In the past I have had great experiences with this car wash. But the last two times I have purchased the ultimate car wash and have been disappointing. The last time the "tire dressing" was applied super sloppy and I had dirty greasy spray all along the sides of my car within an hour of driving through town. This time (today), I came in and made sure my car had NOTHING in it so that it would be cleaned easily. The car wash was busy so I thought..well it should be getting a REAL good vacuuming and cleaning since it's sitting at the vacuum station waiting to go in. The end result: My car was dusted, not cleaned. There wasn't any major spills or sticky stuff to clean, just random smudges and things like that. The interior of the doors were still dirty, the tracks on the sides of the floors had not been cleaned, the handles were dirty, and the backs of the front seats had not been wiped. The back seat had crumbs in the cup holders and was poorly vacuumed. The outside of the car was super clean (yay automated machine cleaning the cars!), I had opted out of the "tire dressing", but when asked to inspect the car, the rims were filthy. I asked the girl if she wouldn't mind cleaning up the rims. She was obviously rushed and was impatient with me. She took my ticket, wiped the drivers side rim and walked away... I came home and cleaned the inside of all door panels, the handles, the cup holders, the seats, and the rims MYSELF. So glad I spent $30...my car now looks awesome and I can't say I'll be back to Red Carpet until they start providing a more thorough service. No one expects a "car lot detail" coming through there, but they at least expect it to look better than they would have done themselves at a quarter car wash. read more

I don't ever do reviews but I was really annoyed with my experience at Red Carpet Car Wash earlier this week. I bought the $30 car wash and was told to bring back my receipt for a free car wash if I come back within one week. I was pyched, this was an unexpected bonus. Flash forward 6 days.... I come back with my receipt and I'm told I need the "stamped" receipt for the free wash. I happened to be speaking with the Manager and she explained that I needed the stamped receipt l. I explained that I was never told to bring the stamped receipt and in fact was told to hold on to my receipt, which I had in hand, for the free car wash. The Manager had no Customer Service skills and was very condescending. It was like I was trying to get something for free when in fact all I wanted was what was promised to me. In reflection, the day of my wash, there were 3 opportunities to tell me that I needed the "stamped" receipt. First when I had finished filling up with gas and handed my receipts for the car wash. This is where I was told to told on to my receipt, which I did. The date on the receipt was pointed out to me and it was explained that I needed my receipt for a free car wash if I come back within a week of the date on the receipt. So I put that receipt in my glove box and proceeded to the car wash area. Nothing about the stamped receipt was mentioned. Second, when the attendant took the car in to the wash. I even asked what to do with all (3) receipts and was told to leave one in the windshield and the others were for the attendant when my car is ready. Third was when I picked up the car. I actually handed two receipts to him and asked which ones he needed, he took both and one of them was stamped as I recall. I thought nothing of it as the receipt I needed for the free wash was safely in my glove box. Anyway, the Customer Service was horrible and I feel nobody knew about any stamped receipt accept the Manager who should not be dealing with Customers. This sucks because I like the place but just can't go back due to the bad customer service experience. read more

Awesome business! After contacting several other detail shops in town (Dads mobile detailing: Left 2 voicemails never got a call back/ MARS, emailed and called with no response/ several others responded but were several weeks out) I was frustrated! I called Red Carpet South and not only did they answer the phone but they were able to get me in the next day! They took my filthy and stained interior that I thought was destroyed and it came out looking way better than expected! Almost new looking! Everyone was friendly and smiling, plus there's a deli and a TV in the waiting area if you are sticking around for a wash! I'll be coming back with my other rigs for sure!!! read more

This is about the only place in Bend Oregon that washes your car 4 you, while u wait.....inside has a soda fountain and u can get drinks, sandwiches, etc...souvenirs flat screen tv and reasonable prices.....did a great job on my car, inside and out!! HAVE FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE OR GO ELSEWHERE. Be careful if you ever drop your vehicle off for them to clean out and take through the car wash. Many times I've been through the carwash and have been nearly pushed into the clean, empty, waiting car in front of me. Reason being is the employees don't move the unattended cars out of the dryer spot in a timely fashion. I've literally had to push on my brakes and honk my horn to get anyone's attention, or the carwash would push my car into the car that's waiting. Most recently, today in fact, we were at the back side of the oil place, and tried to leave only to be stuck due to the employees parking EMPTY cars (waiting to be put through the car wash) blocking the driveway in and out. So we blew our horn to get someone's attention, because nobody was nearby, and a woman who works there (I believe to be a manager, dirty blonde kinda curly/wavy hair) came up to our door and started YELLING AT US "What?! What is your problem?!" And flailing her arms in the air. We said, "Is this your car?" She said while still yelling, "Maybe. So what if it is? What's your issue?!" We said "It's blocking the driveway." Then she yells "It's a parking lot!" And I said "Exactly, and we are trying to get out of the parking lot but we can't because these cars are BLOCKING THE DRIVEWAY!" Then suddenly, they had 3 keys to 3 different cars and were moving each car out of the way. We were literally blocked, we couldn't take an alternate route because they had cars all over the place. These are your cars people, you pay money for this and this is what they are doing with your vehicles! What if it was your car they blocked the driveway with? Or your car that ends up rear ended because they don't move them after they're done in the car wash? read more

I brought my car in today mid day for an interior/exterior car wash, because I had a coupon, and was told it would be at least an hour and 40 minutes before they could get to me. The same thing happened to me the last time I went in, although then I was so desperate I waited and it took even longer. This is ridiculous!!! Hire some more help, will ya? I will only be back to use my coupons and then I will definitely go elsewhere. This car wash has become unreliable. Checked them out for the first time today. Awesome place to clean your ride. I got the mid price wash. Truck was scrubbed well by hand before I went through the machine which I appreciate. Two more folks were waiting with rags in to dry my ride when I came out. They even open the doors to clean the door edges and jams. They did a great job too! They have an army of late teens to early twenties staff that seem to have good work ethic, are motivated and having fun at work. The wash is couple bucks more then other places around but well worth it. They also have a full service wash for $22 where they clean the inside of your ride as well. The car wash was really nice and they cleaned the car well. A few missed spots here and there. The staff was really immature and loud. They were screaming and laughing. They talked crap about the cars and wet trying to be cool and flirt with each other. Other than that this place is just what I needed for my car. It's only my first time here, so I'm going to hold back on a 5 star rating. That being said, these kids did an awesome job on my car. I watched them take their time cleaning out my interior and wiping down the inside of my windows, while another guy took almost 10 minutes to really clean out my tailpipe. Very disappointing with the ultimate car wash, I will not be back. That's twice the service was bad. The interior of my truck was dusted but not cleaned. It still had stuff on it. I live in the neighborhood, am a local realtor and will not refer you to anyone. I will however warn them. You may do a lot of cars but that does not mean you clean them well read more

They were really mean. I walked in to pay for my ticket, and the guy standing in front of the counter (who worked there) was just standing there, staring at me, and i asked if this was the counter to pay. He replied "yes" very snarkily and kept standing there. The gal behind the counter was worse. Probably the worst employee I dealt with. She was standing across the counter, on her phone, didn't greet me or even make eye contact with me. I had to greet her just so I could pay and get out of there. She managed to be short and rude with me the entire encounter. Meanwhile, the aforementioned guy in front of the counter, still staring at me, breathing through his mouth like some troglodyte. The only nice person I dealt with in the 45 minutes i was there was the gentleman who looks like Shaggy from Scooby Doo. He was polite and chatted with me. Walked me over to my car and made sure everything looked good. The service itself was ok. They washed my car. Vacuumed the inside. Cost me $21 which I think is fair. read more

Had my 2016 Ram 2500 done about a month ago waited about 45 min. When done it looked really bad Mgr came over and offered to redo it. I was in a time crunch so I passed but was offered a gift certificate for the next time. Fast forward to yesterday after a long week of hunting I took it in and gave them the chance to make it right. When finished the windows were streaky and front end was covered in bugs still and a large area on hood was still dirty. I wasn't impressed at all and asked for exterior to be re washed at least. I re did my windows at home. For a $30 dollar wash I was expecting too much I guess. read more

The full service option is inexpensive and offers a quick way to wash interior and exterior of your car, while offering a reduced fuel price with purchase. I'm giving them 5 stars because of how professional they were when they accidentally damaged my car during a cleaning. The manager David was very transparent and approached me letting me know one of his workers damaged the plastic front fender of my car. I wouldn't have known otherwise so I was grateful he pointed it out to me. He immediately gave me his business card and contacted a local auto body shop to send me to fix my car. Unfortunately, it wasn't a quick fix and the shop had to order a part to fix it, but David kept in contact with me and told me to let him know when they got the part in so he could loan me a car the day they get it fixed. About a week later, the part came in and while my car was getting repaired, David kept his word and had a nice loaner car for me, and took care of all expenses. I was really impressed with how professional, honest, and transparent David was, and how well I felt Red Carpet Car Wash took care of an issue that they honestly could have kept quiet about and I would've never realized it was damage done by them. Awesome wash, great options with very friendly staff. The store is very bare though. For having an espresso and hot breakfast setup with lots of seating it was very odd how little there was, didn't even see a beer cooler. The bathroom was also pretty dirty. Staff is young and really don't understand the value of a vehicle and how to take care of it. They should use soft towels and take care of the paint job. Also, usually needs to be run through 2 times for a good vacuum. read more

I have went here a couple of times. The results vary depending on who dries your car. Sometimes it is very good and sometimes it us awful. This last time was awful. Streaks on the windows. Had to ask them to clean the bugs off as there was hardly any prep at the top. Felt like I wasted my hard earned money. Is there another alternative in Bend. read more

I was a previous worker here. I didnt have much to complain about working here except for the fact that when it got cold outside and it either rained, snowed or got dark, people would come in with rude attitudes and not take into consideration how some workers are outside freezing there butts off not to mention the workers that work at the prep station get even colder since they have to get wet for hours in the cold. Keep in mind that the majority of workers there are high schoolers. next time you go in make sure to take it easy on the workers and maybe leave a little tip for the workers on the vaccume and prepping end because they hardly or get tips on that end and they do more of the work to make sure you are satisfied with your car wash experience. read more

I'll keep this short because I want you to read this. I was given a full interior and exterior detail gift certificate as a gift and took my 17-year-old black Lexus in yesterday. I didn't recognize the car when I went to pick it up - all the water spots were gone gone gone, my gray leather seats look brand new and they even found a little divot in the leather on my steering wheel and repaired it. Obviously they made the floors, engine compartment and trunk look brand new too. I couldn't be happier. I'm very careful about leaving reviews but in this case I have no problem recommending this service. This gift certificate ended up being one of the best gifts I've ever received. read more

I go to the detail center and the young guy that is in charge us awesome. They work so hard with over and above service! They are knowledgable, informative and friendly. When they worked on our car they treat it as if it is their own. They will let you come back for free if the smell isn't gone and take ownership of the problem. They call you when it's ready, instead of making you guess. They are also not expensive! I got my car detailed and for almost 200 I feel like we got the same amount of cleaning as the 50 dollar shampoo job I paid for at red carpet. They vacuumed the very back and wiped down everything else as an extra and then washed the car to top. Absolute best! read more

I use Red Carpet all the time and it's not always perfect , sometimes things are forgotten but they are always willing to fix. Today they were awesome, not only did the find and return my husbands wallet they scrubbed and scrubbed until they got all the bugs off which took a lot. Ugh, I feel bad, but I will never take my car there again. I paid for the $30 ultimate. so let's see... cons: 1. I paid for an air freshener no one gave me. Apparently they don't put it in the car after cleaning, but I was supposed to pick it up while paying. Of course I pay first then get into the car and leave and then think about it. Not cool. 2. They only cleaned under one seat in the back that's lift-up. So half the car is dirty in the back. 3. they didn't get the placement mats back the right way so I had to go swap them around. (they really aren't paying attention). 4. The frames of the doors were still dirty (I didn't go looking for this stuff. It's obvious). 5. Inside of the window at the bottom is still very dirty. 6. My wipers have a stop missing. This is the least cool thing. I can fix the rest, but this is a piece of my new car that's missing. F- that. 7. I also noticed a scratch for the first time on one of the car doors, and I wasn't even looking for that either. I was just getting something from the back. Unlike the wipers, I don't know for sure if it was there or not before, but the car's just one year old, and I've never seen it before. pros: 1. staff were friendly (but judging by the cons, not competent). Best darn car wash ever. My Jeep was a mess from driving the dirt back roads west of Bend. I took the $25 complete wash option and they cleaned it totally. Manager comes to find me to ask me if I have my spare car key with me because they've locked my keys in my car. I told him I didn't have my spare car key on me and that it was home and that there was nobody available to bring it to me... my house keys are also on the keychain locked in my car. Fortunately I have a garage door with keypad so I'm not locked out of the house. Manager tells me this happens all the time (I wouldn't have told a customer that!) Manager asks me if I want them to pop the locks (Manager tells me they do this all the time & again... if I were the Manager, I wouldn't have told that to any Customer). I tell the Manager it's a brand new car with electronic locks and ask him if he's liable for any damage caused by him popping the locks. No, he's not liable. So, no, don't pop my locks! I get a ride to & from my house (Yay! Garage keypad!!) to get the spare key. When I arrive back at the car wash I'm offered a couple of free washes as a "We're sorry for the inconvenience". I go outside to wait for my car. When I'm told it's done, the insides of the doors and trunk are not wiped down, the windows & mirrors are all streaky. I ask for this to be fixed. It is. The kids spend a lot of time socializing with each other. Overall, I'm not impressed. However, I now have a couple of free washes. I return a month later for another wash. My keys are NOT locked in my vehicle, yay! My vehicle comes out and I'm outside watching the kids socialize and really not do much with the vehicles waiting for them to wipe down. When they get to the vehicles it's obvious not a lot of effort is being made. Once again I'm asking them to wipe the door jams, the trunk, deal with streaky windows & mirrors. It's free and it's better than nothing. Third trip, same ol' same ol'. Done with complimentary washes and no way I'd pay to have my car washed here, if I had to pay for it... it's NOT better than nothing. read more

I got my car washed and thought that it was scratched by the wash. I returned to the wash and the manager was so great. He stated he wasn't sure what it was from but did not think it was from the wash. However, he made it right anyways and was so helpful! Awesome customer service. Just had a complete interior detail, wash and wax. My first bad exp. There. Interior job was horrible, they ran through it. Interior was visible dirty on side panels and seats. Ask prior to do good job on dog hair in back, they did not. I got home and looked over better, spent over hour vacuuming and cleaned up interior with carpet cleaner, which cleaned up fairly easy, wiped coffee an dirt off console. I help manage a local resort an normally take our entire fleet to Red Carpet, they normally do us a good job, but I feel ripped off, so I am considering taking our fleet somewhere else. After an oil change here, my car was leaking oil bad. Took it to the dealership and they told me my oil filter wasn't screwed on all the way. When I called lightning lube to tell them they couldn't care less! Please do not get any service done here whatsoever! Terrible work and terrible customer service! read more
