It was obvious that a lot of effort was put into our meal tonight. It had to take a lot of work to make something so bad. The food wasn't just bad. It was awful. I ordered the orange chicken and the honey shrimp. I knew they were breaded but I didn't expect it to be mostly breading. Peel off the mushy coating and the nice size shrimp become tiny. Several pieces of the chicken weren't really chicken - they were just chunks of breading. Besides the quality of the food, the preparation was also bad. The chicken wrap mix was absolutely burned to a crisp. I don't know how a cook would even consider serving something like this. It was black. This was carryout. I ordered at the register so I left the restaurant with food that didn't sit on a warmer. Our food was on our table within 15 minutes. Since carryout is an important part of PF Chang's business, there is absolutely no excuse for the food to deteriorate this quickly. I have little doubt that our food would have been equally as bad if we'd dined in the restaurant. Though we used to eat here often, both inside and carryout, we haven't visited in the last year. After a meal like this, we definitely won't be coming back. read more

I just finished having dinner at this place. The service is quite a letdown. I sat at the bar. There were only two persons. Bartender Nathan took at least 20 minutes to acknowledge me. Then just gave me the menu without talking to me or offering a drink like all bartenders usually do. I ordered a 22oz. Sapporo but he filled it only ¾ of the way, and I got of foam. The guy next to me asked for his check and he had to wait at least 15 minutes before he got it. There was a couple who came in after me, and decided to leave because the bartender didn't even acknowledge them. It was ridiculous! I ordered Mongolian Beef with Chow Mein... it was greasy! I had it before at other PFChang locations and it was not like that! Definitely not a good place to spend your money. Try something else. I suppose the overhead costs here aren't too bad for management ro ignore what's going on. Not visiting this place again.... And nor should you...! We love this place! Been loving Chang's since my first visit in Boca Raton in 2002. The Huntsville location is great, in a high end and nice shopping plaza. We enjoyed our lettuce wraps, Chang's spicy chicken, crispy honey chicken, almond/cashew chicken, egg rolls, salad, friend rice, and lo mein. Our server Glen was on point. Well I honestly don't have much negative to say about my visit today. I haven't been to PF in at least 8 years so when my coworkers decided to come on lunch I was pleasantly surprised. First off - can't lie this place had a slight smell in it. Just kinda smelled old and stuffy. Service was very good though. We had a party of 8 and they were very quick, nice and efficient. I had the chicken lettuce wrap appetizer, pan seared dumplings and a lunch special - house salad and Mongolian beef with white rice. Everything was hot and seasoned fairly. Our server was pretty cut and dry about things, to start it all off. She was very quick and the food was great. What KILLED that was her lack of sincerity in her work. She literally walked past tables while asking them if they were good, and nobody even noticed her because she half whispers. Secondly, my wife requested some "pot sticker sauce." This is not the "special sauce" or the "one with chives." She's been getting this sauce since she was 8 years old. Having stated the issue, the waitress Breanna, proceeds to tell my wife that there are only two sauces, no more. She does not investigate further or get a manger to inquire about such a seemingly "odd" request. Instead she goes about her business trying to rush people through their meals. She even started bringing out to-go cups without asking. My wife and I still planned to eat. I will admit we were in a party of 10, and a few were finished eating, however, none of us were yet ready to leave. I did not appreciate how rushed she made the entire experience. The new guy that was originally bringing stuff out, was new, and had better manners. Props to that guy for trying. We could tell he was new and were being patient. She however was not, and we could tell that as well. 1 star for service, 5 stars for Food, 4 stars for Ambience. If you go, don't sit with Breanna unless she's gotten better at actually asking what people want instead of assuming it. Got in at 5 on a Saturday with only a 10 minute wait for a table. Service was good. Food was great. Nice$8 cocktail choices. Miso salmon was cooked just right and cut was generous in size. It had been a while since we last ate here, and we're glad we came back. My wife and I had a great lunch experience today. Brandon, our server, was excellent--friendly, attentive, and perfectly timed. The Sesame Chicken with rice that my wife ordered was delicious, and my Spicy Chicken with Lo Mein was exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, a very satisfying visit. read more

I had originally ordered the soup as well but I found it to be slimy. Didn't care for it. The salad was fresh and the dressing was good! My family and I ate a late lunch here today. We were all very disappointed with the food. We all got different items and all of it was bland and tasteless. My biggest issue was my daughter's food. She ordered the kids chicken fried rice. She didnt eat much in the restaurant but wanted to finish it when we got home. She started choking and coughed up a piece of paper that was in her food. We spent over $100 on our meal just to have my 6 year old choke on paper and the rest of us to leave disappointed. We definitely wont go back. read more

Worst food I've had in a long time. Did a pick up order. Food was less than room temperature when I picked it up. Cucumber salad was like the cucumbers were just dumped in some sauce rather than an actual marinated salad. Won ton soup was nothing like the picture. Mostly broth that you had to fish out the few pieces of wonton, couple of shrimp, couple of water chestnut, some small slices of mushroom and tiny pieces of meat. The kids meal was just as bad. Honey chicken pieces were mostly breading and the sauce had a funny aftertaste. Rice was stale. The assorted fruits shown in the menu picture ended up being four slices of orange that I'm pretty sure came from someone else's meal because there was a very wilted piece of parsley stuck to one of the slices. We popped in for a quick lunch while we were shopping at Bridge Street and I could not have been more pleased. We were quickly greeted at the door and shown to a table by Gabe, who was beyond welcoming! Once we were seated, Hannah came to the table. We asked her for some recommendations and she came through! We started with lettuce wraps and were VERY pleased! For main course I had Firecracker Shrimp (EXCELLENT suggestion Hannah!) and my other party members shared the Teriyaki Trio, which was also amazing! The service was lacking today. The wait to get seated was not too long; but once we got seated the wait was too long for a restaurant that was not crowded at all. The waitress finally showed up. We ordered 2 glasses of wine and two glasses of water along with an appetizer since we heard the kitchen was behind. She left and we were just forgotten about. The table behind us got their drinks with no problems. We sat for 20 minutes waiting for water. We just left. Don't make your customers feel like you don't care. Terrible experience. Traveling for business and found this amazing P.F. Chang's is just five minutes up the road from my hotel. As a single diner, I was warmly greeted by the hostess followed by an enthusiastic grading by my server. The hostess had gone over some of the drink specials, including the nonalcoholic, and that's my favorite part of the menu since I don't drink. I highly recommend the nonalcoholic refreshers. My server recommended the strawberry cucumber lemonade, and it did not disappoint. They are bottomless and interchangeable so if you don't like it, you can try one of the other two flavors!! I came here for the lettuce wraps. They are famous, but I can't always eat a whole order and I was pleased to see that they offer half order appetizers mix and match so I got a half order of lettuce wraps and a half order of ribs, northern style as my waitress recommended those over the tangy barbecue. And I paired it with an order of edamame. Service was fast. Food was well presented and absolutely delicious. Edamame was cooked to perfection and those ribs are tender flavorful with just a little crisp on the outside from the dry rub. If you're ever in Huntsville, you have to stop in here. read more

Went to the Bridge Street location last week and I've never waited so long to be seated at a restaurant in my life. Several other patrons were waiting with me, several waiters/waitresses passed by and no one said a word, not even a "Be right with you". The restaurant was near empty. When a guy finally approached us he told me it'd be a 35 minute wait. Me and and my family walked out. I gave 2 stars because the food I've had from here via delivery is actually good. The service is just terrible. If you visit Bridge Street I recommend Agave and Rye. Its where we ended up eating. The food and service were both good. read more

Outstanding Feb 15,2025 We received a special coupon from Chang (2/ for $20 each) that I used to impress my honey for valentines day) I was 1 day late however Chang still had the special. I had hot n sour soup, she had the Asian salad (plus Edemame appetizer) fried rice on teriyaki chicken & she had pati shrimp with noodles! Topped off with a huge chocolate cake for desert! Placed an order for Curbside pickup (scheduled pickup time 8:21pm). My order was brought out about 10 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. I ordered the chicken lettuce wrap appetizer and they put the chicken on top of the crispy rice sticks (what little bit there were) instead of putting those into a separate container. They didn't provide many of the rice sticks which was a bummer, but a blessing in disguise I suppose because what they did include were nothing but mush and looked like spaghetti noodles. I think it would have made it unbearable to eat if they had put the normal amount in there. Half of the chicken mixture was in the side with the '5' pieces of romaine lettuce, so 2 of the 5 pieces of the lettuce were soggy and inedible. Is it me, or did they used to give you more than 5 pieces of lettuce?! No napkins were provided. It's been awhile since I have had their chicken lettuce wraps, but I loved them years ago. Tonight's chicken lettuce wraps were not good, at all. Very disappointing experience and a waste of money. read more

We, and 2 other families, waited at the hostess desk several minutes. No one acknowledged us, they seemed indifferent to thier being customers even though they were far from busy. The restaurant smells like stale water. The floor was very dirty and remained so from the time we were seated until after we finished eatting and left. Food was barely acceptable, China King level, bland and unseasoned. The Hot and Sour soup had some kind of meat in it... very strange. It was my first time to try their food and they served burnt rice and the server ruined it for me. I could teach whoever cooked the rice some tricks so it wouldn't burn. Picture shows a $37 (before tip) to go meal of egg drop soup (no egg, beef base?!?) and Kung pao chicken (paid extra for fried rice got 1/2 portion brown rice). Soup tastes bad, was looking forward to the fried rice, but got none. Total rip-off for almost $40. Wonder why stores are closing? No longer a decent value, it's absolutely Panda Express quality (on an off night) except Panda Express gives bigger portions. I travel frequently for work, Changs was heavy in my travel meal rotation, but 3 disappointing meals in a row means you're dead to me. I'll not waste another $1 here and "hope it's better this time". I am from St. Louis, visiting for my Granddaughters 16th birthday. The service was the slowest I have ever experienced. I patronize restaurants' throughout the country and this has to be the very worst (food & service). Four out of the five in our party's food was incorrect and/or the order was not complete (missing ingredients & items listed on the menu. To make it worst my Granddaughter's birthday cake was ruined with some type of "red" sauce, not the raspberry sauce it was supposed to be. When I talked with the Manager on Duty all what he did was gave the excuse that the server was new (5 days). He never took responsibility for the failure in service. To me this was totally a management problem, through lack of TRAINING for both the Server and the Kitchen staff. My real grade is a -1 and I will never step foot into another P.F. Been standing here staring at my to go order for 5 minutes. Not a single employee has spoken to me, despite no less than 4 of them walking within 6 feet. The next time this happens, I'm giving it 60 seconds before i walk behind the counter and grab my order myself. If other customers see me do that, they'll start doing it too. I love P.F. CHANG'S but this one made a couple missteps. We came here to redeem my birthday appetizer, which was awesome - the Sampler (normally $14). I got my usual oolong tea and spicy chang's chicken with brown rice. My husband got the street noodles. We made a reservation, and we were seated when we arrived, but they seated us at a crappy table and we asked for a booth. My husband and I don't like to have our back to the door where we can't see because we have some mental health issues. All the booths were open and they told us no because they were rotating tables for waiters. 5 min later they filled all the booths with people. That pissed me off. The server didn't bring my husbands drink for about 15 minutes, we had to keep asking for drinks. I got my tea and water, my husband was never offered water. That's standard. The food took a while, but once we had our drinks that was fine. It's a Saturday, they were pretty busy. All the food came out really good. But when someone asks you if they can be seated somewhere more comfortable to them and there are planets of seats and they have a reservation... you do it. read more

I stopped into P.F. Chang's with a coworker while working nearby for the week. Located in the Bridge Street Town Centre and close to Redstone Arsenal, it's in a convenient shop if shopping, working, or just staying nearby. I enjoyed the lunch sized portions offered, and they even had a promotion where if lunch did not arrive in a certain amount of time (had to sit in the bar area), it was free. Our server was great and very attentive, and the hostess was very friendly. Because we ordered from the lunch menu, our orders came out very quickly. It was great for getting lunch during work! I enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken. The crab wontons were okay, a bit overcooked and tasted a bit too crabby/fishy. I enjoyed the spicy plum sauce though. Overall, everything was good and the service was great. This is definitely a great quick lunch option or a convenient place to go if you're in the area and looking for Chinese food. read more
