My other friend had the smash burger which she said was yummy too. Don't miss the fries! Generous amount, definitely enough for sharing, served in a greasy paper bag and scrumptious like fresh cut fries should be. You can also get them seasoned with garlic and parm if you wish. The food came quickly and hot. The place seems like it's run like a well oiled machine. People would get up and a smiling server would appear and quickly clean the table for the next customer. The sandwich contained a bit less beef than I would have expected for the price, as you can see in the photo. It came with a pint container of au jus for dipping. The sandwich was a bit greasy and fatty, not really a bad thing for umami, but a tad more greasy than I would have liked. The roll held up to the at jus. Excellent! The sandwich was dying for seasoning along with the au jus . Salt and pepper at minimum. It made a big difference. It was ok but bland. The French fries were a very large portion served in a paper bag ala Five Guys. You can tell they are trying to produce a good product. Sadly the fries had ZERO crisp and were limp and borderline soggy. I think they need to double fry if they continue to use the same cooking method. An almost good, but a miss. Here's my biggest issue. The menu is not conducive to eating solo. I tossed well over half of my fries, wasting food and money. They really should consider offering a side portion of fries with sandwiches that is half the current size at a reduced cost. It was enough of an issue to stop me from returning unless I go with other folks. I think they are trying. Reviews are good. Normally I'd come again and try something else. A few days ago they posted a photo of a chicken parm special sandwich that had looked phenomenal. But unless they adjust their menu to make portion choices more conducive for solo consumers, I won't return.

We ordered the Ratatouille Risotto and Striped Bass as mains. The risotto was very creamy and cheesy, and the medley of vegetables were cooked well and provided a nice texture difference. The fish was also cooked well, as were the squash that came with it. Both dishes were really good, and a tough decision between them. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you're in the area -- you may want to make a reservation first though!

We ended up finding both at Baked. When we walked in, we saw a few big bakery cases filled with pastries, muffins, and all sorts of baked goods. A little further into the space, we saw a reception stand for their full service, sit-down restaurant. We just wanted a beverage and a bakery treat, so that meant we couldn't sit in the restaurant, but luckily, we grabbed the only table in front of the bakery cases. It was quite a chore narrowing down our order from their many drinks and baked goods, but eventually we decided on a Cold Vanilla Blueberry Latte ($6), a Hot Banana Bread Latte ($5), a Macaroon ($3.75), and an Orange Cranberry Scone ($4). The cold latte and scone were mine and I enjoyed both a lot. The latte had great blueberry flavor and the scone was fantastic. We shared the baked treats, and the macaroon was great too, with plenty of chocolate chips, and a freshly made gooey consistency. We both noted how fresh everything was. I looked at all 3, they were disappointing. They are small, individual size, no bubbly chevre, they are flat, little texture indicating yummyness. The Farm Table isn't always consistent so I shouldn't be surprised, but I truly am disappointed. I hope people at our gathering enjoy them. Quick tip: get there around 10AM after the rush and you should get a table pretty quickly! When we were walking away with our table number in hand I heard the cashier tell the barista I ordered a maple latte. I corrected her, I ordered the lavender. I received a Mocha. How did a raspberry lavender become chocolate? No idea how that went so wrong. A metal stand is on each table. Insert your table number and place it where staff can see. The indoor dining area has high ceilings, a big window wall at one end and is quite loud with sound bouncing off all the hard surfaces. Tables are set up from couples to a group configurations. In the back corner are two love seats and a coffee table. My egg and cheese crepe was extremely filling. Lots and lots of cheese in there. It kept me full all day in a 'I need a nap' kind of way. The cheese was the primary flavor in this dish. My dining companion had a stomach issue after eating a spicy reuben. It wasn't actually spicy at all so not sure what caused the stomach upset. The concept is fun. Put a sandwich into a crepe. The crepe doesn't add flavor to the dish and it's a knife and fork meal vs. a handheld. Add in both of our less than optimal reactions to the dish and wrong coffee delivery and we personally won't add this to our 'try again' list. They do have plenty of other items to try, and I do appreciate local businesses so I'm not saying it won't work for you. This was just my experience. Free on street parking.
