1LB Shrimp and 1/2 LB Sausage. It also comes with 1 ear of corn and 2 potatoes. The Special Juicy Sauce is excellent!!!
Brandy R.

The manager/server Andres was very attentive and gave a great suggestion to try the Juicy Special flavor, and It was very flavorful. We decided to go with the mild spicy for our boil since it was our first time there and not sure what their definition of spice was. It was in fact mild. Drinks were promptly refilled when they reached the 1/2 empty mark, and all the tables were touched as he passed by and checked on the customers. The shrimp were cooked to perfection and the sausage had a nice texture. Would probably not order the onion rings again, as they are just like the ones from Sonic. The raw oysters were nice and fresh on the half shell, but it would have been nice had they been cut away from the shell itself. Overall we will be back! Thank you for overall experience!

My daughter says this place is the bomb! She brought me and the girl here for a really tasty lunch yesterday! The place was almost empty in the mid-afternoon. Our server was so friendly and helpful! The menu is incredible! I am sure most of you are familiar with these boil and dump seafood restaurants. The prices were good so we ordered a bounty of shrimp and crab with corn and potatoes. The seasoning was on point! They provide gloves and bibs and we tore into our feast! It was excellent and such a fun way to get your protein fill. The ambiance is casual and chill they have a full bar! I bet this place rocks on the weekend!

I came here last night after a recommendation. It was very quiet when we went. The food was finger licking good, we ordered Cajun medium and Cajun medium with garlic butter for the seasoning in our boils. The service was ample. I'm a huge sea food boil girly and this place has now made it into my rotation.

There are several types of seating available. They have a large patio - one section covered, one section open. They also have bar seating inside, regular chairs/table seating, and chair with a half booth seating. We were welcome by many of the staff immediately when we entered. Very welcoming. They have sweet tea! I love sweet tea. :) My Friend had a Bloody Mary. They had a $5 special for drinks. We split the Buffalo shrimp and the Gulf Wedge salad. The Buffalo shrimp (8 to an order) came with celery and ranch for dipping. They were just like I remembered years ago from the Richmond location. I'm not usually a Buffalo sauce type person, but their shrimp with their sauce is the bomb! The shrimp are large, so the entree is great for splitting. The Gulf Wedge has crab meat, bacon, grape tomatoes, and a hardboiled egg. It also comes with red onion and blue cheese crumbs, but I do not like either of those, so I had those removed from my half. I also prefer ranch dressing instead of blue cheese dressing. The salad was a great addition to our shrimp. Very tasty and filling. Nick was happy to make the substitutions for me. Many restaurants have an issue with splitting dishes. I was happy RC, via Nick, did this for us. For these reasons, Nick made out with a 25% tip. I am always a 20% tipper, but good service will get you even more. Thanks, Nick! We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, and we will not only be back, but we will tell others to go see you!

We swung by for an impromptu dinner a few weeks back and had a great first visit…read more I grew up eating at the Ragin' Cajun on Richmond, and was excited to hear about the new location popping up in Spring Branch. The restaurant sits on Wirt, just South of Long Point, and has its own private parking lot behind a gated perimeter. There is plenty of seating. They have tons of covered outdoor tables, indoor tables, booths, and bar top options. I also noticed there's a little turfed area for kids to play on the side of the restaurant, and the outdoor seating appears to be kid friendly, so bring the whole household. (minus the cat I guess) We came on a Friday and decided to split the Boiled Seafood Friday Special. We got a lobster tail, 2 blue crabs, 1 snow crab cluster, 1/2 lb. boiled shrimp, corn, 2 potatoes, and lemon garlic butter sauce for dipping all for $40. There was plenty of food to split between two people and everything came out great. I'm sure I'll be back to try out the menu staples, but that Friday special was a nice surprise! Service was very on top of our table. Our waiter came by constantly to make sure we have what we needed, helped with questions, and never let a water glass or a beer get too low. Overall, it was a great first visit to an old Houston favorite, and I'm sure we'll find ourselves back again soon enough.

The Ceviche Blanco and Aguachile were my favorites paired with a reposado tequila and Jamaica drink... Totally hit the spot. Love that they have tequila cocktails with pepino and tamarindo too! Beautiful and festive decor!…read more I really enjoyed the ambiance and how the indoors/outdoors was set. It's super colorful and fun. Plenty of outdoor seating as well and bar seating indoors. Caesar was super hospitable and very knowledgeable about the restaurant. To start, I ordered the Xochimilco specialty cocktail (Reposado Tequila, Lime Juice, Guava Puree and hibiscus syrup, very light and refreshing). For apps, we ordered the Birria Fries (comes with alot birria meat and the broth was hearty, thin fries) and the Ceviche Yucateco (both spicy fish and shrimp and boy was it SPICY! Chips that it came with were made fresh and crunchy). For my main, I got the Estilo Baja (tempura fried fish, very crispy and the chipotle mayo it was topped off paired nicely with the taco itself, highly recommend ordering this). Apparently, has been opened for about 2 years now and they have another location in the Bellaire area. Parking - a little tight, but they have their own lot Worth checking out!

At your own risk, I guess. Food was overall average- went with seafood options which were well cooked but nothing to write home about. The grouper has too many sweet elements which I was concerned about when ordering- would have liked some savoury bite in there. Also was disappointed they didn't pack up my leftovers (got lost in communication I guess). The crab cake entree- to me the reads appetizer, which is what we did. But honestly one of the best crab cakes I've had. Sturdy breading but so much flavour and balanced well with the veg/salad it sits on. The 7 layer chocolate cake was perfectly balanced dessert as well. Not too sweet and loved the crispy/crunchy bits.

Just kidding LOL that didn't happen! Anyway, back to the point, sorry.. I like to mess around a little. I wasn't that hungry because I had food yesterday I ordered a kids cheeseburger burger with fries, a kids meal chicken tender with fries, a farmhouse burger, and the half chicken with biscuits. I also had the his biscus lemonade. Needless to say--well actually, quite needing to say since this is a review after all--the food was pretty good. Prices were a little crazy but it's become all to normal in this day and age. As for the food, I ordered a kids cheeseburger burger with fries , a kids meal chicken tender.. don't feel like saying all this again. As for the food, the service was pretty good I guess. The girl servers were pretty smart. The boy servers were a little less smart. Every time the guys brought food, they either stood there looking around, or attempted to place the food on top of other plates or napkins that were on the tiny table. I suggest maybe a boot/concentration program for the guys so they can concentrate a lil more. Ok, it's time for me to go. I'm gonna go to sleep after all the food. I forgot to mention what I ordered. kids cheeseburger burger with fries, a kids meal chicken tender with fries, a farmhouse burger, and the half chicken with biscuits. I also had the his biscus lemonade. The half chicken was obviously what they tried the hardest in. There were 4 types of sauce with it. They were all pretty good, but I didn't eat the chicken. The chicken tasted incredible-- so much so that I finished it completely. But I don't like eating around bones, I find it primitive. I'm more of a chicken tender kinda guy if you know what I mean. Oh yeah and for the food, I had a his biscus lemonade. It was SO good. Alright. And that is the end of my review. I hope I did t forget to list my food items because I've gotten hate messages calling me weird. Anyway, I'm out chat. Thank you to my faithful followers. Continue to look forward to my honest reviews. P.S. the beginning part was not a joke it actually happened.
