My battery started to die. I looked at the battery in the car and it and a manufacture date code of 2012. My car is a 2012 Audi. So I had to spend over $400 for a new battery. While I was getting that done, I was told my front brake pads were very worn. I think it I was .3mm. So a month later I had to spend $1500 on new front breaks. The people were nice. My experience here was much better than that last dealer I bought a car from but yes I am disappointed that after spending over $11,000 for this car, I had to turn around and spend $2000 for battery and brakes.
