This was our first time visiting and we had a great experience. Customer service was great, food was hot and fresh and the portions were huge. We dined in and it's worth mentioning that the restaurant itself was also very clean. We'll definitely be coming back!

    This is fried rice???

Truly the worst Chinese food I have ever had in my life. The combo lo mein was incredibly flavorless. The meat was barely perceptible as beef and chicken. The shrimp were ok but weirdly breaded. The only good thing about this was that the broccoli was obviously fresh. The steamed dumplings tasted like they were made from frozen, straight out of a bag from the freezer at an Asian grocery store. At a little over a dollar per dumpling, I could have bought the entire bag and been much happier heating it up in my hotel room microwave. The side of fried rice was an absolute joke. It was literally white rice that had soy sauce dumped on it. I could have done that myself. Complete waste of $5.80. If this food had been free, I would have chosen to go hungry. I only ate it because I spent $40+ on it. I'd like to say that at least my order was ready quickly, but I don't think that is a good thing in this instance. Please learn from my mistake and don't waste your money here.

Sushi was good but I had a piece that had hair on it. Kinda gross. I guess I have to add 18 more characters but don't really know what else to say other than my sushi had hair in it

QuckNDirty: Good food, fast and friendly service, Clean'ish facility, location in multi-unit building, fountain drinks, fresh tea, fast casual Review: This is located in a multi purpose shopping center in Madison right off Wall Triana. They serve everything from Bento Boxes to Sushi. Their sushi, everytime I had it, has been fresh and delicious for such a small hole in the wall. Their service has been very friendly and their food has been very delicious compared to a lot of of Chinese restaurants around town. Parking can be a little difficult during weekday lunch hour but all other times its okay. Should You go: Most definitely. It is a good place to eat What should I try: If you want to start with something simple, get the the Chicken Teriyaki Bento Box. You'll get Chicken, Rice, Salad, a california roll and some Edamame. Kids Review: We love it!

Great food, great price. HUGE menu! Been coming here for years and always enjoyed their food. The owners are extremely nice and it is a locally owned business!

They used to have the best Crab Rangoon in the area. For $16, I just had the worst Crab Rangoon in my entire lifetime! It had a runny center, and the nastiest tasting food I've had in awhile. I took one bite and had to throw it away. That was not crab Rangoon. I can not speak of any other items on the menu, but I was severely disappointed!! Save your money!!!!! I mean what is this supposed to be?!?

We have tried every Chinese restaurant in Madison, and this one is our favorite. Get the steamed dumplings and crab rangoon. Their sushi is good also. One thing I'd advise however is if you're getting take-out, say no soy sauce because the little soy sauce cups always turn over so just ask for it in packets when you get there.

However, behind this place's humble visuals is one of the most authentic experiences you can have outside of the US. Let's start with my intro on the looks and humble visuals... there is nothing fancy about the space or seating/table, but it is clean/immaculate and very thoughtful about spacing between tables. Other than that, it's clean and functional and very thoughtful as to how it is laid out. The staff is primarily related to the owners of the place (at least when I was there). They are attentive, fast, and efficient at taking your order and getting anything else you want or could need. They are friendly and want you to be comfortable with any dishes you order if you are not familiar with their cuisine. The food is authentic and traditional, and superbly executed. It comes in fairly large serving sizes, but I've never had anything quite like it here in the US. It was perfect in every way I could imagine, whether it was the spicy kimchi pancake, the pickles that accompanied our dishes, or the bibimbap in traditional stoneware that was presented to us. Are we talking about a fancy meal here? Not in the sense of it being white tablecloth or paying through the nose for a decent meal. Is it an excellent meal for an absolutely phenomenal price? ABSOLUTELY!!! I would direct anyone that has a love (or interest) for Korean cuisine to make their way to Haru and allow the experience to wrap them in warmth and comfort, because that is what I felt when I was there and as I departed for the airport to leave Huntsville.

It was still completely worth it. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, BBQ bao buns, and the eel avocado sushi tacos. Every single thing was delicious. The egg rolls were crispy and packed with flavor, and the dipping sauce was so good I could have eaten it by itself. The bao buns were soft and flavorful, though one was a little cool in the center. The presentation was beautiful, and they were still very enjoyable. The real star of the meal was the eel avocado sushi taco. I originally ordered two and immediately wished I had ordered more. The combination of crispy seaweed, rice, avocado, and eel was incredible. If I could eat these every day, I absolutely would. My mom ordered the lo mein and loved it. They weren't stingy with the sauce, and the noodles looked amazing. Despite the unexpected power outage, the food was excellent, the atmosphere was still enjoyable, and we'll definitely be back. Finding a restaurant where both my mom and I can easily find something we love isn't always easy, so this is definitely going on our regular rotation. Highly recommend the eel avocado sushi tacos!

We were seating fairly quickly and when we got there it was just one other table, the waitress took out drink order and was really confusing about the diet coke (I am assuming they were out of the syrup but we asked for diet coke and she said yes then said coke so we were like no diet, and she said no, so we asked if she had diet and she said Coke) so we opted for unsweet tea. We placed our orders and my mom and sister received their food and then the waitress disappeared. Finally another woman came to the table and said the food was being prepared, but after 25 mins (my mom and sister finished their meals basically) my fried rice was brought out. Then not even two seconds after the other waitress brought the food, our original waitress came and took my sister's plate while she was still eating the banana roll. It was pretty awkward, no apologies, no nothing so idk if this is a normal occurrence or the first day for the waitress or if there was an issue but new tables came in and sat down and received their food all before mine came out. About 6 to go orders went out as well. I would've expected them to say something as an update but we were left in the dark. Overall i dint know if I would be back, the service was really bad, and i dint think that food makes up for the lack of service.

I went with the KG sliders and fries to start...Hawaiian rolls are perfect with anything, and these did not miss. Soft, buttery, and paired with savory patties that really came together. I'd be interested to know what that secret sauce is, but safe to say I didn't need ketchup. The angry edamame was nostalgic... a favorite of mine that I haven't had in a while. Came out with the perfect kick, flavorful without being too much. Even kept some for movie night later. Drink-wise, I had a skinny margarita and a mule. The margarita was clean, crisp, not overly sweet..one of those that actually makes you feel like you made a "better decision" lol. The mule was great too...vodka, lime, and Fever-Tree... literally what I make at home, so yeah... easy win. The real standout though was the butter cake. Warm, soft, slightly crisp on the outside with that rich buttery flavor, paired with cold vanilla ice cream... yeah, that's how you finish a meal properly. Perfect contrast and easily the highlight for me. Atmosphere was on point music had that smooth, upbeat DJ-style flow where one song blends into the next. Hearing a favorite track (Ryan Leslie) come on was a nice surprise and definitely added to the experience. Just a really good energy overall. Service/bartending from Quez was super solid, and I appreciated the honesty on menu items..always a plus. Ended up around $49 before tip and definitely worth it for the experience. I'd come back for sure! this is easily a favorite to return to, especially for happy hour or just to unwind with good food, drinks, and a great vibe.

Several pieces of the chicken weren't really chicken - they were just chunks of breading. Besides the quality of the food, the preparation was also bad. The chicken wrap mix was absolutely burned to a crisp. I don't know how a cook would even consider serving something like this. It was black. This was carryout. I ordered at the register so I left the restaurant with food that didn't sit on a warmer. Our food was on our table within 15 minutes. Since carryout is an important part of PF Chang's business, there is absolutely no excuse for the food to deteriorate this quickly. I have little doubt that our food would have been equally as bad if we'd dined in the restaurant. Though we used to eat here often, both inside and carryout, we haven't visited in the last year. After a meal like this, we definitely won't be coming back.
