I called the restaurant to let them know, and that's when I learned this is simply how they serve chow mein.. Once I realized it wasn't a mistake, I told them not to worry about it at all. But the manager clearly wasn't having that. He called me back and was determined to make sure I was happy. Truly above-and-beyond service. Even after I insisted I was fine, he sent over another dish similar to what I had wanted and wow. Vegetables and rice noodles in a spicy sauce that ended up being the best dish of the entire order. I don't even know what it's called, but I do know I'll be ordering it again. Great service, genuinely kind people, and food that keeps getting better. Sometimes it's not just about the meal. It's about how a restaurant treats you, and this place absolutely nailed it.
