My husband was referred to this Dental practice by community care at the VA. Walking in the waiting room was dingy and the chairs were worn and some chair seats were cracked. My husband was called back by a young guy that looked unprofessional in jeans and T-shirt. My husband said he was rude the way he talked to him. This guy is one of their family and took the X-rays. My husband said the trash can was overflowing with trash. My husband said then he sat in the chair another 30 minutes waiting for the dentist. He wasn't any better and all he did was upsell telling he needed all kinds of dental work replaced as my husband said he felt since he always sees our dentist every 6 months he hasn't had any problems but this dentist kept saying that the VA will cover the work. Sounds like he was more interested in upselling and billing the VA for more money.This will be his first and last visit to this place. read more

I went there for 8 years for X-rays & cleaning my teeth. I had no problem with my teeth as all of my teeth have crowns. The last time I went to see him for a cleaning, he said he needed to replace my 3 of my crowns. I wasn't having any problem with any of my crowns and I did not want to replace them. When I got home I told him I just want a cleaning. When I got them he said he had to replace my crow, which was actually 2 crowns. He broke off my double crown into pieces. I was traumatized. My first visit to this location there was a young guy getting his teeth pulled or something I don't know what they were doing over there but all I can hear is the voice screaming for his life in terror the dentist was there in the patient's presence but the voice still screamed for his life I was on the other side recording the situation after my appointment there was an upcharge for a feeling which by insurance would not cover so I had to pay like $200 over my insurance the work he's done on my tooth is still intact and I would give it a 3 star for his effort. I take it that is his wife that does the phone calls and insurance this is a family business and she calls with new appointments and alerts me that it will not be covered by insurance and I decline. So, with that I've never heard from them again. If you have anyone that has any type of phobia of the dentist this guy is not demure at all. I have always been treated nicely, never had any issue with charges, and have been happy with my dental work. Had an appt i cancelled when on aug 30th Megan informed me reluctantly that my chart waa stolen IN MAY, although they had not made any attempt to contact me to tell me personal data had been breached. Today was my very first time here and I'm impressed the whole staff is very efficient at their job, I didn't wait long at all to be seen at most like 15 min because I had paper work to fill out. I got a regular check up and cleaning and the process was great. A lady cane and got me took X-rays and turned the tv on for me which each seat has a personal tv for ppl and you can turn it to any channel while you wait or get work done. Then the doctor and and saw me he was quiet but I guess that's a good sign since my teeth were healthy and nothing major going on he was great did a thorough check up then the nurse came and did my cleaning which was great as well! Everything went super smooth. I didn't have to pay a dime my insurance company covered everything! I will keep coming here if ever I need anything. The place is clean and nice! This is the worst place ever. I wasn't fully numb for an extraction. He left a sliver of tooth still in. Then he took a lil piece out but left another. I had to go to another dentist who got it out immediately. I was there in Medicaid and his wife and himself talked down to me. Kept saying this is how Medicaid works. ??? Do not go there!!! The only good thing about this place is that it's open Saturdays and a very nice dental assistant. Other than that I would not suggest this dental office. Terrible communication amongst staff. They are very secretive and i didn't feel welcomed at all during my first visit. It was difficult asking questions to the lady at the front desk because her English was very poor. I would ask for a simple copy of a paper because it's my right and she would give me excuses on why i don't need the copy. My insurance company is also investigating this location because they refused to give me treatment for something that is covered by my insurance. They are cheap and look for quick/easy ways to give treatments to patients when they deserve better. read more
