Many people walked in were immediately told they couldn't be served since they were closing. Recommendations: Put a big sign on the door if you are closing early. Wait staff should politely inform your guests & still assist them with a smile, not frustration We have been here many times before & never treated this poorly. We weren't the only ones she upset.

Not sure if this comes from the lack of corporate presence or lack of ambition. The lack of detail is unfathomable. No matter the time you visit, hand sanitizers are empty, lid station for cups is a wreck, and the wait time at the counter is unacceptable. It is almost as if they purposefully ignore the counter to encourage customers to use the self-ordering station by the front door. Now I am sure many customers will not mind ordering at the station but if their is something wrong with the order or the customer needs assistance for something else, there should not be this extended wait period for help. The drive-thru is always packed and their etiquette for taking orders is subpar. There is obviously no training on how to properly address a customer's order in the drive thru. Supervision/Management seems young and in-experienced. I say this because after a mishap has occurred you will not see any immediate correction and you are almost guaranteed to have the same mistake upon returning. Honestly, If you do not care about Quality, Excellence, and/or Attention to Detail, then this restaurant will be the perfect place for you. I recommend disregarding your customizations because if you ask for "KETCHUP & CHEESE ONLY, NO VEGETABLES" you will most likely receive Mustard, No cheese with onions. This restaurant does not have what it takes to be an exceptional fast food establishment and it is a waste of commercial space.
