dessert if we wanted it. Fix your kitchen. Expediter in the kitchen needs to figure things out on a busy night. read more

Tried this place for the first time - food wasn't bad but I can't believe them taking advantage of a community event! Charged every table a 20% gratuity guess having extra customers wasn't enough $$$ for them! My son rode his bike down there & they wouldn't let us put it on the patio right next to our table (wouldn't have even been by another table) then there was a kid riding a scooter on the patio - guess that was okay!
