I wasn't expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. Service was friendly and fast. Lots of people working behind the counter which is unexpected these days. They have walk up, pickup and drive thru options. Lots of fresh donuts at 8am. The stuffed mini bagel bites are warm and chewy and delicious. The latte was pretty good. Being from New England I love me some Dunkin' Donuts! Actually, I'm a bit heartbroken that they've changed their name to "Dunkin'." Too bad I didn't manage to keep a hold of that "I heart Dunkin' Donuts" bumper sticker from the 1990's - I would have put it on my current vehicle so fast! Now, more about this location. It is nestled within a gas station. One side convenience store, the other side Dunkin' Donuts. What's in the middle? A restroom for men, and a restroom for the ladies. This location is staffed to the max and turnaround time for drinks and food is super fast. They are also jolly and welcoming, which I am always a fan of (particularly on those early mornings I stop in on my way to Copper Mountain) so I always make sure to tip them well. While you can order ahead (through the Dunkin' app) please note that some special in-app offers are not honored at all locations. I've had super luck checking in with the staff regarding deals when placing my order in-store. When I got up to the window, the guy handed me a bag with 4 chocolate-covered donuts. "Why?" I asked. "Because you ordered them," he replied. "Uh, no, I ordered 4 chocolate *milks*," I said. This place sucks... The avocado toast is not toasted. It's just a piece of bread with avocado spread on it... They put the donuts in the bag upside down so the frosting was facedown and getting smashed... Took forever to get the right coffees. I recommend going somewhere else. read more

Don't waste your money. All three of the drinks we ordered were terrible. Two basic ice coffees with cream, sugar and caramel and a blueberry sweet tea. coffees had no cream and tasted off. the tea had no flavor or sweetness to it. tried having them fix it, but wasn't any better. i'm not usually one to make a fuss over things at restaurants, but i had them refund the tea. only good thing was our food. it was hot and fresh at least read more

We could not understand anyone who worked there both at the counter and at the window. I ordered a vanilla cappuccino and it was all syrup which made the remainder of the coffee taste very chemically. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches. One impossible and the other a sausage, egg and cheese croissant. The EGG WAS FOWL! Rotten!! We threw away the sandwiches. I do NOT recommend coffee or food from here. read more

Probably half a dozen trips to this place and each time is a disappointment. I will not be back. My favorite are the chocolate kreme filled powdered sugar donuts. Two times, I purchased the half dozen box of just chocolate kremes, got home and found they were mixed half with vanilla filled and half with chocolate filled. The past two times I went, every one of the half dozen chocolate filled were not filled. They just put enough chocolate on the end of the donut to see the chocolate but none really filled the inside. The parking at this place is the worst. Tourists getting fuel right before hitting the highway crowd the lot with campers and trailers. If you do try this place, don't bother with the chocolate kreme donuts and use the drive through to save yourself some hassle in the lot. read more

The service at this location was pretty bad. I asked for a half dozen donuts and 10 donut holes. it cost me 18 dollars, and when I got home realized the worker charged me for a whole dozen. I went back for a refund, which they did not provide, and had to buy more product that I did not want.... even though it was their mistake with the transaction... just frustrating. Above all, there were communication issues because the staff did not speak English fluently. read more

We vacation here every year and always stop here on our way home for carmel double latte's and sausage, egg, and cheese bagels. They never get our order right and the food is cold. The outside of the building is littered with trash. We will not come back. read more

The workers here are nice! There's a variety of donuts. I always get a French cruller and a strawberry dragonfruit refresher.

Food and donuts are great no complaints there BUT they do need to figure out how to make a damn proper Strawberry Coolata. I have tried three times now over a month apart each hoping they would have fixed it but no. I had to return my last one it was so bad. Instead of being red they are a light pink. I was told by a friend that today was the first day Dunkin Donuts opened in Silverthorne. YEAY!!! Thank you Janet! I had a breakfast meal plus a chocolate Boston cream donut. I think Boston cream is the same as Bavarian Cream. I must have excellent timing (today anyways) because I didn't have to wait at all. Course, I didn't know exactly what I wanted either. It has been over a decade since I have been to one. Then while I finally decided what to get, within 5 minutes a dozen people walked in the door. Great thing too, they are open EARLY and close LATE (for Summit, this is awesome!) PLUS they have drive-thru!!! I think Blue Moon may have some competition on the donut side of things. I will still go as I love the food and my locals but the prices at Dunkin Donuts seem unbeatable for Summit. I paid $6 for a meal (drink too) AND a donut. THAT IS AWESOME!!! There were a lot of workers today as to be expected, they need to work on staying busy and helping customers though. I didn't hear my order number called out and not sure how that system works yet. Some older and younger folks working so a great mix. We will see how well they do in Summit over the next few months. read more

I'm so happy they opened a Dunkin in Silverthorne! They had a big selection of donuts and pastries. I ordered an almond milk latte and it was way better than Starbucks. The location was clean and the service was fast. A great place to stop before hitting the slopes. read more

Was in there last night with my children and the staff was playing inappropriate music with cuss words very loudly! They were still open, I asked if they were open because of the music they were playing! Theyre employees are bad at giving advertisement on what do they have. Its just disappointment that i ordered iced macchiato and they didnt even let us know that they have a deal of 1.99 dor medium latter. If I could give no stars I would, we walked into order an iced coffee and there was three people working up front putting coffee up. No one even acknowledged that we were there just kept speaking on Spanish to each other. Had to ask for help and even when we did they just kept walking around like they didn't know why we were in there. After the girl made our coffee she just left it on the counter and we had to motion the guy to give us our coffee. So annoyed. read more
