I had the express interior + exterior with an engine detail add on ($190). My engine wasn't detailed as I had to do the "detailing" myself (10 minutes) before the young man left. So not very detailed IMO. Additionally, I did a walk around my full sized truck and found several areas that were still dirty that I pointed out to him that he quickly cleaned. I was able to observe this lad from my doorway & I guess kids these days just don't seem to have much motivation to move quickly. I felt sorry for this kid & still tipped him $14. I had Recon do ceramic coating on my new truck. I spent a while on the phone with Cheryl, talking through all the options, making sure I understand everything, and she was very kind and helpful. RECON did an excellent, meticulous job on the coating - and they went above and beyond to make it work for me. Because I don't have a garage and the coating is a 2-day process during which a vehicle must be protected from the elements, they sent a nice employee to my house to pick up my truck, they did all the work in their garage, and then returned my truck to me all done. I own a 2016 Vette. Running the Vette through a car wash is a big no no, and Getting ones automobile hand washed and detailed is tough these days. Mister gave up on detailing long ago. SuperShine Car Wash and Detail is one of the best, but scheduling can be a problem plus you have to either drop off or wait in their lobby. Recon solves all that by coming to your home or place of business and will fully wash your car, and they offer detail services including interior and exterior services. I had two cars washed and exterior detailed. Each car looks like new! RECON will text you when the service person is in route and She showed up right on time! An exterior detail took about 90 mins per vehicle. One thing to point out -- no wasted water. So if your HOA prohibits using water to wash your car this service is the ticket! Ricky came by and gave my 2010 Jeep Patriot the Express Detail Package, plus shampoo for the two front seats. It only took an hour and a half for a very thorough clean, inside and out. My Jeep looks good as new! Not to mention it was only $120, plus $30 tip (which is not required, but you should tip because they literally come to YOU and do a kick-ass job)! Way better price than all other places in the area for the specific services I wanted done on my Jeep, even after tip. It's also super convenient that I was able to get stuff done inside without worrying about having to pick my vehicle back up, since he did it in my very own driveway. They also have amazing customer service. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they were even a little early to come clean my Jeep, which is really nice compared to going to the dealership and having to wait sometimes a few hours after your scheduled appointment to even have them start on it. Friendly and VERY prompt service and response. The owner (?) was able to have someone at my house that same morning. We miscommunicated on what would be included. I expected to have the interior windows washed and inside surfaces wiped down with something damp, but I was just booked for an external detail. My main complaint was small scratches on the front doors. The tech did a great job buffing them out although I had hoped he had a smaller buffer to get at the many scratches around the door handle. There were spots and smudges all around the exterior but it looked fine. He didn't clean the painted surfaces inside the doors. They remained all muddy and dusty. When I called later on, they clarified that I did not pay for interior work but admitted that missing the doors was an error. They offered to come back to clean them but I took it somewhere else to have the inside done. I guess I expected more for $300 (inc tip) - like clean windows. read more

I recently bought a new car and decided to clean and clay the paint, something I've done many times in the past. This time I managed to really screw up and mar the new paint in several places. After I finished freaking out, I decided to get professional help and started researching auto detailers in town. Recon's reviews were all stellar and after dealing with them I can see why. The person scheduling the appointment kindly listened to my plight and set me up with Ricky to come out do the work. I had to wait a couple of weeks but now I see why; Ricky was professional, quick, and incredibly talented. He assessed the damage, assured me he could fix it in the standard time frame and got to work. When he was done, I was astounded. The car looked better than it did when I picked it up. He took care of the scratches I'd caused and cleaned and sealed everything. I'm so pleased and relieved. Not the way to run a business no matter how bad the day gets. not only that but I noticed when they removed the decals on my RV they burned made a small burn mark on paint. the lady was rude and was just tossing things out the way To get the job done.
