But my go to remedy is set up an appointment for at least a half body stretch. They usually work on my hips and loosen those up to relieve my lower back pain. Beware of this place customer service not a priority. I have been taking my daughter here for 3 months the employees have always been very nice and helpful however they often do not answer the phone and often are late to open up or take off early without warning this happened to us on more than one occasion. My final gripe about this place was their attitude towards their same day rescheduling policy. My daughter had an appointment the same day we had a recovery lab appointment and the doctor asked that we wait for an X-ray result before we start any physical therapy, I called and explained the situation and recovery lab refused to waive the $25 cancellation fee instead referenced the wavier that I signed not sure if management understands what customer service is let alone what opportunity cost is. My 14 year old son is an athlete (basketball) and had been begging me to go the Recovery Lab after seeing an advertisement and after a few of his friends had visited. After a strenuous skills training camp in July, I finally decided to give in and let him visit the Recovery Lab to heal his body. I called the Recovery Lab And was able to get a same day appointment. We arrived about 30 minutes after our initial call. We signed in and we're helped right away. My son undressed and put on the protective gear (socks and gloves). He stepped into the cryotherapy machine while getting detailed instructions and his healing begin. The session only lasts about 3 minutes. When he stepped out he felt cold nonetheless but he also says that his body felt better, his aches and pain had subsided. Cryotherapy works!! I plan on taking him back for another session and I would like to try their cryo-facial myself. The facilities are clean and the customer service was great. Glad to know that we have this wellness business in Rancho Cucamonga. read more

Come here almost every Wednesday for cryotherapy and compression. Love this place everyone is really nice and the place is very clean and orderly. Have been to other cryotherapy places and recovery lab is better then the rest. Update: Louie and recovery lab continue to get better with mobility training, hyperice guns, and many other procedures to help your body recover from tough training. I practice Jiu jitsu and mma and that takes a toll, having the availability to cryotherapy and compression sleeves helps me recover faster and continue training on a regular basis. read more
