we kind of stumbled upon Recovery Lab when we were down checking out the main Street metro area. I walked in and talked to them. It was very easy and low pressure. Pricing was super straightforward. Yesterday was my first appointment after years of trouble with my shoulders. After 1- 30 minute stretching session, I had relief in my shoulder like I haven't had for years. I have been coming here for years since they were in the Norco location. They have helped with tight upper back and pecs from workouts. Recently I have been seen for nasty knots in my quads after an injury. I've also tried their other services, which come in hand to help with blood flow and inflammation (cryo and compression). These guys literally fixed my back! Tori is my go to but everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and caring. After many years in restaurant kitchens I had severe lower back pain sciatic nerve pain. I went for an MRI with my Dr and they found disc desiccation, disc bulge and facet arthropathy. The doc suggested injections in my lower back under X-ray which would only relieve pain for 6 months and not fix the problem. I decided to put my back in Tori's hands and let her work her magic. Results are not over night, it took some time but I now see her once a week. They have a membership package where you can get multiple treatments; stretches, scraping and cupping, compressions, freeze your ass off in the cryo therapy, oxygen chamber, etc. I go once a week for a monthly fee and it's my favorite hour of the week. I now live for the most part pain free, I'm careful about my back but at least I don't walk like a duck anymore. read more

My wife and I have been going to The Recovery Lab for close to a year. Most of the treatments have been for my wife. She uses the hyperbaric oxygen therapy on a membership basis 3 to 4 times a week. Since starting this treatment, she has not had a cold, allergies, or any illness. 100% of the staff is top notch. We were monthly paying members, for my sons Xcountry recovery therapy. Terrible place with zero professionalism! They were constantly closing early or opening up late! My last straw was the 2nd time that they were not willing to honor my membership, during working hours! Son had a big race the next day & refused cryo & compression, which is part of our membership & doesn't require appointment! The young ladies excuse was that she just ordered a pizza & they hadn't eaten all day! Other employee was willing to work on my son, but the young lady said no! The time before we actually called & she said we'd have to get there at 5:45pm (mind you they close at 7pm. My sons practice didn't get out till 6pm so we couldn't make it. Being part of a monthly paying membership, you'd think the employees would honor our membership much more than they did! This business is a hard pass!
