I understand the customized service, but he did not even acknowledge my friend and I when we walked in. We stood and waited and waited for 45 minutes, it was almost 10pm before we got out if there. All I needed was a new chamber bc I broke mine accidentally. He finally helps and goes onto to telling me how I could "say" my liquid broke it to my vape store guy to get it replaced for free! What? why do I need to lie? Then he goes on to tell me about service from other stores. Well that's when I politely explained to him how needs to improve. Will not be back! I'll buy blue ones at the convenience store before I go back!
