Dr. Peter is a wonderful man and doctor. He really pays attention to your concerns and symptoms and knows exactly what to do. With the body being so complex he was able to guide me in the right direction when my symptoms went beyond my back. Between my pain management sessions with another office and chiropractic treatment he was able to help me recover from my rear end car accident. Cynthia, the receptionist and assistant was just as kind of a person, always being so happy to welcome me for my visit twice a week for over two months. They really treated me like every visit was my first. If it happens again, I will have no choice but to involve my attorney. It's really unfortunate that instead of taking any accountability or showing empathy, you've chosen to publicly dismiss and discredit my experience. There were no other patients in the office that day -- just your wife, who was visibly panicked as the situation escalated. To clarify what happened: while I was still filling out paperwork and clearly in visible pain, you brought up a monthly membership plan. I was honestly shocked that was the focus, especially considering I hadn't even received any treatment yet. You then took me into the first room, where you had me try to get on a strange adjustment machine -- a table that kept trying to bend me automatically -- even after I repeatedly told you I was in excruciating back pain and couldn't lay down. It felt like my pain wasn't being taken seriously at all. When that didn't work, you moved me to another room with a regular bed. That's where I physically couldn't get back up due to the pain, and had to call my husband to help me. That moment alone was humiliating and deeply concerning -- and again, your wife appeared extremely stressed and was pacing throughout the office. I walked out of that appointment mid-session, not because I was trying to create a scene, but because I felt completely unsafe and unheard. You can deny it publicly if you choose to, but I know what I experienced. I'm not here to argue -- I left an honest review. Instead of reaching out directly and escalating things, you could have chosen to listen, reflect, and handle this professionally. Please do not contact me again. I used to go to a chiro who had 20 plus patients waiting in a waiting room where all you did was walk in during their hours of operations and all they did was just do adjustments for a couple minutes and rotate you out on over to the next person in line. Yi really takes his time with you. Each session is about 30 minutes long which is way longer than my old place. I like how the appointments start on time too instead of waiting for 30 mins to be rotated in like my old place.
