I was so excited to try this place out since I'm new to the area . So Sunday after a long day of moving decided to give it a try . The dark skin lady working barely greeted me just told me to sit anywhere in the area to the left I did she gave me a menu then 3 min later said sorry can you sit in that section over there started arguing with the guy then came back to me to say hey can you go back where you was . I was so turned off I left . As I was leaving she said his shift done . My favorite flavor is the combo with all 3 flavors (Juicy Special) I like spicy food, so their hot was a medium to me. I'll order the extra hot next time. My boyfriend doesn't have a spicy palette and the medium made him sweet a little. I thought it was very mild. I wasn't a huge fan of their crab puffs. Their fries are delicious! Seems like every time 2 particular ladies are there, the Uber Eats is turned off. I guess they don't want to do any extra work. Also i went in here the other day, after waiting 15,20 minutes i had to walk up to the desk to put in my order, no one came to my table to give a menu or take my order. The food was good asf omgggg. Everything was fresh. The shrimp fried rice was a little mushy but it was still good. They put juice on the seafood boil so it's not dry. My mom and I came here and had a great dinner last year. Unfortunately not the case anymore... I came tonight with my boyfriend and son and had a waitress with a terrible attitude and pick and chose attitude on who she wanted to help and serve. While taking our order she cut me off and said "oh hold on let me go take their order" she then came back and took ours, mind you these people just walked in and we'd been waiting for a good 20 minutes. We'd ask her for something and she would say of course and start talking to what seemed like friends or family at another table for 5-10 minutes, she'd Forget about it and we'd ask again and again waited for it for a good minute. While eating our food she kept giving nasty looks and at one point came over and started making passive aggressive comments about us taking our time while eating and enjoying our dinner, some of the comments were way out of line... When she came to the our order the first time I let her know that there was blood in the bathroom on the floors, walls, and toilet paper dispenser. (Looked like someone took out a tampon and just swung it around splattering everywhere) She responded with "oh I cleaned that up about 3 o'clock!!" ... Ummm no you took a paper towel and smeared it around the floor and didn't even touch the rest. Servers are serving people alcohol who are way passed drunk, while I was in the restroom some lady comes in screaming and hollering at a no good man for never taking her out yet the man is a highly wanted criminal and she could get him put in prison! Umm okay... I had to open the door to stop the echo of this woman screaming because my son had to scream over her to tell me she was being too loud and hurting his ears. She then started washing her hands got soap flung it all offer the place and started washing her hands with no soap on her hands, while stumbling and holding onto the counter close to falling several times. No one came to check if everything was okay but our very rude waitress took no time to ask me why she was so angry as soon as I came out of the restroom Unfortunately the pictures doesn't show all the blood for management to see... also I took these pictures an hour after I let the girl know about it, the men's restroom was cleaned 2 times in the amount of time we were there from 7:30pm-10pm I do not recommend this place what so ever. I've order 1/2 lbs. of clams, 1/2 lbs. blue crabs and 1/2 lbs. snow crabs and my other guests had other few options. Food take some time as well but my down fall was It was TOO MUCH salt. It was so salty we had to asked for a lot of limes and lemon to cut the saltiness. It ended up making me sick after. if I could give this place zero stars, I would. my daughter and I went there today, Sunday, august 27th and we were quite surprised at how we were treated. We walked in and were motioned to pick our own seats. We did and then a young man came by and tossed menus on our table without a word. The owner of this place is lazy, unprofessional, and lacks customer service skills. I'm pretty sure that's why the place doesn't get more business. So my husband and I walked in about a month ago and a couple who was ordering to go was right in front of us and another couple ordering to go was being assisted by looked the the only employee. We were dining in. The owner was sitting right by the employee and was playing games on his phone the entire 6 mins we were standing there. The employee stated he would be with us in just a moment. Meanwhile, the lazy owner set there without acknowledging us at all. All he had to do was seat us, provide water along with the menu, and say the waiter would be with us once he inputs the 2 to go orders. So after standing right next to the counter with the owner sitting there, I asked him if he was going to help us and seat us his answer was, "NO." So, I clearly let him know that we would never be back and left. I see why his employees leave. He was lazy back then and always set at the door behind the counter, and nothing has changed. Anytime new seafood restaurants emerge I am so excited to try them out! So here's my first experience: Parking is easy and LOTS of space available! Very clean inside, plenty of seating Full bar!! Here's my not so favorite part The seasoning was very bland and oily. I for sure thought the mixture of all 3 would be full of flavor. The seasoning didn't get into the meat so I am not sure if they had just put the seafood into the water. Also I asked for HOT and it was not. After all, I will return. I love the juicy sauce (Cajun, lemon pepper and garlic butter). The lunch shrimp boil was perfect for me - 1 potato, 1 corn and half pound of shrimp - and for $10 to boot! The shrimp was sweet and peeled off easily. I swirled the shelled shrimp in the sauce for extra flavor. I appreciate the bib, wet wipes and gloves (didn't use the gloves) that is provided, even with take out. The sauce was dripping down my chin, it was so good! If you love boiled seafood as much as I do, give this a try. I prefer crab and shrimp to crawfish so it's ideal for me. read more
