Wow!!! I visited Red Carpet Tailor once before in 2024 for an evening gown alteration (fantastic work) and hadn't needed any tailoring since. I had a few items that needed small fixes (a rip in my sweater, a rip in my sweatshirt, and jeans with a broken zipper). It was one of those to do's I kept putting off but I finally went in to RCT last night about 45 minutes before closing. There was no rush on my items and especially with it being the holidays/busy season, I expected a turnaround time of a few days to a week, which would've been totally fine. Mohammad and the Red Carpet Tailor team at Preston Center are always, unequivocally amazing. They are exceptional at customer service, have fair pricing and produce expert alterations. Every. Single.
