I needed to mail a care package overseas to my deployed husband. To do this, they needed to enter into their computer an itemized list of what it was I sending, and its worth. They seemed to be having computer problems, but Suzy was so patient and helpful about it. She didn't seem flustered or frustrated at me. Tara ended up having to take over while Suzy helped the growing line of customers. I apologized and offered to wait if she wanted to help the other customers. She had the same patient and nice attitude, and assured me she'd get it figured out. And sure enough, she entered all of the information in correctly that the system required. I felt like even though they were obviously busy, they treated each customer with care and without rush, but still moving at the most efficient pace as possible. The customer care here is wonderful. I have been a customer here for nearly 10 years, since their prior location. It is super conveniently close to office and the new location has plenty of parking. They not only have all the packaging supplies you need, but also offer copying, printing, faxing, and notary public services. You can also rent a mailbox here and access it through a separate entrance from the main one. They have a cute little area where you'll find candles, greeting cards, even handbags. Very boutique feels.The staff here are great. They welcome you with a greeting when you walk in. I come in often to get documents notarized and Melanie helps me with that. She's always quick and efficient. I really appreciate having them down the street from us. It saves me a trip to the post office and so much time out of my day. read more

My experience with them started good and then it went downhill. Sept 2, 2020 - I went to their shop to ship a small box of goodies to my cousin in India. I was asked how much is the value of my package, I said $200 ($100 snacks, $50 books and $50 toys) Then I paid $351.09 to ship via FedEx through them. I was told it'll take about 1-2weeks to arrive to India. Sept 10, 2020 - I checked the tracking number online and it was on hold because the value is $2,000+ India Customs is asking for documentation and fees due to the value of the package. Sept 12, 2020 - I went back to the shop and asked for their help. I asked why India Customs is saying the value is $2,000? It's because they made a mistake. Instead of putting 20 snacks for $100 total, they put 20 snacks at $100 each which is why the value is showing $2,000+. I was told that they will fax the correction papers on Monday and that will solve the issue. Sept 13, 2020 - I called their office to make sure they sent the correction, they did. I was told that they will keep me informed of what's going on. Sept 17, 2020 - I forwarded them an email that my cousin received from FedEx. FedEx is asking $2,596 to release the package (still based on the wrong value). I told them that they're also charging 500 rupees/day to hold the package. I again asked for them to give me an update at least every week so that I know whats happening - a short email, text is enough. Sept 21, 2020 - they emailed me saying that FedEx has amended the invoice. Then Sept 24 and 28 they emailed me saying that there's no update yet but they will continue to work with FedEx Oct 6, 2020 - I asked for a status update? Oct 7, 2020 they responded saying that FedEx is waiting for India Customs to release the package to them. Oct 14, 2020 - they emailed me saying that package has been released and headed to its destination. Oct 15, 2020 - my cousin received a letter stating that India customs will dispose my package since there's no activity within 30days. My cousin also received an email from FedEx saying that the shipment was not cleared by customs. So I forwarded the letter and email to the shop and asked what's going on? I'm getting conflicting information. Oct 19, 2020 - the ship forwarded an email from their FedEx saying that the package has been seized. Nov 2, 2020 - I once again had to email them just to get some type update, message etc. Shop replied that they've called FedEx multiple times and will keep me posted. Nov 12, 2020 - I emailed again asking for update. Shop forwarded me their FedEx contact person. They asked if my cousin can assist and told me that there's not much they can do, the fees to get the package needs to be paid. At this point, I'm fed up with the run around. I've been patiently waiting for them to sort this out because they made the mistake. Then they tell me I'm on my own with paying the fees. I replied and then asked for a refund of $351.09 because it's not going anywhere. I didn't even asked for the package value, I only asked the shop to refund the shipping fee that I paid. Few minutes after the ship sent me a document saying that the package has been delivered Oct 15, 2020. They told me that the tracking number changed but that was the delivery order for my package anyway. I attached my original receipt vs the delivery order they sent me - you be the judge in reviewing it and see if you accept what this shop is trying to tell me. 1. The tracking number is wrong (why do they even provide tracking number if it can be changed anyway? What's the purpose?) 2. Received name and person who signed is completely different. 3. My package is about 6lbs the document they sent me said 1lb and 4. I spoke with my cousin Nov 5th if she's received the package - she said no. Why would I email them every week asking for update if it's been received Oct 15th? Why would the shop tell me that it's been cleared by customs, it's been seized then oh by the way... it's been delivered. I told them to just refund the $351.09, now they tell me that a claim has been filed and it will take "some time" to process. All in all - the initial service was good. Customer service and assistance dealing with my issue is awful. Communication is absolutely horrible (you'll have to beg for updates) and asking for refund, for the money I paid to ship my package that was never delivered - it's another run around story. I do not recommend this business. They're very quick accepting you money but when it comes to assisting you, fixing their mistake is a nightmare. read more

Normally I would give them an awesome score as long as Mel is not working or whatever her name is! I go to this place every month on the same day and mailed the same thing and only when she's working she request me to show her my drivers license! Which is crazy to me because she sees me every single month the same time what my drivers license number is going to change and I've never had a check returned! What's more upsetting it's only her that does it. I wonder if she request a copy of everyone's drivers license or just African-American people! I am so disgusted by her and her treatment that I I am going to find some other place to mail my monthly statements read more

So I have a last minute presentation to make and need 9 copies of a packet for my meeting tomorrow. I bring it in to this place and then they tell me it's going to be $120!! They claim because it was color but there was only 6 slides that were in color and the rest of the pages had very few color. A few points. 1. Why didn't they tell me what the price was going to be initially? 2. When I asked them if they provided Veteran discounts, the lady said she did not know and just looked around. I understand that the cost of living goes up and that the .10 per page price was before but charging .44 cents per page is a rip off! As a result I will NEVER use them again and tell all of my friends and family about this Terrible experience. This should be against the law to rip people off like this. So Sad. read more
