We contacted RV-Time and the dynamic duo owners, Matthew and Ashley. The insurance company approved us getting an estimate, and Matthew immediately contacted the insurance agent and got right to work, which resulted in an approved estimate in half a day. Both Matthew and Ashley explained in detail the job, which involved a new refrigerator, all the connecting propane hoses, electrical wiring, fuses, and substantial cleaning inside and outside the RV. They asked if we had a trip planned, and since we had a big one in a few weeks, they said they would do everything they could to get it done a few days before we left. And they did. All the parts were then ordered. Matthew or Ashley would call regularly with updates, suggestions, or decisions. Both of them know so much about RVs - it is simply amazing. We both felt completely confident that we, and our rig, were in good - no - great hands. We have complete trust in their workmanship and their desire to serve us and our RV needs in the best and most expedient way possible. Do we recommend them? Let me put it this way: We will not go anywhere else for all things RV.

They found a minor problem with an outer bearing and replaced it. They took pictures, and saved the bearing to show me the problem. Best part with this place is not just the excellent work they do but the communication too. I've heard nightmare stories from friends about other RV repair places/dealerships. Fortunately, I've only brought mine to RV Time and it's exceeded my expectations. If you live anywhere near this place, I'd highly recommend bringing your rig here. Great family owned business.

My RV used to not follow the tow vehicle well now to tows like it is on rails. Such a tremendous relief! I tow in challenging Sierra Nevada terrain and highway 1 where I need to know the trailer is going to perform as expected. Oh wow, how things change... this used to be our place that we could take our Motorhome and trust…read morethat they had the best intentions for us and it! We brought our Motorhome to Kevin and Haley in January 2026 and they had it until March 2026. We had a new roof installed for $13,000+ dollars. While it was being worked on, they would send out pictures letting us know the progress, little did we know what was going on behind the scenes. Upon arrival to pick up the Motorhome, when it was finished, we noticed one of the slides wasn't all the way closed, it was stuck, long story short somebody left a screwdriver in there blocking the slide from closing, I was so glad I caught it, before we left the facility. The worst part is when we got home, we noticed all the greasy black footprints all over our carpet and the amount of dust and dirt inside the Motorhome was absolutely incredible. We cleaned it! Then the vent in the bathroom for the shower was put on cockeyed and wouldn't work. The electric awning was not working with remote or manual. (BTW all of these things were in proper working condition when we brought the Coach to them) Took it back in. They kept it again for three days, and, kept telling us everything was fine. When we arrived there to take it back home, (it's parked out in back, nobody is there to verify the repairs) So of course, we checked the operation and found out the awning still wasn't working manually or remotely! That scenario happened twice in two days of us driving out there every afternoon after work to pick up the motorhome and it not being ready. The next day, Kevin finally admitted that the motor for the awning was not working correctly and said he found one in a pile in his warehouse and installed it, he knew the awning was working correctly when we brought it to him. So unprofessional these people were about this whole situation. I won't get into the condition of the shower that is coated in sawdust or the skylight above the shower that was not put on correctly and sealed! I don't know if they have just turned a new leaf and that's how they conduct business now I just don't know. Thought that was the end of it but now our whole air-conditioning vent system is completely clogged with sawdust from the build of the roof. Here it is June seventh and we're still dealing with their severe incompetence! Honestly, I could go on and on and on and have left a lot of stuff out about this particular event, I hope they don't do this to anybody else. I would really hate to think that somebody else is going through what we are going through, trying to get our Motorhome back in the same shape. It was in before we brought it to Sacramento Valley RV. This whole ordeal has really caused us a lot of hardship getting our Motorhome back to the way it was before we brought it to them. This has been a very costly situation for us and should never have happened. Just total disregard for our property and pocketbook. Needless to say, I would never recommend Sacramento Valley Rv EVER to anyone! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!

I found a spill on truck under battery compartment of the camper, right after I brought the unit…read morehome from Sacramento Valley RV. They had topped the battery fluid as part of service. It looked like coffee spillage to me and I never doubt that they would not clean a battery fluid spillage or even make such a big mess with battery fluid. Before leaving for our trip a week later, decided to clean it. Then the truth showed that it was battery fluid and peeling off the paint. I took it back to them after our trip (2 weeks after service). They looked at it and diagnosed the converter is boiling the batteries allowing fluid to come off the top of them. I asked why the tray underneath batteries is clean and there is no dripping track!!! They had no answer. So, I am dealing with a misdiagnosis on top of damaged truck. I regret leaving our truck there. They asked us to leave the truck under camper for their convenience. We didn't have our truck for 20 days for regular service and changing refrigerator internal fuse and sink faucets. I asked them to wash the unit before pick up and they declined. The lesson is to take before and after pictures even if you're dropping your unit at a big good looking place. Hailey and Kevin I'm very disappointed in the way you treated this case .Unfortunately, I will not take my camper there anymore.

My last several experiences with RV Travel World have been extremely disappointing…read more I've been bringing my trailer in for service under their Forever Warranty ever since I purchased it years ago. However, as the trailer has gotten older, it seems like they are constantly looking for reasons not to cover repairs, even when the warranty documentation appears to indicate the issue should be covered. The entire program has become frustrating and feels misleading. I've also had issues with pricing. On one occasion, I called ahead and was quoted a price for work. When I arrived at the store, the price was significantly higher. I had to argue with staff and remind them of the amount I was quoted over the phone before they would honor it. Communication has been another major problem. Multiple times I was told my trailer was ready for pickup, only to drive all the way there and discover it wasn't actually ready. That's a huge inconvenience and shows a lack of respect for customers' time. After dealing with these issues repeatedly, I can no longer recommend RV Travel World. The Forever Warranty program has not lived up to its promises in my experience, and the poor communication and inconsistent service have made doing business there far more difficult than it should be.
