I took my bike in for service and proceeded to wait for 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our presence (there were 2 other people in line also being ignored). The 2 people behind the counter were working on bikes, but did not bother to look up at the line of customers. Eventually someone from the front noticed the line and yelled to the guys in back that they have customers waiting. One of them said ok, then proceeded to ignore us for another 10 minutes. I took my bike and went to Bike Connection on El Camino where I was in and out in 4 minutes. I don't know what happened to the others in line. They're still waiting for all I know. I won't be back.

Throughout it all, I have kept coming back to this shop even though it's a bit of a ways away from me because they have always been honest and straight with the things I needed and didn't, never tried to upsell me, never treated me like a novice asking all sorts of dumb questions (even though I clearly was/am still a newb at cycling), and were perfectly happy to advise against and simultaneously still entertain my ridiculous upgrade requests regardless of whether I bought my parts from them or myself.
