I had red ink, appliance services come out to look at my built-in refrigerator, which had an ice machine that was overflowing and not working correctly. Not knowing anything about refrigerators I knew this was not something I could handle so they came out and gave me what I felt was a reasonable estimate and booked the work. They came out with the parts once they arrived. Got everything installed then we realized that unfortunately the ice machine that they got in was a faulty part so they re-ordered and came back out a second time and now it works perfectly. I was not charged any extra for additional trips. They took care of it and made sure it was working. While I hope that I don't have any future issues with appliances but if I do I know who to call and recommend. read more

I started out using Red Ink when my previous repairman had retired. Recently, Red Ink came out to repair the electrical connection for the glass top electric range when it ceased to work. It was up and running in no time. Second repair was when I was attempting to place a box in the cupboard about the range when a heavy object in the box felt out and hit the glass top. Gabriel and Angel were the BOMB! They came (2-days) to inspect our commercial vacuum sealer (VACmaster VP320; weight 175 pounds!) when no other appliance vendor would/could work on it! Had to call in a commercial repair service to get it work on and they could only repair on-site ONLY commercial business due to insurance). The commercial vendor had fixed it, but neglected to check it due to not having the necessary oil. When brought back to our home (installed NEW oil), we noticed it was leaking the oil which we just installed! Gabriel and his team repaired a stacked washer dryer set that wouldn't fill when the lid to the washer was closed so the user had to open the lid, let it fill, and then close the lid when the washer needed to agitate, quite a challenge for the user! Our landlords hired them to look at our old dishwasher. They diagnosed the problems quickly and fixed what they could. As it turns out- the needed part isn't made anymore (it was an old machine) so a new one was ordered. Owners ordered from Home Depot- delivery, installation and haul away old. When HD delivered they said they couldn't install b/c water valve was corroded and would break and the drain hose was too short. They claimed we should have said we have an "L" shaped kitchen (it's a galley) and the new hose (that they did not have) was $45. They left the machine and the owners called Red Ink.
