We were headed towards aspen and we stopped by the coffee and tea place that was definitely cute. I had the spicy chai and dear god it was most fantastic spicy hit that hit me like no chai has ever hit me. The place is an absolute fun little hang out. Both the ladies at the counter were super kind Service was great. A little fun casual hang out.

Great coffee and breakfast spot! It's on the creek and they have the loveliest outdoor patio over looking the beautiful running creek. Coffee was delicious. They have a variety of homemade bagels daily as well as breakfast sandwiches and smoothies. Dogs allowed outside.

Service was great! Our vegetarian burrito and lily pad Sammie were Yummy. They were also super dog friendly! Great ambiance sitting on the patio off the creek!

This is the second time we've stayed overnight in town and after enjoying a breakfast burrito from here the previous time, I knew I needed to try it again. The line is almost always pretty long, but the staff is fast and friendly. We placed our order and sat on the cozy couch by the front window while we waited. About ten minutes later the chorizo breakfast burrito came out piping hot as they make it on demand as opposed to pulling them out of a warmer. I wrapped it in a coffee cup holder due to how hot it was and waited a few minutes to let it cool before devouring it. It is a little bit of a wait if you're in a hurry, but worth it for one of the top notch breakfast burritos I've enjoyed in my life.

Cute coffee shop. We stopped in early on a Saturday morning, it was crowded!! We were on our way to Denver airport so we were a little nervous about the line and how long it was taking, but it worked out fine! Obviously the line was because they have great coffee! Unfortunately we couldn't stick around to eat but the shop was very charming and the river out back was lovely! I would've loved to sit outside with my coffee and read by the river if we'd had the time. Will definitely be back when in town. Plenty of parking, reasonable prices.

We love a good local coffee shop! They have hot breakfast choices as well as bakery items so it was so hard to choose!! They also have lattes and other types of drinks. We ended up buying a bag of coffee beans to bring home so I can't wait to try it! But I didn't get a chai tea latte while there and a vegetarian breakfast burrito. My fiancé got a latte, bacon breakfast burrito, and a banana bread loaf. We took our breakfast out to the back where there are tables set along the water. My chai was yummy. I really enjoyed my breakfast burrito. It was a good size - not too big and not too small. It had potatoes, eggs, green chile, and cheese in it. It was delicious!! I love the charm. They had mugs, stickers, t-shirts you can buy. and they had live music of a guy with a guitar on a Saturday morning. Fun!

Such a cute local coffee shop! Wonderful atmosphere and delicious coffee. You can spend some time there working on your laptop or just grab coffee to go. It checks all the boxes with lots of menu options, friendly service, and easy parking. They also have some local items for sale if you are looking for a souvenir. Highly recommend checking it out!

Absolutely loved this coffee shop, with modern vibes and a great patio. They have lots of breakfast options that are simple as well as any coffee you can imagine. They definitely are popular so don't come in a rush! But, if you're coming to enjoy the beautiful rushing water while you enjoy a delicious cup of coffee, and see some friendly faces around, this is the place to be.

Having a matcha at this location made my entire morning! They had such a great selection of coffee, tea, breakfast, pastries, and desserts. There is a stunning patio overlooking the creek where I had my matcha latte. It is connected to a walking trail that has breathtaking views as you go along.

Updating my review based on a recent visit. I had the Nutty Professor latte which was amazing and hands down the best apple cinnamon bagel to go with. My husband liked his vanilla latte, pumpkin muffin and plain bagel as well. Definitely redeemed my review with this visit.

Cute little place with a variety of teas. Inside is quite cozy. The servers are very nice.

Obsessed with everything about Red Buffalo! Ambulance, customer service, drinks and food! Makes working much more enjoyable when I get to hang there and meet other locals. We even had a pretty wedding ceremony coffee stop here!

Had good breakfast, and they serve dog treats but don't let the doggies in the cafe. Oh well.

Great find. Try the onion avocado toast and add salmon to it. It is money! Chai latte with a shot of espresso was also amazing

Nice coffee shop but the internet is very slow. I do not recommend working here if you need much bandwidth.

Microwavable burritos. Watery and gross and tiny. Regret not just going to a Wendy's next door.

I thus proceeded my way to the store to try it out. And I didn't regret a bit. It was a slow high noon lunchtime for this quaint shop. When I stepped in there was only one person inside (and he soon left) so all of a sudden I had the whole place to myself! The lady upfront warmly received me with a nice smile. She let me take my time after I had said "I think I will need a minute." At this time, I was already impressed. Not only the kind welcoming greeting by the lady, the showcase to display all the baked goods to the adorable interior to the store merchandise to the selection of the gelato to the little refrigerator to hold prepackaged goods, this store was definitely way more than 3.5 stars. As I was browsing, the two salads in the mini (clear) refrigerator caught my attention so I inquired about them. Both the Chickpea and Roma Pasta Salads were only $6. I was like "Yup, I am getting them!" I definitely needed one (sweet) bakery item so I went with the Bread Pudding with Almond Cream Cheese. This place is not much of a tea place however. I thought I was going to get an iced tea or something but whereas they do have tea lattes they don't make simple teas (hot or cold) is what I heard from the lady. No worries on that. I hence went with a hot Americano. This ended up being the right choice as I would need something a bit stronger than a simple tea so I would be able to stay awake on the road to get back to Denver after the strenuous runs at Keystone resort. She did ask me if I wanted my bread pudding be warmed up to which I said yes. She then put everything in a brown bags and carefully placed a little container of half and half on top of everything which she warmed me about if tipped off it might spill a bit so she said to be careful. I certainly wasn't expecting this kind of above-and-beyond-ness; service here thus is top-notch. She saw me off with the same warm smile as I walked away from it. As soon as I back to my car, I started my little lunchtime. And I tell you, EVERYTHING i got today was more than satisfactory. Both salads were exceptionally made (I especially liked the Chickpea one.) The Bread Pudding had a nice texture with the perfect sweetness. And it was a good portion as well. My Americano was nice and steamy. And the side half and half she gave me was more than enough. This experience was way more than I had expected in so many different ways. So in conclusion, True Blue is very much under-appreciated. Hence, by writing this review, I am spreading the love I have for this store to the entire state of Colorado. People, go here if you are in Silverthorne/Dillon/Keystone area; this is a gem!

I tried an iced S'mores latte and my partner ordered a Hazelnut Crème Carmel latte. Both were flavorful and balanced. They have a large flavored latte menu, and also sugar free vanilla, hazelnut, and carmel syrup. Alternative milk is offered for $1 more. Our barista, Kat, was super friendly and offered food recommendations. The inside is nice with lots of windows, making the cafe bright. There's also a dog-friendly outdoor patio with ample seating. Free WiFi is offered, making this an ideal place to work on a laptop. Some tables are marked as "screen free" with an idea to use the table to socialize or read a book. In addition to coffee, they have gelato, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and a long list of lunch sandwiches. They are open until 7pm weekdays and 8pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This is a great place to come for breakfast, grab a pastry, meet up with friends, or hang on a patio. I'll definitely be back!
