Reborn cabinets did work on two of our units. They clean every thing up before the walk through, so if you need things repairs or adjusted you will be told that they will 'come back'. For both units we were told that financing would not be pulled until the job is done. Both jobs needed a few more doors/drawers. They said they would come back when missing parts were manufactured. They pulled the money anyways and now we are unable to get them to come back to finish. its been 5 months and there is a gaping hole in 1 kitchen where a door and drawer should be and the other kitchen has misdrilled holes. Calling the project manager and corporate office has led to nothing. They say someone will get back to you, but NO COMMUNICATION. Once they get your money they will not come back and tie up loose ends on your job. read more

I was defrauded and I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. I found a deal from Costco and was pressured to sign a contract within 3 days because otherwise the deal would expire. The work order took 4+ months to manufacture and the installers took 3 days to install. The kitchen installation was very poorly done, with dust and dirt all around my house. They used my garage for sawing, cutting etc but did not have the courtesy to clean up after. They created dings on the resurfaced cabinets during installation and when we pointed it out, they created a warranty order to fix it. They also threw away my good shelves, while their resurfacing contract doesn't provide new ones. It's been 2+ months, I haven't got shelves for my cabinets, making my kitchen unusable. I have scratched out cabinets that look worse than my old cabinets now.. The customer service is non-existent, they only answer new order queries. Their project managers are irresponsible and rude when I asked them for accountability. read more

I had to cancel trip and hosted an event with an incomplete kitchen and all they could say was "I'm sorry". I didn't like the managers attitude as he didn't even have enough to call me. Reborn Cabinets did a nice job upgrading the bathrooms in our home at a reasonable price. We had a small problem with the glass sliders in the walk-in shower they installed in the hallway bathroom, and they were very responsive in coming out and curing the problem in a short amount of time. John, the service guy who came out, was very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient with the correction of the problem and really knew what he was doing and addressing there. All in all, I think Reborn Cabinets has been good to work with, and they were very efficient and knowledgeable in their work here. Just had new showers installed in two bathrooms. Makes it look like we got all new bathrooms. It's expensive but worth it. They tear down the walls of the shower completely and will repair any issues found. They install their own faucets, drains and, of course, the tub and shower. They even found a diamond earring that went down the drain. Anne was our sales rep. Friendly and worked to get us the bathroom we wanted. Our installers were Tony and Omar. Both were very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and made sure to involve me in any placement decisions ( like where to put shelves and the soapdish ). They even supplied us with curtain rods! The entire installation for both bathrooms took just one day ( 8:00am to just before 6:00pm ). read more

I called this company after seeing the number on one of their small Cars on the road. The project was very small repair and they said unless we are open to a complete cabinet refinish, they would not be interested. Now for the past 2 weeks, they keep calling me every other day as if this was a new lead! I have twice explained to the the caller you have already refused our request for help and asked them to REMOVE our phone number! But nothing seems to help. In fact, I just got a call today (Sunday) at 2:58 PM and again they claimed they will update their database and remove me. My shower is very small 36x36 I was going to go a little bigger. The product was plastic I was curious of the price. He told me to just do the shower pan two walls and a glass door and a shower head it was going to be $15,000 I told him that was insane. This review pertains to the business that is contracted from Costco. We unfortunately decided to get a quote for a shower re-do from our local Costco. We got the quote and it was higher for products that didn't match the quality we need for our home. The catalog of products didn't have what we needed, so we declined. When we explained that we wanted a simple upgrade, the sales rep kept on pushing for a sale. She then was cheeky enough to tell us how to upgrade our entire bathroom. We have a real estate agent who has already given us directions in what is required to sell in our neighborhood. Since then, I have been inundated with calls and messages from Reborn. I finally responded to a call this morning & told them that we hired someone else. When I asked if this company is affiliated through Costco, she denied it. She then kept on asking why this & that. I finally told her, for the last time, we are not interested. The calls continued even after being told no. This is turning into harassment. My master bathroom had a leak. I had to call a plumber numerous times and they were not able to find what was the reason for the leak. I live in a 2 story house so when we showered it would be dripping water down to my kitchen every time we shower. I was super stressed. I began to look around the tub and I noticed a crack on the tub. I had a microfiber glass tub and the tub has been here since the house was built so it was time to remodel. I began doing my research and came across reborn. I read so many good reviews and I scheduled an appointment with the designer Edward Cao to discuss what we can do. Edward was very patient and he was very thorough on his presentation. He was very patient with me and he was able to work around our schedule and made sure we were taken care of. We decided on the visit to continue with the renovations. Our only issue was our scheduling because both my husband and I were different schedules but reborn made it happen. They were able to accommodate our schedule and they sent their best and fastest worker Tony Dinh. He had an assistant in the morning but the guy ended up leaving so Tony did it all himself. I was told it would usually take 2 days for tear down and installation but with my husband and I having a hectic schedule they were able to work with us and they were able to get squeeze us in on a Saturday. Using Reborn was expensive, but service is unresponsive, they lack professionalism, and the work was low quality. I sent in a complaint about their installation work for our kitchen and it has not been addressed by the management team. We specifically chose Reborn due to the perceived (i) timeliness, (ii) professionalism, and (iii) quality, of which we felt was not substantially addressed during this project. Timeliness: Construction was promised to be 3 days, it ended up being 5 days across a 6 day period, which we were not adequately prepared for. We felt that with the inspection period and continual reassurance that this would be a 3 day project, we could comfortably make this choice. However, Reborn failed to deliver in its promise which led to us having to scramble to find alternative accommodations and cancel plans due to this failure. Professionalism: We were told that the construction would be "nonintrusive" and "well contained". However, the construction produced a huge quantity of waste product (sawdust, plastic scraps) that are now covering our backyard and have infiltrated every bit of our furnishings. "Coverings" hardly did anything as we have found sawdust and ground plastic everywhere in our yard and in our rooms that are not the kitchen. This is a gross misrepresentation and a safety hazard given sawdust is a known cancer agent. Quality: We saw large quality problems in the construction of the cabinet refacings. Many shelves were improperly installed, they installed shelves that were the wrong size, and many were misaligned. They are sending another crew to fix this but are still frustrated by this. Ultimately so far this is a 1 star experience and is very different from the "high touch" sales effort that went into getting me to sign a contract. Very unhappy customer here. read more

My Bathroom Is Reborn! I had my tub/shower combo from the early 80's torn out and replaced by a walk-in-shower installed by Reborn Cabinets. I want to say from the start that I am highly pleased with the product and the install. I do want to give you a couple of suggestions regarding the initial sales and approval process. Remember: no matter how friendly a salesperson is, they are still a salesperson. First, (this is only for shower installs), while you may be told the install would be four weeks out, although the paperwork says six weeks, it could be even longer. Keep in mind that these days the supply chains in general are messed up. Second, (and I blew this) don't let the salesperson rush you through the sections you're initialing on the contract. I didn't read those paragraphs carefully before signing, so when I later went back over them, there were a few surprises. It wouldn't have made a difference to my final decision, but still... Now to the install. My installer was Cruz Hernandez. I was highly impressed with both his hard work and the quality of what he accomplished on his own. He was here for about 10 hours, clearing out the old tub and tiles and installing the new shower. When he was done, he left everything as clean as he found it. Considering how hard it is these days to find people who really want to work, Mr. Hernandez is a breath of fresh air. Thank you Cruz and Reborn for a job well done. Ten days later the job was not finished and there were multiple problems: They insisted that we sign a declaration that the job was finished and said that they would be back in about a week to finish all: Drawers and doors that were the incorrect size (initially nobody said anything about these problems, they had to be pointed out to the crew!) and were supposed to be reordered, a garbage pullout that was in the contract could not be installed and then we were told "we may not be able to get it but we'll give you a credit" Five weeks later nothing? in spite of multiple reassurances. Our master and guest room bathroom vanities were in need of a reface. After contacting several companies we decided to use Reborn. I called and scheduled an appointment for a consultation and estimate. Nick arrived on time and met with my wife and I. After inspecting the vanities he reviewed the options available. He was polite and professional and at no time pressured us into signing a contract. The next day we called Nick and he came back to our house and we made the final selections and signed the contract. A couple days later Reborn called to schedule the installation dates. As we approached the installation date Alex the Project Manager called to introduce himself. The next day Omar the Project Lead also called to introduce himself. Both gave me their full names and numbers and asked if I had any questions about the job. A few days before the installation Nic the Lead called to confirm our date and provided us with a 2 hour arrival window. The Reborn crew arrived within the times provided. Nic, Mike and Cameron reviewed the vanities and decided on area outside to setup. We were give an original 2 day estimate to complete the job. However, Nic said he brought an extra guy and was going to try and finish the same day. Nic, Mike and Cameron diligently worked throughout the day. They were courteous, respectful and took precautions to not damage anything. It was a full days work but they completed both vanities the same day. The vanities look amazing they did an awesome job. They swept, vacuumed and cleaned up before they left. If we weren't in the house while they were working we would have never known they were there. We have 1 drawer face that will be replaced because it was scratched during shipping and Omar has already ordered it. The whole Reborn process has been amazingly positive. After the the horrible experience we had with Home Depot when we refaced the kitchen. My wife and I swore we would never use them again. I'm so glad we found Reborn. read more

I had my old tub shower unit replaced with a shower. The design, permitting and HOA paperwork went well, however my HOA let us know one week before the scheduled date that the water shut off to the high rise could only be done 5 days before. We had 30 hours notice. Could not believe that the project leader Cruz was able to reroute a crew and reschedule the city inspector. Amazing! Then on the demo and plumbing day my HOA facilities manager raises three requirements we had never been told. Tony D had to do the plumbing twice through no fault of him and the team. Tony also informed the facilities manager the the CPC drain requirement had changed and we did not need to change to a 2" drain any longer. Cruz sent to 2022 code update doc so we could prove it to the HOA. Plumbing inspection passed with flying colors. The job was completed on the regularly scheduled day with Tony D, Omar and Anthony on site. Great team. Great attention to detail by Tony and very efficient and tidy team. Tony sure knows his stuff and updated me on three items I thought I wanted but his suggestion was better and up to code. Final plumbing and building inspections all good. Had to sit through a 90 minute consult on the history of their company and the quality of their workmanship. It felt more like a job orientation but was obviously a strategic drawn out sales pitch. He kept using the word "kitchen remodel" when all we were are doing is to change out our cabinets. I guess that was too help justify the price shock you get at the end. I originally told the customer service agent upfront we had a very small kitchen and were not wanting to spend alot of money as we are going to sell our home soon. After sitting through the long drawn out process he made a few measurements then told us regular price to just replace quartz counter top and cabinet doors and put veneer on our cabinets in our VERY tiny Kitchen with 9 cabinets total was $17K.I had 2 other quotes to replace cabinets with similar to what I have not (prefab) particle board type cabinets for $6K if we do demo at a big box store and a about $5k to have a handyman install. I'm sure their quality is excellent but pricing, sales pitch and a quote with no explanation or breakdown of costs comes off a little sketchy to me. I recommend getting at least 3 quotes. read more

The technician that came out to re-install the shower was awesome and very experienced. He was here on time and worked continuously from arrival until completion. It took one day and a half to complete the job, it was perfect. The caulking was amazing, no gaps in the trim and there were no flaws in any of the work. We had our cabinets re-faced during May 2024. The installation team was here for 3 days. We had a defective trash panel. We discovered after they left that there was a hole on the wall along with a gap between the baseboard and the cabinet. The team did not address this to us before they left. I submitted an issue ticket by calling and emailing. After a week, a ticket was issued that these items will be addressed. The team showed up almost 2 months later with a replacement trash door. However, they told me the issue with the hole and baseboard are my problems even though it was not there before their work started back in May 2024. Poor workmanship and communication. The installers should had pointed this out before they left from day one also, when I opened the ticket with pictures they could had said that it's not their problem verses having me wait two months to get poor customer service.
