They clearly understand the concept of customer service and priority. Recently hauled our boat down for a special repair - Monday AM - left here early - got there at 8:30 - and their service techs were waiting on me. Literally 46 minutes later - I was OUT of there - with FIXED BOAT in tow and headed back to Kansas City - and home by 12:30. Sometimes you run into an operation that "gets it" when it comes to customer service - and they certainly do! They get my highest recommendation and have earned me as a long term customer.

We also took a pull behind water tube for the kids. The staff was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. When we returned the boat it was very easy.

The other lifts all have multiple tanks are pontoons, which means many more air hose connections, which eventfully means leaks that will cause your lift yo leak down overnight, with Fibersteel, just one hose to worry about unless you get a really big lift, that has more than one tank.

I went I.side to give her my info and was asked "What for? It's not like Im gonna write a ticket for this." 5 minutes later, bike was done and they actually had the nerve to THANK ME!.
