I ordered online through corporate, so Cheyenne only handles the Home Delivery, so it makes it tough communicating between the two and tough for the local store with logistics. I bet if I went in the store personally and ordered...it would have been a completely different story. Dan contacted me personally after finding out and had his office manager Brittany step in when I couldn't get help from corporate. He implemented corrective action steps and communicated every step of the way to ensure I was taken care of and compensated and corrected the issues. Daniel's empathy and actions were a breath of fresh air for a business owner who didn't have to "dive into the weeds" for a consumer. It shows he truly cares about his customers and is dedicated to getting it right for us while ensuring his teams (both sales, delivery and customer service) do the same. Even though we had a few challenges, I understand that happens, we are all human....either way, Daniel handled it as a teaching lesson for his teams and his communicating with me personally to rectify the problems I had was commendable. Daniel helped to ease several issues we had and followed through with EXACTLY what he said he would do. That is rare, and in this day and age, that is extremely hard to come by. We are now on week 16, second week of Sept. I have received absolutely no firm commitments on dates. I have been in touch with the company every week for the past 7 weeks. Every time I contact them, I get a run around. NEVER a date on when the set will be done. Always just, maybe next week, maybe the week after. Never a commitment. No one at this company takes responsibility, or will commit to services that have been fully paid for months ago. Credit card company has already been contacted to dispute. Attorney has stated we have a case since the legal definition of a sale is a transaction where funds transferred in exchange for product or services. We have upheld our end of the sale by providing full payment. Natures Touch has not completed the sale and has violated the contract.
