This was a super fun experience but sadly there's no pics because they make you lock up your phone before you go in. That aside, I would definitely do this again and try some of the other room. We did Mayan Temple which is recommended for 3 or more because of some tricky things I can't explain or it would spoil the surprise. All of the different escapes are multi-room and have long entertainment. Other than that the employees are nice and the owner is too. Very friendly. I'd want to go there at least 1,000 times. They do birthday parties and you can rent rooms and make reservations without having to work together with strangers, very convenient. I had 2 birthday parties there. This was SO much fun! My family was in town, and we all decided to do an escape room on a Friday night! I of course hit up Yelp in order to find one that had great reviews and wasn't too far. Red Button Escape was obviously the best choice out there! You are able to make your booking appointments online via their website, however we didn't see any available time slots that worked for us. My uncle called them up and they were so accommodating that they got us in within the hour in the escape room we wanted. I don't want to provide too many details because that would really spoil the experience. However, there are 4 different themed rooms you can choose from: Prison Break, Space Station, Jewel Heist, and Mayan Temple. We went with the Prison Break room and had a blast! You have one hour to complete your escape, and we were able to get out just at the one hour mark. I will definitely be back here so that I can try out the other rooms. This location offers a few rooms to choose from. The parking is great and it didn't seem too crowded. I hosted my daughters 12th birthday here and her and her friends had a blast. It takes about an hour to get through a room and then we cut cake. Very reasonably priced and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We did the prison escape room with two people and we ended up escaping with 3 minutes to spare. We had a lot of fun doing the room and didn't end up using any clues, although the host could tell when we weren't operating locks properly or weren't putting in codes properly although we were very close and would give us hints that helped a lot. It was also cool starting out in two separate rooms behind bars! There were a surprising number of different rooms to go through as well. read more

We booked a room for 4 at 10 PM on a whim while we were getting ice cream next door. We chose the Space Station experience which was described to us as moderate to easy, and told the host Cassie that we had done escape rooms before (although our first time at this establishment). It was nearly $40 a person which I thought was totally exorbitant. The room itself was very cool-- a little dark but had great puzzles, a cool storyline, and difficulty was as described. We were very impressed with the setup and I would definitely recommend the room to anyone looking to book here. The reason I'm rating 3 stars, is because of the host. When she ran through the instructions for us before starting, she mentioned that she was going to be putting recommendations and hints on the board as she saw fit to do it, and we also get an additional three clues at our request if we all vote on it. This isn't super uncommon in my experience but we also rarely use clues, because we think the fun of it is to figure it out yourself. The problem came when we couldn't have been more than 20-30 minutes into the room, making good time and fidgeting with all the puzzle pieces we had, and she actually physically came into the room to admonish us for not looking at the clues she was giving us on the tv. She reminded us that when we hear the noise that indicates there was something on the tv, we need to come look at it. I was honestly floored. I've never had an employee come into the room before except for an emergency or if something is broken. To come into the room to tell us to be looking at her clues, which we didn't ask for and didn't need, totally ruined the immersion for us. She came into the room two additional times after that to correct an action we made regarding a feature of the room (that had a tiny sign we did not see), and because one of the puzzles did not work as intended. For the price of the game being what it was, although the room was great, I would not return here because of the pushy employees. read more

I only did the one room (space station) and it needs some tweaks.The biggest issue was that the numbers on several of the lock are worn and the room is very dark so it led to a frustrating cycle of "did we get the wrong number?" The atmosphere and props were great, and it did have a lot of rooms and components, which I typically enjoy. Staff was nice and helpful. We went here for my husband's birthday recently and had a party of nine we had a wonderful time the room we had ventured in was the jewel heist room wow what a crowd pleaser so realistic lots of hidden rooms so much fun quite challenging makes you really use your brain makes the money well spent!! Everyone had a blast!! I mark them down 1 star because when I called to inquire pricing information, room informations, large party information etc. they were not very knowledgeable young staff seemed lost and had little with training I wish they could explain things better and when they took my card to charge me for 2 tickets they accidentally charged me for all nine persons ($300) instead of just my husband and myself I thought that was pretty careless. Even when I questioned him why he needed my card number a second time .. They ended up refunding me but instead of doing math and doing one transaction they refunded me multiple transactions to equal a certain correct amount?? Anyways. Great place!! We have done all four rooms at Red Button Escape and out of more than 20 we've done across the globe, these are some of the best! My favorite was Jewel Heist but all are wonderful experiences and as a bonus they are family friendly. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. We did have a hiccup once but they went above and beyond in taking care of the situation. Excellent customer service. It's obvious they are passionate about creating an engaging and fun experience for all. The decor is stunning, the puzzles are a challenge, and the themes are consistent. Highly recommend! My friends and I (group of 7) went in to do the jewel heist escape room. For my friends it was their first time doing one, while I've done 6 already. But this was the first time I've done one with multiple rooms! Hidden passages and doors, this room pretty legit. The puzzles ranged from super simple to a few tough ones. We loved the diversity in the puzzles and the scene was designed so well! We felt super immersed in the plot! Afterwards the employees there (who were super sweet and very patient with us; we all came late and we're super hyper and excited) gave us a tour of the other two rooms which looked amazing!! We had a great time here in the Space Room. The game was very intricate and clever and challenging. We were paired into in a group with a family of 8. The space was big enough for all of us but in my opinion 10 people is too much to truly get into the challenges. (That is more of my personal preference though.) Each of us had one or two break through moments with a clue and the game moved along nicely. We worked well together and the children seemed to have a great time and enjoy the excitement. The clues were challenging and yet each kid became the mastermind of solving one of the puzzles. So everyone had a blast especially as time ticked down . The staff were pleasant and helpful throughout and it seems like they enjoy their jobs. Very hospitable during the explanation and during picture time. Great place to bring a group and the upside to larger groups is you might actually solve the puzzle. This was my first time on the winning side so we had a fantastic experience.
