Great dentist and staff. Dr. Goh is highly skilled, caring, and informative. April, Amber, Shea, and Bella were excellent. I had snap in 4 on lower implants and an upper denture. All went well considering I've always been a challenging dental case. After initial placement adjustments were done until the fit and bite were perfect. I do recommend the Zest denture removal tool as the very stable and locked in snap in lower implants were impossible (at least for me) to remove without the tool. read more

Zero stars. Wish I would have heeded the numerous 1 & 2 star reviews before I stepped foot in that place. When they graded super low due to "massive up-selling" I had no idea how bad it would be. Literally a hard-sell from every assistant (?) throughout the visit. If you've ever viewed a Time Share ... it was that bad. I made the mistake of flatly turning down all "extras" at the start of my 2nd visit. As the first hard sell was dragging on, I politely told the girl I had already confirmed which services I wanted 2-3 times prior to arrival and that I only wanted those services. Boy was she MAD -- she cancelled my appt as I sat in the chair!!! Dead serious -- she didn't care I had booked months in advance and that I needed my checkup. Ironically, not only was I there for my regular checkup but I was also scheduled FOR A MAJOR UPSELL (full teeth whitening session). She still refused to let me see Dr. Goh and she was nasty about it. I've also had difficulty with getting copies of my records -- they won't get back to me even after three requests (refusing to give me my records). Its a shame because the office is beautiful and the receptionist was really really nice. read more

I received two invoices from there office for payment from November 2020 and June 2021. I did not see there office in November 2020. I was out of state during that month. I did see there office for a dental cleaning in June 2021. I tried to email and call there office multiple times with no response from there accounting department to review why I am receiving invoices for a visit that I never made in November 2020. I then called my insurance provider Delta Dental (PPO) and they have never received any insurance claims from Dr. Goh's office for processing, now I have to play detective and figure out who I need to speak with at there office to get this resolved and why claims were never submitted to my insurance provider. I am still waiting for a call or email from this office. Update: Finally received a call from Maggie in Dr. Goh's office after submitting a negative review on Yelp. To summarize, the November 2020 invoice was from a dental visit from February 2020. I had to give them my dental insurance information again to submit the insurance claims to Delta Dental. This office is incompetent and needs to be retrained. I have never had this issue at other dental or doctor offices until now. I do not recommend this office for dental care. read more

Had a bad infection. He prescribed antibiotics which worked until they ran out. Begged for another Rx of antibiotics which he refused to give me. Had to go to my Physician for an Rx. Also, I needed my X rays to take to the dental surgeon. When I went to pick them up, they said they needed to take them again! Why? No explanation. Never going back. read more

Came here after reading the reviews for this place. Very clean, sleek, and modern. This practice has the latest technology in dentistry, and I was even able to control the TV during my appt. My hygienist was very personable and outgoing, and answered all my questions during my cleaning. I also had to have fillings done, and Dr. Goh thoroughly explained what my treatment plan would look like. They also break down all expenses for the treatment as well. I had a wonderful experience here, and have already recommended this place to my husband and mother. Highly recommend this place for your dental needs! read more

I had a really good experience here. The aesthetic of the office is very important to me and it was calming and relaxing and beautiful. It seems like the office is well kept. The front desk lady is super friendly and will find out the details for any potential treatments and their associated costs. They are willing to work with you as far as payment options go and I did not feel like I was being upsold at all. I've gone to a few dentists in the past and they've all told me the same thing regarding a certain treatment, but this is the first office that told me they'd be willing to work with me on payment. I gave a 5 Star because of how they present themselves... they had a little tour of the place which is super surprising; I've never been to any dentist that had this kind of presentation of there office. Showed me every section of the place. They also had a small PowerPoint presentation regarding periodontal disease cavities etc... they also give a small welcoming gift which super touchy so far I haven't seen any kind of dentist that has this kind a small touch with their new patients.. about the insurance I do recommend call them... The two Receptionist Susan and the other girl super helpful really nice, also took a picture of me and my bf. Tamila s pretty new at the place but been with the dental world 10 years now... she's really nice professional and pleasant just love her and our small tour! My hygienist forgot her name was really nice and has a very light hand. And to Dr. Goh super nice very approaching and will explains details to you and if u didn't understand will explains it more. He explained all my issues and how I can prevent them to progress to something much way worst. Also shows u all your X-rays in front of you while explaining the problem areas. I have TMJ and most dentists do not know how to address this problem, but Dr. Goh made me a night guard and diagnosed me with sleep apnea with a sleep study. I went to Dr Goh for about 3 years. I kept going, as I had insurance, and found the work to be good and people pleasant. I do not like to make changes unless needed, so I kept going even though it bothered me that (as another 1 star reviewer noted) he has massive upselling as a practice. Also, his front office and dental hygienist change very often. I had a few issues with an early Manager who tried to tell me I owed a small amount of money for something I did not get, and after bringing it to her attn she said she would take care of it. Minor issue but annoying is that they send you 4-5 reminder texts before the appointment. After every visit, another text for a review. (how many reviews do they want? I finally opted out of texts, it was so annoying. Final blow was when they told me I needed to have a deep cleaning in June 2022, and I called to BE SURE it was covered by my insurance (long story, I had trouble getting thru to my insurance that day). Guy on Staff said it was absolutely covered, no problem. I had it done, and another regular cleaning done 3 months later. Surprise bill came SIX months later, the day before Christmas of $500 for the deep cleaning. Tacky also, as the bill said 120 days past due, and no previous contact of any kind was made (after 3 yrs I found this so unthinking/unkind/uncaring of them!). Of course, the man who told me it was covered was not there anymore due to frequent staff changes (or maybe he was making mistakes?). Dr. Goh was not willing to be at all responsible for his staff giving me wrong info, and I tried to split it in 50/50 or ?, but no, since they said they already "discounted" the price. Stay away, unless you have money to burn. Oh, and often you will get their voice mail during office hours, and they talk about their "world class team". I think they have a long way to go to make that claim. read more

I had a dental visit to this office for a cleaning in February 2023. I was a bit surprised by all of the services mentioned when filling out the paperwork because it seemed like a spa more than a dental office. That's not necessarily a bad thing though and might be considered a plus by some patients. I didn't see Dr. Goh during the visit, but that was made clear to me prior to the visit because of the type of appointment I had. The receptionist and hygienist were very nice at the time of the visit, and I was actually impressed with both. There was some upselling but nothing out of the ordinary from what I've seen at other dental offices. However, when I told my wife I had been charged for the cleaning, she was surprised because cleanings were supposed to be fully covered by our insurance (except for the fluoride treatment). After calling our insurance company, it turns out that my visit was coded as an extensive cleaning that was not fully covered. The receptionist later told us that this was shown to me on the estimate, but this was certainly not explained as such. At the time I wasn't aware that our insurance was supposed to cover visits completely so I didn't think anything of it. The receptionist said that it was coded that way because I needed extensive work, but at the time of the estimate, there was no way for them to know that. So they just made that assumption and didn't fully explain why or the implications in terms of cost. There was nothing out of the ordinary during the cleaning to indicate that it was extensive so it certainly seems like more of a money grab than anything. In short, the office itself is very nice, but the communication leaves a lot to be desired based on this one experience. It's a shame because I came home with a positive outlook until finding out that they were dishonest about how they charge and communicate with their patients. The situation could have been handled much better in my opinion. read more

This office deserves more than 5 stars!! I walked in to schedule an appointment for what I thought was a cracked filling. Let me preface.. I am extremely afraid of the dentist!! It took this event to even get me to go. Office told me they had an opening and could take me immediately, gulp.. The hygienist, staff and Dr.Goh made me so comfortable all my nerves were put at ease. This was seriously the easiest and most enjoyable dentist visit I have ever had in my life ! I felt so at home here, I scheduled my daughter and husband to come in also. No one "loves" going to the dentist. I can honestly say Dr. Goh and his amazing staff have made me less afraid and actually looking forward to my teeth whitening next week. I liked the dentist, but walked in the door ten minutes late for an appointment and was advised by the office manager that they'll go ahead and see me, but I "really need to be on time for my appointments." I explained that I was standing outside as I was having an emergency. They told me I was late for another appointment as well. I asked how late I was and I was informed I was five minutes late. I am a punctual person and I don't consider being 5-10 minutes late as excessive, warranting being talked down to and advised of punctuality. I don't even know what happened the time I was five minutes late but there could've even been someone in front of me that I had to wait for to check in, causing a five minute delay. When I expressed how I felt, the office manager proceeds to tell me it was the accounting office that told her that she needed to deliver this message of being on time to me. ??? I reiterated - the accounting office told you this? She confirmed that was the case. I decided that I do not want to do business with this office. I offered to pay the cancellation fee of $50 due to me not proceeding with the appointment, but they didn't collect it. A couple of months ago, I had an appointment scheduled. They sent texts asking me to reply "C" to confirm. I did not reply with "C "and got another text the day before my appointment that they canceled my appointment, which I took responsibility for since I failed to respond with "C," however; then, the next day I get a phone call asking why I'm not at the appointment. Just be aware, you must respond to their texts or their cancel you and then wonder why you didn't show up. While I take responsibility for my actions of being 10 and 5 min late and not replying with "C," just be aware that this office may not be a good fit for busy professionals who aren't managing spam-type of texts or are sometimes running a few minutes behind. read more

Hands down the best dental experience I have ever had! I am so happy a co worker referred me here. Myself my husband and son have all been seen here and there have all had a great experience. They ask you what is most important and work with you, this is also the first place that has ever asked how I receive information the best so the dentist can explain it in a way that you get it. They also don't make you feel bad if you need to improve on your dental health. The dental hygienist is really good and explains everything she is doing as she cleans your teeth. I have always had a little anxiety when it came to dentists for many different reasons, but the way the dentist and his staff are it was really a great experience.
