    Korean Beef Stone Bowl
    Courtnee D.

A large group of us went here a few weeks ago. The place was packed and there was only one waitress taking care of everyone. Needless to say the service was slow but understandable given one person. The food here is great, the pineapple fried rice is probably my favorite! It's delicious. The Korean beef bulgogi in the hot stone bowl was delicious but there wasn't a lot of beef, if there was more beef... would have been perfect. Bathrooms were clean. If any law enforcement eats here it's always my sign that the food is good! They were getting take-out

10 years later and I still order this at least once every couple weeks. I've since moved about 30mins away so I usually order it on ubereats. Always arrives steaming hot, same delicious flavor every time. Never a bad experience. Someone said it was under new ownership but I can't tell the difference so who knows. It's delicious and consistent every time, no complaints. Blows every other Chinese place in palm beach out of the water.

I believe they are under new ownership. I tried the Mongolian beef and my wife the Pad Thai. We were happy and full. Enough food for a for a few meals.

I had never been here before and I saw they had some Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese and Philippines food on the menu. To me it seemed like a no brainer to give it a shot. The owner Alyssa was exceptionally friendly and made me feel very welcome. We talked about our mutual love for Thailand and it really made the experience of eating there all the better. The food was delicious. I started with the shrimp in a blanket and for my main course I had the drunken noodles. Soooooo yummy. A big pile of tender rice noodles covered with chicken, beef and shrimp. Delicious. I would be happy to come here again and probably will very soon.

The current website is actually www.haoswpb.com. That should let you order online. Tried their food tonight and it's very good. Fresh, tasty and hot. Very friendly restaurant! Check them out

The food was excellent. I ordered the egg drop soup, beef and Chinese broccoli, salt and pepper chicken wings, shrimp dim sum, and young chow fried rice. The standout dish was definitely the beef and Chinese broccoli -- it ended up being everyone's favorite. The staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly work hard to make sure every guest has a great experience. With the restaurant only about 15 minutes from home, I'll definitely be returning.

The staff is not knowledgeable about the menu, and we asked if they would make a pretty standard dish not listed and was told no without asking the kitchen. Within 2 minutes after ordering, they bring the chicken and eggplant dish which clearly isn't ours, we have to wait down another server as the kids just drops it on the table. 5 minutes later they bring another chicken and eggplant which we said we'd like put appetizers first, so they take it back once again. Eggroll: pretty small and ok Pan fried dumplings, well done: barely fried, the filling while tasty has so much filler you couldn't tell what type of meat was actually used as it was a pale light color! Chicken w/ eggplant in garlic sauce: we said no extra heat so it came out w more of a bland brown sauce, no garlic, not much flavor. Oh well...it's ok for American Chinese cuisine.

OK, so the poke tacos were not that bad but they don't do fried rice very well. I ventured here with some heffa that I don't even talk to anymore. But that's another story. The service was OK, they need to get their reservation system, right. I made reservations, but the heifer got there first. She said she used my name after they called me to inquire if I was still showing up. I had been there 45 minutes. The ambience is nice. It's dark. It was a Saturday. They were very busy. I'd return again well if they were open, but I would not be eating that again.

We only got drinks this time and we picked the lychee martini, yamazaki swinger, and the Lua Pele Scorpion Bowl. The vodka and the sake in the lychee martini didn't go to well or it was just a bad mix that day. But I was not a fan of the drink. The yamazaki swinger was very watered down and we barely tasted the whiskey. The Lua Pele Scorpion bowl wasn't much of a show and while the drink did taste good, it was mostly filled with decorations. It's supposed to serve 2-4 people but after we took all the decorations out and poured the drink into a cup, it was barely a full cup. I'll definitely give it a try again as I'm not sure how the food was and maybe it was just an off day for the bartender.

The bathrooms are single occupancy and spacious. I loved the curry and I literally want to go back for whatever their appetizer was that was gluten free but deep fried and had like a vinegar sauce. So good, the best thing my friend and I have ever tasted that was battered and fried. Plus it was vegetables, so it has to be somewhat healthy, right?

We were in the area because we were going to the Norton Museum and wanted to fill up beforehand. It's a smaller place, but they have really cool lights that they put on every table, so the environment feels ambient and calming. We were seated right away, however it did take a while for someone to actually come to our table, but on the bright side we were able to figure out what we wanted to eat during that time and put all of our order in at once. We got the kimchi dumplings as an appetizer. I've never had a kimchi dumpling and it seemed very interesting to me because I love kimchi. However, when the dumplings came, the kimchi was grounded into a paste. So it didn't have that nice crunchy kimchi texture that I was expecting, and though a bit spicy, wasnt very flavorful. The dumpling skin was incredibly soft, way too soft, it was falling apart, you couldn't even pick it up. And they were sitting in a layer of water on the plate. Would never order this dish again. For entrees we got the vegetable fried rice without tofu, the panang curry, and the chicken pad thai. The vegetable fried rice was okay, there seemed to be way more vegetables than actual rice, though. And while they were cooked nicely, the pieces of vegetables were huge! Would've been nicer had they been bite size pieces so that you didnt need a knife to eat fried rice. The pad thai was pretty standard. Chicken was incredibly bland and could've used more bean sprouts for that little extra crunch. It did have edamame in it, which is a nice touch, I've never seen that added into a pad thai dish before. The panang curry, also decent, again, the vegetables were just way too huge and certainly needed to be more bite size. You should not need a knife to eat fried rice and curry. We then got the mango sticky rice which we didnt finish. The rice was a little too gummy, and salty. We were not checked on once during the duration of our meal. So had we needed something, we wouldn't have been able to get it without waving someone down. I didn't even bother to look at the prices on the menu before I ordered anything, because it doesn't really matter to me, if I want something I'm going to get it, but I was literally blown away when I saw the bill. Our meal came to $88.49. This is 100% West Palm Beach prices, because the food quality did not at all match what they were charging. Each entree was nearly $20. How is chicken pad thai the same price as vegetable fried rice? I legitimately cannot begin to understand why it was as packed as it was, maybe there aren't a lot of Thai places to choose from in West Palm? While the staff was friendly, although unattentive, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
